This was our very first time eating at the restaurant inside of the great wolf lodge. Usually we dine at the local businesses outside of the hotel but this time we want it to give it a go and see if the food is as good as people say. We ordered a Caesar salad to steak dinners and a pasta entrée. The Caesar salad was nice and fresh I didn't find a bunch of dead lettuce like I have an other places, our steaks were cooked perfect to order, and the pasta entrée was cooked perfectly as well. The shrimp in the pasta entrée were super yummy and tender it was an over seasoned and not too spicy. Our server she was fantastic. She made sure to keep up with her drinks she asked if there was anything else that we needed and she was very friendly to speak with in the chat to you about different things. We certainly did not have room for dessert but you never know maybe next time! Our experience at this restaurant was excellent. It was definitely a good choice on our part to give it a try and the next time we stay at the hotel this will be one of our top favorite places to have dinner with our family. As always continue to support your community and the local businesses and don't forget to support our servers tipping is always appreciated!

The mushrooms look like the grossest thing on the planet. Very slimy. Took two bites and said ew. And that's coming from a mushroom lover. The tacos were spicy but Taco Bell was definitely better. The two good things were the juices and the salsa. The salsa was the best salsa ever, house made. And they wouldn't even give my baby sister crayons. #GregEats #GregTravels

We were staying at the Great Wolf Lodge. There were limited food options in the Lodge and we did not want to leave the site after spending the evening in the pool. We were seated after a short wait. Menus and water were dropped off. The menu is small, but there was a bit of everything. I ordered soup and salad for dinner. Food arrived fairly quickly as the restaurant was not busy. My tomato bisque was tasty. It could have had a better breadstick. I found the breadstick to be stiff and needed better cheese. I could not tell that it was supposed to be Parmesan. The salad was fresh and had a good variety of greens and toppings. I found the shrimp to be barely cooked and could have been on the frying pan a bit longer. Our server checked in on us regularly. Overall, it was a good meal to end the day.

Slow, food is average. Staff does not really care about your experience. Loose Moose

The Cons: We waited for over an hour to be seated two people and the restaurant was empty), then waited an additional an hour before giving up on our entrees. The Pros: the appetizer we finally got (45-50 min. ) was done perfectly, and our server is probably the best, most personable waitress I've ever had. We had my husband's meal sent to our room and he said it was very well made.

Our group was delayed for check in to our suite for over an hour and a half. For the inconvenience we were granted a certificate to use on food or souvenirs on the house. We headed to the grill and got several appetizers, entrees, and desserts for two pairs of families. Surprisingly everything was fresh, tasty, and piping hot. The prime rib in particular was so well seasoned and succulent with the perfect ratio of meat and fat. The mushrooms, as a recommended add on, were well cooked in garlic butter. And the chimichurri sauce that it came with was had the perfect amount of brightness to offset the rest of the dish. Lastly, when we ordered dessert with what credits we had left, the wrong item arrived. It was replaced correctly without hesitation. Special shout out to our server Daisy Kahnau. Absolute gem of a hire. She was attentive, especially to our children, she was patient with all our questions, she was charming and charismatic, and she offered to clean up the glass cup one of our kids broke. We felt really taken care of, especially for something we merely had a voucher for. Wonderful experience. Would give more than 5 stars if that were possible!

Bonus points for being open until 10pm as the other dining options in the Lodge closed at 9pm and we were hungry. Lost points for running out of short ribs which were part of at least two menu items. Overall it was a good enough meal and ok overall experience. It is a nice restaurant, appears clean but the floor was sticky and there was so much soda spilled under our table that my feet were slipping around. This is a place that caters to kids so I'm sure they contributed to the sticky but I think some extra cleanup was needed. I ordered the short rib dip, my sis also ordered something short rib. We were both bummed when our waiter came back to let us know they were out. He'd already let us know it was his first day but he should have thought to bring us a menu when he came to tell us we needed to change our orders. I switched to the mushroom risotto and it was pretty good. Sis got a wrap, it was eh. Hubby got wings, he liked them but I didn't think they had any flavor. Niece got a kids burger and fries. There was a small handful of fries on the plate and it didn't look all that appealing. They should have plated the fries in a basket or something to make it look nicer. Nephew got spaghetti and veggie slices and he enjoyed his meal. Oh and hubby and I both got the bacon and blue salad and it was definitely the highlight of the meal. Like I said our waiter told us it was his first day. He was friendly but I'm guessing he doesn't have a lot of experience as a server. Hopefully, he gets better with practice. They have a fairly loud playlist going and I'm pretty sure there are no more than 10 songs in the rotation! Heard the same songs when we came through the next day. Good enough for a night at a hotel but I wouldn't go out of my way to come back.

Food was average. Spicy shrimp pasta was bland. There was a 30 minute wait on a Saturday night which was fine. There is plenty of things to keep kids busy. Service was fantastic!

We got there around 6:30 PM on Thursday evening and the wait was about 20 minutes for families, but we sat at the bar at a high top and got right in. We found service to be friendly and prompt. The gentleman who was taking care of us was attentive without being pushy. We started with the fried pickles which came out with ranch and aïoli for dipping. It was a huge portion. Tasty indeed. While I know pickles are inherently salty, I did find these to be exceptionally salty, leaving me to wonder if the batter was also salted, which definitely would not be necessary. Just know that if you are planning on ordering them. We also both got the Smoked Steak Salad. The salad was fresh and nicely dressed. Both of them came with a very generous serving of meat. The meat was just OK. They do not ask you how you would like your steak cooked, so once I got it, that made sense. I'm guessing they don't just smoke it for a little bit and finish the cooking it another way because it is well done with some rough bits - perhaps leftovers from something else. Honestly, I would prefer to have a nice juicy steak on top of a salad, and while I enjoyed this enough, I probably would not get it again for this reason. We both got a beer flight too, and found all four choices to be really good! I will definitely come back here when I'm tired of options at Great Wolf. I'd be interested in trying their sandwiches, as I saw a couple people with French Dips that looked really good.

We were excited, greeted nicely and were sat down pretty quickly. Then it took a turn. Our waiter took alittle while to get to us. Once he did, he was basically rushing to get our order. 20 mins later came back with our water and my husbands Bourbon Flight. This is me by the way looking at my photo album to track the time. 25 mins later our appetizer came and they were delish. We had ordered Garlic Parmesan Wings and Giant Pretzel. We waited over an hour and our waiter finally comes back to tell us that due to a Big Table outside our food is running behind, we said that's fine. 30 mins later, he comes back and tells us he mistakenly did not put our orders in and he takes full accountability but the fact that he only placed 1/2 of order and realized it an hour and a half later and waited 30 mins passed to tell us was beyond acceptable. We had a 1 year old and a 2.5 year old babies with us, we got there at 5:15pm and left at 8pm with no Main Course, we decided to leave and they offered to give us our main dishes for free and that had to pay for our apps and drinks. At that point, we weren't even hungry anymore- we were more upset than hungry. Word of Advise- don't dismiss a table of 5 for a table of 20. That party of 20 already includes 16%-18% Gratuity on their Tab, whereas a table of 5 could be giving you 20%-25% Gratuity for yourself only & not to have to share with other servers esp. if you are given cash. That table of 5 could sit there for hours just sitting and chatting and won't turn the tables over to new guest, whereas a table of 5 can eat, enjoy their meal, give good tip and leave within an hour and a half. And you'll have new table instantly, more money for you. To the kitchen staff, don't walk past your guests when they're asking you a question and as if they didn't exist. I'd hate to think it's Race Discrimination because we were the only Asians there but that's definitely how it felt.

It' was our first visit so we didn't know if that was ok. We waited a few minutes for someone to come over, which was totally fine. I think they were either in shift change or just really short staffed?!? Unsure. We got a water and a Diet Coke. The Diet Coke was horrible. No taste, literally looked like brown water. No carbonation, no coke flavor. We did tell them so they could check there machine. She did check and brought be another one with less ice in it to help with the flavor?! Said the machine was fine. Second one tasted just as nothing like, but it's not a big deal, I didn't want to make it a bigger deal than it was. The gal did come back and ask if it was better and said I wasn't the first person to bring this up. We ordered the Mary's chicken sandwich and the Italian sandwich. SO GOOD! The fries were also very good. 8/10 overall. The chicken sandy could've used pickles but other than that amazing! Will we definitely be back for breakfast, that side of the menu looked insane! So really my only issues were we could smell the people smoking outside in the back area which really sucked. The bathroom was gross AF. I'm sorry but I don't think I've seen a more tore up bathroom at a restaurant before. And the weird Diet Coke and it could've just been us but we kinda felt like the staff was annoyed they had to help us, again it could've just been they got slammed in the AM and were recovering BUT I actually heard 2 other guests talking about the same thing. Either way I hope the lady had a better day. And I would recommend the food here!

The aesthetic is nice and the menu looks promising. Unfortunately, it misses the mark by a landslide. We ordered the Chili Lime Chicken Bowl, the Short Rib Bolognese, two kid's meals with chicken tenders, and waters. No appys, cocktails, or dessert. The place was nearly empty but it took so long to get our food that we started wondering if the server had forgotten to place our order. It finally arrived. The Chili Lime Chicken Bowl looked promising when it first arrived, but it ended up being very disappointing. There was ZERO detectable chili OR lime flavor, the carrots were undercooked and crunchy, and the chicken amount I was served could only be described as "scant". Honestly, if I had gathered every tiny little shred of chicken I could find in that entire bowl, I'd be willing to bet it was less than 1.5 ounces. It was essentially a bowl of hot brown rice covered with tortilla strips and extremely bland. I tried to doctor it up with salt and pepper twice (I NEVER salt my food) and I took an orange slice from my kid's meal to squeeze all over it. That barely made it better. I ate half of it and was done. I do not recommend this item. It's a total waste of money. My husband ordered the short rib bolognese which also was presented nicely but it literally tasted like Chef Boyardee with again, almost no meat on it. MAYBE 2 ounces at best. Absolutely covered in undercooked carrots as filler. He did not enjoy it at all. The kids meals were the only decent thing we got. The chicken tasted pretty good and the fries were nice. At $12.99, I was surprised it didn't include a kids drink - most places charge that and then give a drink AND a dessert. Our bill after tip was $95. Needless to say, we canceled our reservation for tonight and will be leaving the resort to find something elsewhere. Sad.

This place is definitely worth the visit. This arcade themed restaurant has both a good selection of typical modern arcade games in the dedicated space next doors and also all the retro games you might be looking to reminisce again with on the food side. The large retro arcade games in the back of the restaurant are free but they also have tv's and controllers attached to tables so you can enjoy a game while sitting down and waiting for your food. Our group had wings, garlic fries, and pizza and all three menu items were superb. Even if you're not a fan of games, the food alone is worth a trip here. They use actual garlic for the garlic fries and a generous amount at that. On the modern arcade side, about 10% of the games seemed out of service but enough were available that I didn't have a shortage of things I wanted to try. There are lots of families visiting here and if you're on the modern arcade side be sure to share the space, the retro side was a bit more empty but this was on a saturday morning, night traffic is probably much different.

We wanted to participate in the video game trivia that was hosted at the Centralia one and we decided to stop by 30ish minutes before they started at 7 which they did start on the dot. When you arrive, you go through the restaurant first and you are able to seat yourselves then wait until a server notices to drop off menus and take your order. The menu can be a bit confusing as they have some drink items on the regular menu and a secret menu and limited menu with food or dessert on the drink menu. It took a little bit to get noticed but we got a Hogwash potion and a Yoshi's Island for drinks as we had just had dinner elsewhere as the food prices here a bit much and not worth price but their video game or other nerdy themed drinks which some can be mocktails are fantastic. My boyfriend's Hogwash potion didn't take long and it was cool to see it opened with vapors coming out. My drink took much more time but it felt like it was more ice than anything as I felt like I had maybe four sips before it was all good. The trivia was great but they were having mic issues but it was also just hard to hear the host as we were sitting on the opposite end of where the host was. There are TVs that have the questions so that was very helpful. The service here is friendly but it would have been nice to be checked on more as I wanted to order another drink but their loss, I suppose. My boyfriend and I ended up getting first place but I'm also a little sad cause I didn't see a way to get points for our order today as I know they have a Toast reward system.
