This place is not very clean when you walk in, but I usually do the drive-through Their syrup is very sticky. I don't know what it is about that but it's like a lot more stickier than your average syrup and very messy but when I get their French toast sticks in the morning, it's like the best breakfast I've ever had in my life, which makes it pretty nice. read more

Just went to get my kid a 8 piece chicken nugget meal . The lady forgot my frys . It's ok people make mistakes but when I went in to ask for them she said she put them in the bag which she didn't . Accusing me of wanting extra stuff for free . When I spoke to her manager, the manager did not do nothing at all, taking her employee side and not apologizing for accusing me of wanting extra stuff for free. So my favorite donut shop was closed this morning... I wanted something sweet and coffee. Decided to try the Jack in the box waffle sticks "how bad can they be?" The drive thru wasn't busy at all. I ordered two of the 3 piece size, and coffee. It was $9 The coffee was warm not hot and let me tell you about those waffle sticks! Greasy tasteless little waffle sticks. Not worth my $ not tasty at all! I could have eaten a huge apple fritter and a coffee for $4 at the donut shop and would have not even had to review Jack in the box. Lesson learned!! I won't ever go again The drive thru server was very nice and even warned me that the waffles were very hot. I must say Anna is a wonderful customer service rep for Jack in the Box. I had to have my taco fixed today, so I drove up to the one in the CVS Shopping Center in Riverbank. I had two tacos, and she was very sweet. You could almost see her smiling as she took my order. When I arrived at the window to pay, she greeted me with a great smile, a happy voice, and eye contact. Walked out because the manager decided to help out on drive thru orders with one car in the drive thru, and then decides to take a phone call and doesn't even tell any other employees that there is a customer waiting to order. Overall, I love this jack in the box, the people there are all nice from what I've seen. There is one young man that caught my eye on Sunday, I think his name was Alan or Alex I don't remember, he helped a Spanish speaking person out in the front because they couldn't talk English. I appreciate that of him. Also poor boy was in and out of the store delivering orders to the cars waiting outside . He was friendly and a bit cheerful for the costumers. The girl in the drive thru was a little bit mean, but I get that they are all stressed out because some costumers order the whole menu. Also I recommend if you don't have patience to wait at least 5-7 minutes, then don't order the whole menu. The last time I visited it was late at night and the crew working there were outside smoking. They looked like the type that haven't showered in days and likely don't wash their hands. I was pretty grossed out so I left and never went back. I'm sure it's hard to find people willing to work late nights so you hire whoever is available but this location could fix that by paying higher wages--it would probably attract better employees. Currently 9:17 went to this location cause its closest to me I've never had any issues I specifically ask for my curly fries to be fresh! Ok here is a review. I ordered the double fish sandwich combo. You could almost say, where's the fish. It was less than a quarter inch thick fried beyond recognition deep fried that is how many times they threw it in a deep fryer I have no idea but one time too many. The fries were lukewarm. If you expect five stars and good reviews you need to pay attention on how you get your food out to your customers. It's really not that hard. read more
