Tried to place an order through Door Dash at 10:00pm. The location says it's open until 11:00 pm but it said it was closed in Door Dash. They weren't closed when I started the order. Closing an hour early is ridiculous. read more

I am so disappointed, This is quite literally the worst and most inefficient Jack-in-the-Box I've ever been to. Theres so much wrong in such a small store. The boss was yelling at employees, and threatened to send someone home for doing something wrong. How are people supposed to learn from their mistakes and improve in this kind of environment. Their staff is very clearly overworked, meanwhile their toddler of a boss is yelling at them for how incompetent they are. My husband who has the best patience was hopping mad when he got home with our lunch today 16 April 2023 at about 12 noon. This store messed up the order so bad (instead of 6 tacos, they put 10; instead of 1 order of mini churros, they put 2) and they wont take back the extra orders and give us back our money they already TOOK from us. The corporate should know how these people earned their profits - underhandedly, dishonestly and totally without any pride in their food and service. Literally put a cone out in front of my car while i was waiting to go through the drive through to pick up an order for a customer. I would have understood if they had been out of product if they came to my window and informed me but they didn't bother. This isn't the first time its happened and its pretty clear they are closing the drive through to just sit and mess around for the rest of their shift. read more

this Jack in the box has got to be the absolute worst fast food place I've ever been too, I got there asked for a simple boba tea they didn't have anything in boba ok right that was fine then I asked for a sprite and they were out of that too! After waiting 25 minutes with only 1 person in front of me I got cold fries I don't recommend going here. read more

I have to say that grave manager Melody and her staff are AMAZING at their jobs!! We come through there at least once a week between 2am and 4am, the manager always apologizes for "the wait" even though there isn't really a wait. We always get hot fresh food, correct orders and all of "her" grave employees seem happy to be there working with her. Great job!! read more

First of food was hot fries were good. 2nd we ordered 1 regular fry and 3 curly fries (plus other items) we couldn't go in to get this corrected because the inside is Covid closed. They also didn't give us one of our burgers. When we went back through the drive through, they were acting like we were in the wrong, attitude and everything. This is defiantly a location that shouldn't be in service. Everyone that I have known that goes to this location has the same thing to say about it. The staff is extremely rude. They can't simply get an order correct. When you ask about getting the order correct they get snippy with it. For me it is so simple. "NO CHEESE" because dairy products do not agree with me. Even though the order was put in correct. On 9/25 I was there about 1:30a and I was 2 cars back from ordering I waiting for about 25-30 mins and nothing was moving. Someone came out and out something up on the board and said that they were not accepting cards. Well they also have a sign that says they do not accept change due to coin shortage. I was a little livid because I had been waiting for a long time. No one was behind me. Yet they wouldn't do anything to compensate for those of us that had been waiting. My neighbor's car who was 4 cars ahead of me got their meal for free. Then I am like oh since they won't take cash or card I will just use my app and order that way. Great jack in the box! We stopped here on our way through centralia and were pleasantly surprised at the good quality food. Also, the team members are super friendly! Our cashier was cracking jokes with us. The bathroom was a little messy which is the only reason I'm giving them 4 stars. They have all their awards displayed and it looks like a very successful location. We will be back on our next trip through the area! read more

Customer service don't mean a dime to these guys. Was told they couldn't do anything about them messing my order up. Even got hung up on by the owner. They have poor customer service an they mess up on orders often. read more

Great service on the late late crew. Always quick and courteous. Food is always better at night here. Day time crew has mostly kids who make mistakes often. I always double check my order with the day crew. read more
