Well waited in drive through for 10 minutes got half the order wrong can't even start eating it (I am in the restaurant now waiting on onion rings) because they also forgot all sauces. So... on My most recent visit the manager delivers my parties order to another table and leaves it there for several minutes. When he goes to deliver that parties actual order he realizes his mistake. You might expect he would apologize and get my order remade, NOPE he picks it up and tries to deliver it to my table like nothing happened. When I called him on it he sheepishly disappeared behind the counter and makes the cashier deliver the replacement. read more

I was craving some jalapeño poppers and decided to treat myself with Jack in the box. I probably waited 5 or so minutes to get to the order box and then another 10 ish minutes to place my order. When I got to the window, the lady said my food was on her tonight because I waited so long to order my food. I was honestly shocked because I wasn't expecting that. I wasn't in a rush and either way it looked like only two employees were working. I sincerely thank them for taking care of me like that and I applaude them for working as hard as they do. Okay, I only reserve 1 star reviews for places that either have failed consistently, have horrible service or are a combo of the two. This place is a combo. So let me start by saying my family and I have given this location 3 separate chances and every time it was awful. The first two times we came here, service was slow in the drive through, like 10 minutes or more each time slow, and each time not only was our order WRONG but it was also COLD. If I am waiting 10 minutes or more, even if the order is not correct, it should at the very least be luke warm, not COLD. FAIL. Okay, so tonight I go to this place with my wife and son, the drive through line is enormous, but there is no line inside. I tell my wife I will run in and grab food for our son (he requested Jack in the Box). I go in and a kid who is in training takes my order. No big deal, first few days on any job are rough, he is nice enough and gets my order on the first go. He can't figure out how to replace the receipt paper, so I tell him no big deal, I don't need a receipt for a kids meal. It's not like I spent 20 bucks or anything. After me, 4 more people place orders. There I wait, patiently. I guess I should also point out there are only 4 people working, 3 of whom are in training (I was told by the manager on shift it was their 1st or 2nd days respectively) and one of these trainees is shuffling around aimlessly, doing NOTHING, staring at his hands. I genuinely thought this one kid was stoned or something. Any way, moving on with my story. So after waiting for 20 minutes, people walk in and ask if I am in line to which I reply "I've been waiting 20 minutes for a kids cheeseburger meal and there are 4 peoples orders in behind mine, not to mention the insane drive through line outside, if you have somewhere to be, I would go elsewhere". They thank me for my advice and promptly leave, as do the people behind them and the next 2 people who walk in the door. Then, here's the kicker, the people who ordered their food, after I had already been waiting 20 minutes for mine, get theirs. This is my "WTF" moment. So then, a couple comes up and asks why these people got their food before them, because apparently they had been waiting for their food before I even came in the door. Manager has no excuse, couple asks for a refund, then I do, then the person behind me does the same. What kind of management ANYWHERE staffs an ENTIRE shift with trainees????? WHO DOES THAT???? Especially during the dinner hour during the holidays? SERIOUSLY!!! I then drove down the road to a different burger chain and was literally in and out of the drive through, no joke, under 60 seconds. My one regret is giving this Jack in the Box more than 30 minutes of my family's time. Seriously, that was my own failure to wait so freaking long. If you want Jack in the Box, go to the one in Silverdale. Avoid this place like the PLAGUE!!! I will NEVER come back to this location. It is some kind of miracle this place has not shut down yet. Stopped to get breakfast. Ordered the brunch burger and fries. Got it to go. Drive over to Walmart, which is maybe two blocks, to eat. Fries were cold and so was the burger. I will not do that again. I will go to sonic just down the road. They always have fresh, hot food. read more

The fam came here for lunch one day and i had a great experience. The restaurant is clean and well kept and the big windows look really nice. We ordered a bunch of burgers and they came in a short amount of time and an employee brought it to us. His service was awesome, I noticed he did this with all of the customers. Later, we ordered another burger and they added some extra fries on the side for free! Overall good atmosphere and food(for a fast food chain)! read more

You can't really expect much from a place that sells $.99 food. That being said we stopped on our way home from running an errand at about 10:30 last night. Ordered Oreo milkshakes and 2 cheeseburgers. 20 minutes after we ordered we finally got our food. We were in the drive thru. The shakes were fine but my daughter took 1 bite of her hamburger and said it tasted funny and didn't eat anymore. Mine was ok but had 2 different kinds of bread a hamburger bun bottom and a piece of sourdough bread on the top. Anyway at 2:30 this morning my daughter started vomiting relentlessly until about 5 am then stopped and now she's fine. Of course I suspect it was food poisoning and after looking at the Facebook conversation about this place I'm not surprised. Definitely will never go again. read more

Don't bother, we have tried this place 4 or 5 times and each time there has been something extremely wrong with each order. Honestly, I think the late night staff are getting stoned while at work, they reek of the smell at the drive thru window. I have nothing against recreational marijuana except when you are supposed to be working and to stoned to complete a paying consumers order. We actually got a munchie meal one night and it had no burger on it, condiments only no protein..... I could give you several more examples, but that has seemed useless. Do yourself a favor and go to Wendy's, they are open to 1am most nights and you at least get a burger on your burger ! read more

Girlfriend and I out and about enjoying the first rain we've had in months, Poke'mon hunting, Shopping at Walmart and needed something to munch on. Haven't been to this Jack in the box so we decided fast food was great for something quick and hot. It's 11:30pm and there's one car in front of us at the speaker. We sat there for about 3 minutes and here we are it's our turn. A woman's voice says, I'll be with you in a minute. Well we were about to back out but there was a car behind us after sitting there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take our order. She finally said "Order when ready". I ordered my meal and my girlfriends meal and pulled up. The guy that was in front of us should have been gone but was still at the window. Waited another 5 minutes thinking they're making everything from scratch, It's our turn, sat there another 5 minutes and after paying we watched this woman (just like a couple other places recently) go to put the fries in each of the bags by shoving her thumb (not gloved) into the box of fries to pick them up instead of around the box which she should have. We get our food and realize by the time we got to the Walmart parking lot a couple 100 yards away, No receipt, she never asked if we wanted sauces or ketchup and never smiled once. Our food was cold, The fries tasted like they were day old microwaved, You could literally put your hand on the buns and feel the cold coming off of it. I put the burger to my face and the meat was cold. So a 20+ minute wait time and got cold food. Called Poulsbo Jack in the Box today and talked to another manager that offered to give us free meals tonight and he would personally make them. We'll see how that goes. read more

From the day they opened the store, it has been a complete joke. Long wait lines and Wrong Orders, and wrong orders and wrong orders. This is about the Jack In The Box near the Walmart and Home Depot Ok, so I know this is fast food and it's not meant to be a fine dining experience, but my gosh..this place was so dirty and smelly we almost walked out after we ordered. I'm not one to nitpick about cleanliness and am far from OCD about needing things spotless but this was just gross. The trash was over flowing, the tables were sticky with food (and it was all over the floor) and it smelled like cigarettes in there. I guess we could blame the cigarette smoke on customers, as it could have been someone that just reeked of smoke that came in to order and the smell stayed, but yuuuck..we ended up having to sit at a table right in front of the drive through. Yeah, that was interesting. Nothing like trying not to stare at people in the drivethrough who are trying not to stare at you eating, since your RIGHT there ;) Like I said, you don't expect a whole lot from a fast food place so normally i'm like "eh, whatever, what do you expect?" but this place was so gross I was tempted to write a review on my experience, so I did. read more

I can't even write a review on the food; no one ever came to take my order! I went there yesterday with my young daughter around 1:30 pm to get her a cheeseburger. No one at the order counter (on both sides). Several employees in the kitchen, made eye contact with a few of them...NOTHING! I waited and waited and waited; finally a manager came out of the drive-thru side and handed a gentleman waiting at a table nearby a drink. "Sorry about the wait," she said to him. Tonight we wanted a churro treat after dinner out. We stopped at Jack n the Box and sat at their drive up for about 10 minutes with no one coming over the speaker. We then drove up to the window just in time to see two employees walk out the front door with their drive up window wide open. They did not return we then drove out of the drive up to see THREE employees standing outside what appeared to me an empty open building. They saw us driving away and another pull up to the drive up and only one went back inside, we then decided to just drive away. We sat in the parking lot of Walmart and watch as the van continued to wait in the drive up before also driving away. This is unacceptable. We rarely do fast food and usually only for a dessert. We made the decision we will no longer go to Jack N The Box. If I was the manager/owner of this location and knew this had happened all involved would be written up and/or fired. I've worked in customer service my whole life and have never witnessed a situation of neglect like this. It's appalling. I know several young folks that would be more than happy to have the jobs of these three boys. Shameful. read more

We live nearby and this is a closeby quick option for any meal. Everytime we have been there the service has been great and the food is very good. There is always a short wait but its because they are freshly preparing your order not just grabbing something that was cooked 20 minutes ago and kept warm... I know its not the fastest "fast" food, but you cant beat freshly made burgers etc from a drive thru :-) read more
