This is my last time coming here . I have only been living in Pomona city for 2 years and It's the closest jacks near my home but I always get problems here with the survey coupon receipt. I used to work at jacks so i know about the survey on the receipt, the croissants are the one only food I eat from jack in the box. Most of the time I save my receipt in order to use it to buy one and get same free. But the last 2-3 times they have said my code does not match . Every other jacks I have gone to , have never told me this . the first 2 times i brought the code with receipt and they said it didn't match I assumed it had been too long(few days) so maybe that's why they were saying they couldn't do it. Which I said fine too. So I still paid those 2 times. But this time I did the survey 5 minutes before going through the drive thru and they still told me the same thing. I proceeded to show them the code on my phone aswell, that I had just done it . So the girl at the window looked at the fat girl and I don't know if that was her Team leader . But after she told her I had the code on my phone and not just on the receipt they did end up accepting it. Name on the receipt says Mayra, not sure if It was the fat girl who i seen or the other girl she was working with because they both attended me at the window. But it seems to me that they don't want to give us their food. This survey is something that jack in the box offers in order for customers to come back and use but these girls obviously don't like that. They were also gossiping among each other about it , very unprofessional. Apart from that. This time The food was good and for the first time seemed fresh. Other times I have gotten the croissants , the egg is old with green spots on the egg from it sitting in the plastic container they put the egg in. Which also gives it a funny and old taste . This Jack in the Box claims to be open 24 hours, but that is absolutely not the case. I go to work very early in the morning, and this location is conveniently right off the 10 Freeway on Dudley Ave, so I stop by between 3:20-3:30 AM. Nine times out of ten, nobody answers the drive-thru speaker. There's no sign saying they're closed, no explanation -- just silence. What makes it even more frustrating is that when I drive around to the exit, I can clearly see two employees sitting in the dining area on their phones. They're not helping customers, not communicating that they're closed, and not taking orders. If this location isn't actually open 24 hours, then don't advertise it as such. At the very least, put up a sign or tell customers you're closed. Trying to find food at 3 AM before work is already hard enough -- this place just makes it worse, and it happens far too often. read more

I went on November 16 exactly ten minutes ago which is 1 am and I had the most horrible experience. I ordered two combos and loaded tacos I got handed one bag and two drinks and thought everything was okay. When I got home I realized they only gave me one combo and my tacos weren't even loaded. I went back right away and the cashier girl (Griselda) nd she didn't believe me and was super rude and mean to me. I gave her my receipt and she brought me a bag with just a burger . I told her I was also missing my fries and she was shocked! I was like yes I was missing the combo not just the burger. She went all mad to the back and got me fries and before I could tell her about my tacos she slammed the window on me. Horrible experience. I literally live down the street and come all the time. Had one of the most horrendous experiences just now. I had four kids in the car and we placed our order and got the window. The mouth breather, Joshua, charged my card and returned it then closed the window. I tried asking him for extra bags but he closed the window faster than a blink. He never once glanced at us again. We waited an excessive amount of time for the food. There is now a conga line of cars behind me. When he returns, he hands me three bags and I asked if the order was complete. He said indeed it was everything. I drive off and pull over in the lot to hand the food to the five people in my car. Welp as my luck would have it, we were missing three items. My niece goes to return inside and ask for the items only to find the door locked. The mouth breathing, napoleon dynamite looking clown, waves her off indicating he wants her to go BACK through the drive through. No way! I then called the number on the receipt and it's out of service. I go and knock on the door to signal that he missed items. He then tells me to go through the drive through. Well now there is a ton of cars and there should be absolutely no reason for me to get back in the line when HE screwed up my order. The correct thing to do was to come to the door and apologize and give me the missing items. Instead, he rolled his eyes, ignored me and continued with his business. I walked around to the drive through window and asked for my money back. I paid for items and they were not given to me so I'm entitled to a refund. Well he refused. He told me to get back in the drive through line. I don't know who trained this pig but I want to talk to them. I will be there tomorrow to see his manager face to face. My experience was by far the worst at a fast food location. The more i think about it, he is where he is suppose to be. Making minimum wage, punching numbers on a register and bagging food (incorrectly albeit). He is really able to put those two lonely brain cells he has to use at Jacks. I made a mistake. I ordered me one o' them Jumbo Jacks with curly fries thinkin' I was fixin' to get a meal that'd stick to my gut. They handed me a box o' food that smelled kinda like... burnt rubber and old ketchup, what I got looked like some fatass sat on it and prayed over the rest. Bun was flatter than my lil cousin Lilys chest on a Sunday morning and that beef patty? Baby, that thing was drier than my Aunt Thelma's meatbox, and she been cookin' since the '60s and still ain't got it right smdh. I asked the girl at the window if they had any sweet tea and she looked at me like I asked for a crack rock. She said, "We got Coke." I said, "That's fine, I guess," and then it came out all fizzy water with a whisper of syrup like it changed its mind halfway down the tube before being aborted. We sat there for minutes in drive thru because she kept saying she didn't know what to do or help us. Erica had attitude from the start because i asked for ranch! She forgot our tacos so I went back into drive thru and she couldn't replace my cold fries for waiting 10 min just for tacos! I came here last night for food. I literally moved to Pomona accross this jack a year ago and. Never had an issue with them for my coupons I get in my mail. This coupons doesn't expire until 2/2025. Came to the window and the guy was rude right away. He said go online an order them there instead I was shocked when he told me that and the way he talked. He was also a team leader since he was wearing a black shirt but no name tag ? Unprofessional and then I asked for his name an he told me it's Gilberto but told me to leave. I came here around 9 or 9:30 to get the munchie meal box and the loaded tiny tacos. I went through the drive through but the service was really slow and we had to wait for a while to get through. When I got to the window to pay and pick up my food the man at the window was quite rude. He refused to stick out his hand to take my money. I was a bit far from the window but he didn't even make an effort to stick out his hand to meet me part way to grab the cash. I ended up having to take off my seat belt and push my entire body out of the car window to stick the cash into the drive thru window for him which was quite off putting for me. I understand not wanting to lean out the window but the least you can do is stick out your hand. The same thing happened with my change and the food. He refused to stick both out of the window and I ended up having to lean almost entirely out of my car window to reach my change and my food. Went through the drive thru tonight on 2/3/26 around 530pm and was probably the worst service I have ever had. There wasn't a line in the drive thru or really inside and I started ordering and asked if I could switch my lemonade to a Dr Pepper and the lady said no I already made it and if you want another you would have to pay for 2 drinks...since when and omg really? Okay nm I'll keep the lemonade. Get to the window want to order a four piece nugget for my kid that I forgot to get and I was trying to get her attention but she was not making any effort to look at me at all. Gets to the window and I ask about adding the nuggets and she looked so mad and said she is so busy. I said don't you want my service I was trying to get your attention before you made everything and got it all bagged but you didn't notice me. She said no and closed the drive thru window in my face. I had my 3 young girls in the car with me and they were so shocked and couldn't believe this happened. I always come here and have never experienced this and have worked fast food before but this is unacceptable and should never happen again. i came to this jack in the box the day before yesterday night ( the 9th) around 3 am and was not pleased at all with the experience. the person taking my order was so rude. not sure if they were having a bad day or something but sighing loudly in the speaker while taking my order is unacceptable. the customer service was not at all there. This last time I have gone they had teenagers or younger people who had to be new workers but they are definitely respectful and kind. When ordering on DoorDash I ordered the munchie MEAL that usually comes with 2 small fries, 2 tacos, the burger/ sandwich, and a drink. Well BOTH times I've ordered from here I've only received the sandwich and the drink. Having said that,,, How hard is it to get my order correct? I said NO cheese. I even made you repeat my order before I gave you the money and I corrected you again NO cheese.
