My protein style burger with extra lettuce and tomato. Obviously that's not what I got.

I usually love coming to In-N-Out Burger, but my visit last Friday was really disappointing. I always order a Double-Double protein style with extra lettuce and tomato, and this time my order was completely off. There was no tomato at all, and instead of "extra" lettuce, I got one small, wilted piece on each side of the burger. To make things worse, the fries were cold and tasted stale, like they had been sitting out for a while. I've come to expect better consistency and freshness, which is why this visit stood out in a bad way. I'll be posting a picture of the burger with this review because it really didn't match what I ordered. Hoping this was just an off day, but definitely disappointing.

The food was good and the line moved at it's regular pace. What I have noticed lately, at all locations I've been to....the employees taking the orders outside seem to hate it. I don't blame them, given the hot weather. Bring em back inside.

Spent $62 to get my food like this so disappointed do better In&out I will never return here sloppy service not only that young lady was also rude when I asked her for more spread.

No matter where you go, there will always be a line. Get IN line & walk or drive OUT. We always get our burgers well done. In & Out always hits the spot, that's what a hamburger is all about!

Came here with my wife after a long day at work to get a good meal. Only to be disrespected by the lady helping me out at the register. Lady must've been having a bad day because I was given attitude when asking for extra spread. Not to mention, this is how I got my food after spending $60+ to feed my family. I will never return to this location.

    Loved our food!!

Loved our food and service! They gave my son stickers and a hat we washed our food down with a strawberry shake

30+ minutes and still have two cars in front of us. It took 30+ minutes to get thru about SIX cars on each side... never had slower service at an In N Out or any drive thru. Never wanted to leave a negative review so much that I had to... Looks like the workers are frantically cooking... Something needs to give. Somethings not working properly. Never coming back here. Yicks.

Left line is shorter than right line, but you get directed to your line. We got sent to the longer, unfair line.

Warning: the drive through is a real fustercluck! They have 2 lines and one guy taking orders in both lines. Both lines curve to the food delivery booth, but the left line on the inside track holds 4 cars and the right line on the outside track holds 6-7 cars. Why is this important? Because, if you are like us and pull in and the guy directs you to the right line, then you get to sit there and watch the person behind you get directed to the shorter left line. The guy behind you in the left line will have his order taken before you and he will drive off with his food while you're still waiting for yours. I felt sorry for the order taker and asked him if he deals with angry customers all day, because of their jacked up lines situation. He said yep, all day long. What a rotten design flaw that leads to inequitable service.

Visited this particular In-N-Out location on Saturday, 06/25/22 for the first time. I usually go to the one located in La Verne (near the Regal movie theater), but this place is closer to where I live. Near Super Kings (Claremont), but this In-N-Out place is located in Pomona (not Claremont). Had a $25 Christmas Gift Card that I kept for years so wanted to use it all up. I ordered the following to-go: - 3 Cheeseburgers (with onion): $3.55 per burger x3 = $10.65 - 3 Fries: $2.10 per fry x3 = $6.30 - 1 Animal Style Fries = $4.30 - 1 Large Drink (Diet Coke) = $2.25 TOTAL WITH TAX: $25.91 In terms of parking, it can be really tricky as it can be very difficult and tight-fitting. There are 2 drive-thru lines but you may also order in the front. Limited seatings outside as well. Waiting time can take forever so be patient since there are A LOT of people ordering and waiting just like you. This place opens at 10:30 and I stopped by VERY early, but it was still crowded and the lines were huge. I wish this location expands their parking structure as it is not spacious.

The most complicated order but the staff was so friendly and patient

This is the worse location, orders have constantly been wrong and the buns seem to never get toasted enough. Avoid this location

I have tried the fried shrimp and the chili cheese fries, breakfast looks promising. Need to come in the morning and try that out. Burgers are TASTY, fries have a seasoning that makes them so delicious you will not want to share (trust me it's hard) they have a special for families that includes a package deal for like five burgers, drinks & fries. A sweet deal reasonably priced. Service is fast but not too fast as the food is made FRESH. This is a family favorite for us. We always recommend this place for our burger fix. Workers are very attentive and kind. (SHOUTOUT TO ALEJANDRA & EMILY!) I appreciate how everyone greets you with a warm hello + looks like they are ready and willing to help you with your order. I should've left this review a while ago as this is always in our rotation when out here visiting family. Try it if you are here in the area or breezing through, promise you will not regret it! We're talking a generously sized wrap that actually earns the word "massive," loaded with well-seasoned chicken and ranch dressing that hits the right notes every single time. The flavor is there, the portion is there, and honestly, for the price point, it's hard to complain about what's inside the wrapper. Now for the part that's harder to overlook: the drive-through. I genuinely cannot remember the last time I got out of this place in under 30 minutes, and I'm not talking about pulling up to a packed lunch rush. One car ahead of me. Thirty minutes. There's something fundamentally broken in the operational flow here, and for a fast food establishment, that's a problem that goes beyond a bad day. It's consistent. The food deserves a 5-star review. The drive-through experience deserves a serious operational overhaul. Hopefully management takes a hard look at the system, because the wrap alone is worth coming back for, if I can ever make it to the window in time.

The patty is smashed just right, with crispy, caramelized edges and a juicy, flavorful center, while the melted cheese blends perfectly into the beef. The bacon adds that extra smoky, savory crunch, which pairs insanely well with the subtle sweetness of the Hawaiian bun. It creates that perfect sweet-and-salty balance, with every bite hitting a mix of juicy, crispy, and soft textures. The toppings stay simple and fresh, letting the flavor of the burger really shine. I had it with a side of tater tots, which were crispy and satisfying, but honestly, I feel like the sweet potato fries might've been the better move. That slight sweetness would've complemented the burger even more and taken the whole meal up a notch. Overall, it's a standout burger--simple, flavorful, and done right. Definitely something I'd order again... next time with the sweet potato fries.

The bun had a great texture, the burger was grilled perfectly, and the crispy onions added a delicious crunch that really elevated the whole sandwich. I paired it with The Stand Blonde Ale and wasn't disappointed! The beer complemented the burger very well. Part of me wished the burger came with a side, but considering the burger alone was over 1,000 calories, I was probably better off without the temptation! For the kids, we ordered the mac and cheese and a hot dog, and both were well received. I also appreciated that they offer a good variety of kid-friendly sides, which gives families plenty of options. We also shared a cookies and cream milkshake, which was rich, creamy, and very tasty. The only downside to our visit was a small service issue. I had to help my kids in the restroom and couldn't leave the table unattended. By the time I returned, my daughter's leftover mac and cheese, which she wanted to save, and our lemonade had been cleared away. It wasn't a huge deal, but it was disappointing since we weren't quite finished with them. My daughter wants to come back because this was apparently the best mac and cheese ever.
