I should have read the reviews before stopping here. Let's start by saying the Ultimate cheeseburger I got was delicious. Best I've had in a long time. However, it ended there. Ordered a 3 pc jalapeño poppers with ranch. Didn't get the ranch. The poppers were gross. Fries were cold and somehow overcooked. Customer service was ok. This is the closest one to my house and I get mixed feelings from this place. Sometimes my food is made fresh and comes out hot and made right. Other times, I'm given food that has been dried out, sitting under a heat lamp for far too long. It is literally hit or miss with this place. They do seem to be slower than other locations and I find that they don't always update the prices on the board. The late night wait to get food from here is bad, but it's bad for all late night places around this location. So it's just a rush late night and you're gonna wait for food. My largest disappointment of recent visits, curly fries could have been considered tooth picks more than fries. They were so dry, and dark. Like over fried or just sat out from being cooked many hours before. It's almost worth it to ask which is fresher before asking for regular or curly fries. But I guess it is what it is. I just ordered in the drive through and my boyfriend got a large root beer with his meal. I had gotten a medium sprite, so when the lady at the window handed both our drinks they were the same size. He was supposed to get what we paid for, a large styrofoam cup. And when the lady came back to the window and we told her that we ordered a large root beer, and asked, "is this your large?" Holding his drink and she lies and says yes. Like just the other day he got the large styrofoam cup from this same location. Your worker lacks integrity. I ordered through the application, got there and was told by Oscar that they had zero confirmation of my order! Checked bank account and the money had been withdrawn. I asked to speak with a manager, said manager wouldn't be in until the following morning. Asked to get a refund, said we would have to use the application to request a refund. Many times I have stopped at this location to grab a bite, unfortunately they are constantly out of product most times. Once or twice is almost forgivable but this is been the norm for a very long time. I've taken surveys and talked to the district managers, Jeremi K being the last one. He assured it wouldn't happen again, but it did, twice. Filled out the survey, called him to inform him. No contact from corporate or Jeremi. So once your in line and see that they aren't taking cards you are literally STUCK with no way to get back out of the line. You have to sit there and wait for all the cars ahead of you to clear out before you can leave. The employees are BEYOND rude about it. They are hateful and rude when it's a situation they caused. The manager has zero knowledge when it comes to providing customer service. There are many places they could put signs up to inform people well before they get in the line and they could ask the people who ordered to pull forward to allow those of us that didn't have cash on us to leave the line. I've been to this location a couple times and they take FOREEEEVER, to make the simplest order. Drive-through is always long and slow moving so I stopped going to this location. It's been a year so I tried ordering Uber Eats from here. The delivery driver sat in line for 30 min for a 2 combo and a couple extra sides and drinks order. I see nothings changed in over a year. I don't know what corporate needs to do but there has been no change in at least a year. Their service is horrible and I won't try this place again. They need to tear it down and let the competition take that corner bc this Jack in the Box location is worthless. Worst customer service! We order two breakfast meals the order appears correct on the screen when we receive our order there is one sandwich that is completely wrong and both of them didn't have egg. Went to take them back talked to one person who was trying to help them the manager comes asked what was wrong while taking the receipt and crumpled it up after I had opened it to show that my order was wrong.
