They gave me the wrong burger for my wifes meal and on top of that it was smothered in mayo. Service was fine I suppose we didn't wait long but everything was wrong. They gave us high c instead of fanta, and the sourdough jack which I asked no tomato had tomato. Most of this we just ignored like I took the tomato off the burger ect and the drink I was annoyed but it passed. The burger though it was meant to be a cheeseburger not a chicken sandwhich so we have it still I was gonna go in person to return it and ask for a replacement but I haven't had the time. read more

Tried to order a BOGO Jumbo Jack with my survey receipt. They would not honor my request, saying I needed to use it within 30 days of the original purchase. Ultimate cheesburger somewhat pricey yet really good. I would recommend another location. Sometimes the one that I visited was too dirty. Nice children's menu for little kids. I didn't find any of the kid toys which I consider fun toys the ones with the happy meals. More rewarding for eating their meal. This is the worst Jack in the Box around Salinas. I've always had some sort of problem here. Either the staff is rude, the drive thru is slow, they get your order wrong or it's missing items or they run out of hot sauce for tacos. How does that happen? Bad management that's how. You think if you ordered 6 tacos with extra sauce they'd tell you they were out of hot sauce but no, they delivered all 6 without any sauce at all. I can't recommend this jack in the box to anyone, let's start with the outside of the restaurant and drive through area it's usually not clean or well kept. Same with the inside of the restaurant. But I can get over that, what I can't however is the service at the window it's usually very slow with employees asking you to reverse back and drive forward to the window again so they don't get in trouble for the wait times. But what I font like the most and happens often is that they always seem to forget, change or mess your order sometimes you ask for your burger a certain way and you get it normal sometimes they will just forget your order all together it's a mess can't recommend till some changes are made here read more

I've gone here at night, it's a shady area with some shady people. I went in the drive thru, ordered my food, quickly rolled up my windows, and locked everything. At points I've seen some pretty spooky strangers outside my window. I was scared for my life I've asked myself am I willing to die for this Burger and after it was all said and done the food gave me the answer. Love Jack-in-the-Box BUT really disappointed with this particular location's management... I love their Breakfast Grilled Sandwich, but with no bacon and no cheese. The price is very reasonable, around $3,50. When I ordered, I asked they replace the bacon with an extra slice of ham and replace the cheese with and extra egg. Remove two items, add two items, not rocket science, right ?? Well, they wanted to charge me as if I had ordered the 'normal' sandwich ( with eggs, ham, cheese ans bacon) PLUS the extra egg and slice of ham I requested, bringing the price up to around $4,30 (!!!) I requested the price be reajusted to the original $3.50 (or so), the manager said that would not be possible. Lousy customer service, eh ??
