I use like going here with my wife, but one morning I was on the way to work, I placed my order and the drive thru girl was having a bad day or something and was giving me attitude. At the end of our interaction she didn't push her intercom button fast enough and called me an asshole, so I politely responded back with your an asshole. Long story short manager refused to serve me so I left. I admit, I could have reacted in a better way, but very unprofessional on the managers part represent this establishment. She diss missed a loyal customer. My family and family will no longer be going there. read more

This Jack in the Box is the best in Rosamond. Its conveniently located right off the 14 freeway on the way to Willow Springs Raceway. I like this place because its always there, food is made when you order it, and its location(at the gas station). read more

Before my little shopping trip at the attached Quick Stuff store, I usually order something for myself at this Jack in the Box. Why go across the street to McDonald's or Subway when it's right here right? I don't know what's with this place but it always takes foreeeevvvvveeeerrrrrr when you order here. Worst service ever ! Usually Jack in the Box had decent service for a fast food joint,but it went downhill these past years.Drive thru is ridiculous,the lady at the window that works nights gets our order wrong everytime and argues with you then finally gives in especially with complaints.They skimp out on your fries , barely a handful in the 6 dollar box which isn't even in a fry box just thrown in ,sloppy and scattered.I understand its fast food but seriously? Each new employee crew that they hire is worse than the last one. Anyone with half a brain that works there either quits very soon or is fired. It's as if the owners are constantly looking for the most unintelligent people to staff their establishment. Drive-through wait times have at least tripled in the last month. They are always asking people at the drive-through window to back-up a few feet to enable their timer to reset so the incredibly long wait times are never noticed by management (as if they actually cared). Used to be that this place was the only decent fast food in town; especially late-night. Not anymore; the consistently ridiculously long wait times in the drive-through have negated anything positive about this Jack-in-the-box location. read more

Friendly and polite staff. Employees smiling at you and saying "thank you" makes all the difference. I never get disgruntled when I go here like I do at the McDonald's across the street. This Jack in the Box location definitely beats the Rosamond McDonald's by far. read more
