Let me start by saying I've never left a review. I've also already escalated this to heyjackbox.com, seeing the reviews already. Completely awful service. My first time at a Jack in The Box too actually. I told them I had two separate orders. Another voice chimed in over the radio over the girl already taking my order, and immediately rude tone. Acting like it was an inconvenience, even talking over the blonde being rude to her, also acting like she couldn't hear my order correct asking me what and how many in the rudest tone SEVERAL TIMES- hilarious- I ordered one thing on the first order and two on the second. I asked what came on a damn cheeseburger, I also don't drive a loud vehicle NOR did I raise my voice once- spoke clearly and respectful even after she was rude ASF. The only nice one who actually apologized for THE OTHER WOMANS treatment was the blonde working at the window BECAUSE I felt the need to apologize TO HER, not sure for what maybe the treatment she probably has to deal with too. The blonde took my card and I paid. The rude one that practically over-took my order made the blonde leave the window I'm assuming to hand me my bags. Almost like an intimidation haha. Didn't get my sauce. That angel of a blonde needs a raise putting up with that. If I didn't have clients close and wasn't picking up for them, I would literally never go to this location again, because of one person. I mean it's completely ridiculous. I also understand it's fast food. The restaurant wasn't busy, I was the only one in line ordering even. I asked for two separate orders and asked what came on a damn cheeseburger. If you're unhappy with your job leave. Don't make paying customers feel like sh*t for absolutely no reason. It's your JOB. It's MY CLIENTS MONEY. I also understand we all have bad days. Every single time we visit this location on the weekend early around 7 a.m. the doors are locked and we wind up driving all the way to Imperial location. The staff here are or appear to be drug addicted deadbeats. The manager sent a young gentleman to the door. He stated they were understaffed. There appeared to be 4 or 5+ employees in the store. This is at 7:15 am and they open at 6 a.m. We are assuming the people in the store were staff but had the look of meth addicted vagrants. My spouse told the male adolescent they needed to quit doing drugs. He stated what are they doing them in the back again. Corporate needs to send secret shoppers to this location periodically. This location is not a good representation of the brand whatsoever. We live downtown and have a second home right down Tesson Ferry so this is both convenient and accessible. As a teenager I opened 5 McDonalds in Jefferson County and would never have tolerated staff/crew behaving in such a manner. This store needs to be reprimanded for exhibiting unacceptable behavior. A QSC review is most definitely needed ASAP. Jack would be sorely disappointed to witness what customers have been tolerating at this location. SAD read more

First time at a jack in the box and will never come back. Worker was very rude at the window and I felt rushed ordering, everything that we wanted they either didn't have or was broken. We wanted mozzarella sticks and they said we couldn't have them unless we order a meal. Then we just ordered chicken strips and fries, they said to pull around and park in the front. We did the. Going through the drive-through. Someone comes on the speaker box. Because we are shortstaffed and they're only two of us. We cannot operate the drive-through today. We are only taking mobile and online orders only. To which my next thought was, if the drive-through is closed, why are you using the drive-through headset. My next question is does it take two people to make one cheeseburger? Immediately followed by I could order online 40 things. But I can't order a single cheeseburger. Ok. I absolutely love Jack n the box. So when my daughter and I got to go yesterday, we were quite excited. She ordered 2 tacos and jalapeño poppers, and I order chicken nuggets and curly fries. It was quite busy, around 1245 on a Thursday. They seemed to be overwhelmed and people were waiting some time for their orders. We were inside. I'm not sure how the drive thru was going. We waited about 20 mins but we didn't mind. Her order came up first and they called about 5-10 minutes later for my order. No big deal. It tasted ok nothing great this time.i usually get the chicken strips so I wasn't very happy about the nuggets. They seemed soggy. My fries were wrong (as I ordered curly) so I did have to wait for those to be replaced. All in all it was not great but it wasn't bad... That's until last night. I had a horrible case of diarrhea, and it is still lingering. I also had some nausea. Today my daughter informed me that she has had diarrhea all day. This is not good. I did not have any of her tacos, but we did share the poppers, fries and chicken nuggets. I don't know what happened, maybe things were undercooked because they were trying to hurry, or maybe something went in bad. I don't know but I am skeptical to go to this location again. First, the tall employee with curly hair working the front and going through orders today was great. He was so polite, nice, and made sure everyone was taken care of. The food was fresh and so good! This location is awful and always seems to be closed early. I tried going there a few nights ago at 7:30 pm and there was staff in the window, but they would not take my order. They really need to take down the giant signs in their window that say 24 hour drive thru, tried to stop at 1:30AM and all was dark... several people attempted the drive thru with no service...this is false advertising.
