This is for the store on Yelm Hwy, Yelp doesn't provide addresses when reviewing. The tuna - made by the newly trained and unaware, which evidently describes the management, who must be asleep. The thing was a sloppy, not cut in half, horrible mess. Drenched in too much oil and vinegar, bread thoroughly soaked and disintegrated with every attempt to eat it. There is no good reason for it be 50 degrees inside of a sub shop. Almost froze to death waiting for my food. Great service and food! As a retiree, always looking for quality and price with cleanliness and friendly service... this store gives me all.

This location didn't have my order ready when it was supposed to be picked up, and the 4 employees behind the counter didn't even acknowledge the 8 customers standing around. There was no indication where to wait for pickup orders, and nobody knew where to go or who had been helped already and who hadn't. When I finally approached the counter over ten minutes after my order was supposed to be ready, the employee curtly told me it was 'next'. Now here's the kicker. When it was finally ready, the order wasn't even right. I was charged $9.19 for a MINI sub. I had tried to use a promo code for free chips and a drink online that hadn't worked, and I called before I made the order to see what I was doing wrong. The person on the phone couldn't figure it out, so she told me she would remove the charge for the chips and drink from my card after I picked it up. Didn't happen. Understandably, I was upset when I got home that I had paid $9 for a regular sub and had gotten a mini (that my small kids were supposed to split for dinner, by the way), so I tried calling. No answer. Tried several times that night. No answer. Finally emailed whatever corporate contact info I could find via Google and got a response the next day that the stores are individually owned, so they'd pass the info along to the owner. That was a week ago and I haven't heard anything. Not only is there an issue with order accuracy and timeliness at this location, there also seems to be zero customer service!! 5 stars for a chain restaurant? Yeah, I never thought I'd leave such a high review either. A while ago my wife and I had a terrible experience at another Jersey Mikes in town. My wife said she would never ever go back, but eventually I was able to convince her to try this new one on Yelm highway since I had a BOGO coupon. In the last few months we've been here probably 10 or more times. Every time my wife remarks on how nice the workers are, how clean the place is, and how much better the sandwiches are than from other places. She even requests that we go there! I don't know if the management here is particularly good, or they hired an amazing crew (or both), but this Jersey Mikes sticks out from the rest. read more

Five stars and then some. This place renewed my faith in sub sandwiches. I thought all hope was lost when my partner and I dined at the Martin Way location. This location in comparison is clean, has friendly staff, and fresh ingredients. I had the turkey provolone sub, lettuce, and oil/vinegar (very simple). We've been going to Meconis in downtown Oly when we've had a hankerin' for subs but it's nowhere near the quality we experienced here...it's time to change it up! read more

The quality of service and food at this location is top notch in my opinion. I go order from here at least twice a week for lunch and am never disappointed. Only once have I had an error with my order and when I contacted the store they went above and beyond to make it right. I understand that people make mistakes sometimes. What matters to me is what a Company does to fix that mistake. read more

I'm so excited there's a Jersey Mike's near my neighborhood! I love this place. The staff is so friendly and the sandwiches are always perfect, with freshly sliced meats, cheese, and veggies. I've never had any issues with my pick-up orders. My favorite sandwich is the original Italian, but they're all good. Give them a try! read more

Appreciated I received a response from my previous 2 star review from the owner which offered to email them directly (which I did the same day) but it's been two weeks now and I have yet to receive a reply. Seems the inconsistent customer service I experienced in the store also applies to the business owner. I will never visit this store again and only hope their franchise is pulled so another owner who actually cares about their customers can take over. Will use my Shore Points elsewhere. read more

My first visit to Jersey Mike's. We ordered four regular subs, two cold/2 hot. Three people after us walked out with their subs before we did. When finally getting ours I asked if they don't normally make them in order. One guy threw his co-worker under the bus. He said, "I make the cold subs, he makes the hot, mine are ready." The poor co-worker stopped making hot subs to help with cold subs while the other guy answered a long take out order phone call. Besides, our cold subs were not complete and waiting all that time. I felt bad for the guy who was accused of being the problem when he had helped the other. I don't understand why they can't make the subs in order. I get mobile orders are different and get mixed in, this was not the case tonight. Wasn't impressed enough with the sandwich to go back. Give the kid a raise who doesn't blame others, especially when he was helping out. read more

We had a terrible experience at this location this past Sunday. I had ordered for curbside pickup, order was to be ready at 12:03pm after 20 minutes of waiting and watching people walk in order and leave my husband went in to see what was going on with our order. When he finally got waiting on the guy behind the counter "D" said our order was next. My husband asked why was our order ignored when it had a specific time for pickup ? He said we got busy. Then my husband asked I've been sitting out in my vehicle for 20 minutes watching people come in place orders get there food and leave how come they come first and my online order got ignored? He said in a not so nice of a ton "do you want to talk to my manager "? My husband said yeah I do so he gave him a card. He called her and basically she said the same thing "well they must of been busy". Really? I had even tried calling before my husband went inside and NO answer! This place doesn't give a crap about customer service. We were going there 4 times a week . Now they've lost our business and I've told multiple people not to go there because the customer service sucks. Oh and to top it off they didn't even get our order right, had to go back after realizing we didn't get our chips. So disappointed in this place. read more
