Fry oil they use is horrible, rancid. Ordered fried zucchini and got the absolute worst after taste, like sharp metallic. Will never go back, if they can't use basic ingredients like oil properly, it is absolutely not worth it. Avocado burger tastes like they added cinnamon or something sweet, off and not appetizing. read more

Not in a great looking part of town, but I like to try new places a lot. So have a try. Not bad, fries really good and you get a good amount burger was just a basic cheese burger nothing crazy, but they do have other options more flavorful, just wanted to try the basics with out the dressings and see how the flavor starts. Amazing menu from breakfast to lunch their amazing never had bad food at this place little hole in the wall place but amazing food overall. This is one of the few places in Phoenix that does a decent pastrami sandwich. They pile on the pastrami, instead of other places that just give you two or three slices of pastrami. Service is relatively quick, considering the food is made fresh. Decor is just a regular burger joint, nothing fancy. Overall, 5 stars for one of the best Pastrami sandwiches in town. read more

This was a random stop in a sketchy area of town. Another place that appears to have been around for years, but neglects it's drive thru menu board. Part of the charm i suppose. Ordered the $10 bacon cheeseburger combo. The burger came with a giant amount of hor crinkle cut fries in the bag. More fries than bites of a burger. The burger was a thin patty, but the combination of the onions, Russian and bacon made for a good enough burger, just not great. Still an interesting experience. read more

The food I was served today was absolutely disgusting. You do not deep fry omelets and you certainly don't put cheese on top like you forgot about it. My boyfriends eggs were deep fried too. HOW DO YOU MESS UP EGGS? This place either needs to be shut down or placed under new management. I wouldn't serve this to a homeless person... Skip this place unless you plan on spending 30+ minutes in the drive thru. Online order even take forever or get "lost". Then when you do get your order, you have to check to make sure if it's right and that is a 50/50 chance! read more

I never leave bad reviews, but this warrants it! This was one of the WORST meals I have ever had. I am not a picky eater nor do I EVER throw food out, but I had to this time as what I received was INEDIBLE!!! And it was expensive too! I spent nearly $40 and it's a shame to waste the money and the food. The steak was old and flavorless!!! It smelled like it came out of a dumpster. The omelette was INEDIBLE and I couldn't eat it. The hash browns were a big healing pile of old, nasty, absolutely flavorless mush. Just disgusting! The pictures on their menu are NOT what you receive. HORRIBLE! read more

This place doesn't look like much from the outside, or the inside really, but it is a pretty damn good burger. I came here with a friend to meet them for lunch, I didn't even know it existed before that day. I have a bacon avocado cheeseburger with fries. The burger was delicious, super hearty and hit the spot. The fries were decent, definitely could've used more salt. My friend works in the area so I'm sure I'll be visiting this place again soon, the menu is huge so I'm looking forward to trying more things. read more

Just got back from here. 2nd place I've been there. 1st time was amazing. This time, horrible experience. I tried calling ahead and the lady was rude so I hung up. Gave them the benefit of the doubt so I showed up in person. When I paid, the cashier lady gave me back my card and just grunted. No "thank you". Not even a "here". I ordered a Chili cheeseburger and fries. That's it. Simple. Chili was tasteless. It tasted like water was placed on top of my burger. And the fries? Don't get me started. They were still hard and raw. No salt on it. I just threw them away. Complete waste of money and time. read more

Looking for a burger place. My other place closed at 2.. was wah. This was pretty good. I had the bacon avo cheese burger meal. Good iced tea. Bf had Hawaiian with Avo and a salad. Then he ordered 3 street tacos. Small with ASADA. He liked them I thought a bit chewy. I was looking at a pastrami Sammy being prepped. Now THAT looked better than my burger. But I'm happy. I have ZERO idea why this place has an over all four star rating. The food was AMAZING, the people are soo nice and the portions are huge. The quesadilla you see in the photo is huge and so is the burger, we spent $20. Aaaaand for the people who need, they accept SNAP!! No real hot meal places accept EBT unless it's crap food, and this place is authentic and home style, rustic cooking. Thank you guys so much! read more

Don't fall for the mediocre reviews. Those aren't from regulars. Those in the know can attest to the food. The menu is robust, as are the portions. Breakfast is great! Especially for the price. But you can order from burger menu from the time they open until they close. Patty melts to avocado burger, sandwiches to hot dogs.... and chili fries. You can't go wrong. I spent 25 mins in the DRIVE THRU (01-19-23 at 11:30am) for 2 burgers. When I got to the window I noticed only 3 employees which is why I didn't complain. It was when I politely asked for a receipt when the girl at the window rolled her eyes, gave it to me and slammed the window. That was unacceptable. What a fucking joke of a place. read more

Well, I was fairly underwhelmed by the experience here. I believe they source their fries from 'somewhere' as they were the same as somewhere else I go (I'm struggling to recall where), the food took quite a while to come out, and the drinks weren't provided until the food was, so we were sitting around for quite a while without a drink... Both fries and burger were unremarkable / blah - not bad, but not inspiring. The neighborhood is not the best, but it felt ok. Probably won't go back. read more

We ordered a simple meal, 2 large Dr. Peppers and 2 corndogs. First of all the owner acted like he was too good to help anyone. Then he messed up on the drinks and brought 2 root beers. When I told him about that, he acted like it was an inconvenience to get the order correct and then he brings the new drink and it still tasted like root beer which means he didn't care at all. Asked for mustard for 2 corndogs (2meals) and he only brings out 1. Once I ask for 2 mustards he is very annoyed and sends someone else to finish our service. read more

I've been going here since I was a kid. Been up and down. I hadn't been here for all of 2020. Finally got to go in there the other day . The breakfast burrito was small and they got my order wrong. Plus, I used to love their carne asada burritos and they don't make them the same. Normally it's full of flavor. This time the carne was plain. I don't know if it changed hands or what. I didn't recognize anyone working there. I hope it gets better. I could have went on an off day too. I hope that's what it was. All the good places are dropping off. read more

Once he got my order, he just walks away letting me tap my own card and grab my own receipt as he turns around and keeps talking with the other employees as if I was a distraction. Definitely would rate higher as the food was delicious, they just need to step up their customer service and focus on the customer first .
