    Tostada de ceviche mixto
    Stevin F.

First time at this location, and it was pretty good. I ordered a half dozen oysters, which the oysters seemed fresh, but lacked any significant flavor and I usually put Tabasco on them and they did not have any. I also ordered tostado de se ceviche which was outstanding, I used one of their salsa negra which had an amazing flavor. The food was brought out quickly by the server. The interior was small, but had sufficient seating.

Loved this this place! The ladies cooking were so nice, helpful & the food was delicious! My husband ordered a wet burrito verde, he loved it & yes he ate it all! I ordered a taco de Camaros, very tasty; I couldn't decide between the Camaron & ceviche pulp & the consome de Camaron so I ordered both! ‍ great choices! Since I was cold, ate the consume & took the ceviche home, no regrets! Ambiance is ok, nothing spectacular but we were there for the food

The tacos de pescado were the bomb! El pariente was chill af but he had an AirPod in lol. hole in wall place that is worth it! Overall very satisfied with my meal, perfect for lent

Excellent food, service and prices. The seafood was fresh and the salsa and sauces were bomb! Get the cabeza instead of the asada, very tender.

First time here and won't be my last. Tried the tacos and the shrimp cocktail. All was so fresh, flavorful and delicious. It's not a fancy place, but service and food was excellent. Giving 4 stars cause they don't sell alcoholic beverages.

We have been coming here for years & they NEVER disappoint! The tacos are sooooo bomb! No other place compares to this place it's always consistently the best tacos we have ever had. The service is always top notch, the employees are so friendly we feel like regulars even when it's been a while we don't go in between visits here they remember you. I love the ambiance of a small, cute local spot with great music playing that makes you enjoy your food even more. Highly recommend!

Came here during lunch hour for a good seafood bite and this place didn't disappoint! I was very much in love with the spice and quality of this food! When consuming ask for the VIP sauce!! It will levitate your taste buds to another level! I love the spice! The service was good I got a bunch of tostadas and my meal was ready under ten mins! This spot is a bit small but if you're coming in for a party of two this is a great place for you! I'm coming back here for my lent Fridays!

Best mariscos in LA County!! We walked and were greeted by the owner, very friendly and super nice. Restaurant was nice and clean. Quiet and chill setting. I ordered some tacos de pastor and they were super bomb, the red salsa was off the hook. I ordered the Malifico agua chiles hands down best agua chile so far. My new go to spot in Pomona!!! Muy rico con mucho sabor.

The outside of the establishment may not be entirely appealing, but what awaits within is sure to warm your heart. Eating their food feels like an ode from the heart. It is reminiscent of pulling off to the side of the road to a Mariscos food truck in Tijuana. The food is comforting and reminds you of how Hispanic culture brings people together through food and music. All the staff here is very kind and have a lively spirit. As you are enjoying your food it is warming to hear them laughing, enjoying each other's company, and Bad Bunny music of course. I had the Tostada Mixta pictured below and believe it or not I had already dug in and eaten a whole tostada by the time I remembered to snap a pic. The portions are very generous and for the price, can't be beat! The Tacos de Camaron are flavor packed with every bite. These are freshly cooked to order and you can tell by the temperature, be careful. I can't describe them to anything else I have had in the past as they are so unique in the best way. Not pictured is the aguachiles. As spicy as they are, I couldn't find myself putting them down. The flavor keeps you hooked wanting more and more. I am excited to try out a Coctel next and am positive I will have nothing but praise. Definitely worth a try if you are ever out in the area or just passing by. The bang for your buck and the flavor held in each morsel which be nothing short of satisfactory.

Let me say the snails were a highlight. Surprisingly tender and flavorful. Sometimes, snails can have a livery / dirt / bitter flavor, but not these. And we were lucky rice wasn't on the table, because we would have stuffed ourselves eating rice with that wonderful sauce. Next comes the boil itself. My wife insisted on "no-spice" (ugh). But I got a side of the house sauce with med-spice. Let me tell you. That sauce. Again, good thing no rice on the table, because I'm already drowning everything in that sauce. Esp the garlic bread. The seafood was fine. You're not at the pier / Hawaiian beach / HK wet market fresh off the boat & straight into your mouth scenario. But fine. We're planning to be there again tomorrow. BTW, that boy scout selling popcorn a few years ago? He made it. He's now an Eagle Scout. Thanks again for the icy refreshing drinks on a hot day.

Our usual order is 1lb of shrimp and 1lb of mussels, and we've always been happy with it. This time, we decided to try the Combo #2 because we wanted to add crab legs. We ordered three combo bags, each with shrimp, mussels, and crab legs. Unfortunately, it didn't feel like there was anywhere close to 1lb each of shrimp and mussels in the bags. I can't prove it, so I can only share our experience, but it honestly felt like there were fewer than 15 shrimp in the bag. For the first time ever, we finished our meal and were still hungry afterward. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend ordering the combo bag. Not only did it seem like there was significantly less food, but with all the ingredients piled together, some items ended up overcooked. We were really disappointed because we've had consistently good experiences with multiple locations here over the years. Hopefully this was just an off day, but we'll be sticking with ordering the seafood separately next time.

I arrived at Seafood Ranch Grill (Chino Hills) on Saturday (around 9:45AM). Parking is easy. There's a wide private parking lot. Seafood Ranch Grill (Chino Hills) includes an area to purchase prepackaged snacks (like a convenience store) and a counter (with sizzling food on hot trays). The ordering process is fast since customers just point at precooked items - similar to Panda Express. Staff is cordial and friendly. An elderly staff member would place the selected food in a container. Cashier (receipt says Maricar) is also hardworking and professional. Staff speaks Tagalog and English. Despite the long line of customers, the process flowed quickly. The food is fairly good. The Breakfast One Item Meal - Longanisa ($11.99) comes with Garlic Fried Rice and Fried Egg. The three big Longanisa (aka: Sausage) came very plump, juicy, and wet. The Fried Egg tasted clean & fresh. Unfortunately, I hated the Garlic Fried Rice. It tasted dry, coarse, and chewy. That rice was left out for too long. Concerning the Palabok (16oz - $14.99), this dish came flavorful but very cold. Regardless, I enjoyed its wet and zesty sauce. I liked how its noodles felt soft and moist. And I enjoyed the powdered Chicharon (aka: crushed deep fried pork) which added a comforting, crisp texture. The shrimps had a nice chew, but they tasted somewhat rubbery. Concerning ambiance, Seafood Ranch Grill (Chino Hills) is surprisingly enchanting. I appreciated the dining area's floral decorations & glittering lights. The location is also relatively clean. Some tables had small bits of crumbs, but the floors were very well-swept. There's even an outside sink for cleanliness near the dining room. Unfortunately, the restroom is out-of-order. Still, I appreciated how the interior felt airy and well-ventilated. Overall, I had a good experience at Seafood Ranch Grill (Chino Hills). Although some options didn't taste the freshest, the food captured some enjoyable flavors & textures. It's a "not-bad" location. 4.3 out of 5
