Very confused by what just happened today. Sunday 7:30 pm at this location. Went through the drive through to order a breakfast sandwich. I wasn't done with my order, yet the person taking my order didn't even let me finish and immediately said "it's $10.51!" Like she was in a rush or something. I tried saying": " I'm not done ordering, can I add..." and was promptly reminded "it's $10.51!" To which I replied: "I know, can I add a drink?..." and she " just rudely said "I have your order already, it is "$10.51!" I just left the drive through and went to Burger King instead. Tonight me and my grandma ordered two meals one jumbo jack and a cheeseburger. When we got home my jumbo jack looked like a smashed jack it looked like someone just smooshed it. It had one big piece of lettuce and cheese. My grandmother's "cheeseburger" was a Jr.cheeseburger which she didn't order and that was flat as a board as well. The fries were cold and had no flavor. There is also a heavy homeless problem. The service was lackluster the woman on the intercom spoke too fast for any of us to understand which didn't help with the language barrier. Night drive thru, smooth and efficient. After a late event gets out, there's not many options on where to pick up some quick, good food. Prices here along with other fast food joints are surging up so you really can't say 'cheap' fast food. Nonetheless, jack in the crack is a nice go-to. This spot can get busy at the drive thru, but I applaud them for their efficiency and staff was energetic and welcoming in the end, our meals hit the spot, munchie meals and sourdough jack meals for the whole fam haha. read more

Nice because it is 24 hours. Great for night shifters. However, they do need to hire more staff at nights as it is very slow to order from this location. At least 2 more people to help with the food. I wouldn't recommend going to this location. They need to hire security. There are always several unhoused individuals hanging around outside. My daughter goes to gymnastics next door to this location. I came in here to get a snack, and there were multiple unhoused individuals inside the store. Fine, it's San Francisco. Some times mistakes happen that's just part of life, what matters to me would be how issues are resolved. In my case I had a mobile order a few weeks ago via the Bayshore location, but upon my inspection at home part of the order was missing. Given my order was via the mobile application, Jack In The Box sent me an email asking for a rating of service in which I advised them of the problem. Also not knowing if the issue would receive a reply, I also went to the Jack In The Box site , and advised them that my order had an issue. Shortly after my posting, I received a call from the restaurant manager who asked me to provide some identifiers that were part of my receipt. Went to the drive around 2amb last night. Ordered a combo box, 2 orders of tacos, value fries and a Jr bacon cheeseburger. The guy gives us our total and we pull up to wait to get to the window. At the window the kids starts repeating an order that we quickly tell him isn't ours. He starts going through the tickets trying to find our order and he can't find it. Another kid comes up and he can't find our order either. We repeat our order another couple times and they are both staring at the computer. I tell him. Okay cool well how about you start another ticket then seeing as we are still hungry. He tries to tell me no because he didn't order at the box. Me and my friend then tell at him we sure did order at the box and they lost our ticket. Finally a woman employee tells them something in Spanish. The boys move out of the way and she finally retakes our order and starts a new ticket. The tacos didn't have any lettuce in them. The burger and fries were alright. But those kids customer service was shit. What is with kids trying to tell the customer they screwed up now. Zero accountability for losing our order. Ordered breakfast through doordash on Monday, January 2nd with my family. I ordered the breakfast burrito combo, my mom a sausage croissant, and my brother wanted 4 tacos. When we received the order the 4 tacos were missing from the bag, we contacted doordash to let them know about the missing items and how I wanted to be refunded for the items I did not receive, and they refused to do so. I tried contacting the restaurants customer support and filled out the form and no one has gotten back to me. Please train your staff to double check orders before they go out, I used to be a supervisor at a restaurant, so I know how it goes. It's not fair to the paying customer that we now have to pay the consequences because of someone's carelessness. $8.44 plus tax now down the drain. read more

But since I was on my way home from the movies and I was in a cab we went to the drive-thru took 20 minutes that's ridiculous and it was only 3 cars ahead of us but at least I could say they gave me the correct food I do like their fries,but I don't like their buns I wouldn't even call it a bun I have no idea what the hell it was? So I ordered online, and they taking forever to give me my order, when I know it was done. The place was empty, and yet I see the workers walking around with drinks, including Boba from Quickly- NOT TENDING TO MY ORDER. When ordering, I had got a VANILLA SHAKE boba with my combo meal, but for some reason, the sticker on my bag said the regular boba. But then they proceed to give me iced coffee boba??? They couldn't even give me the boba that was listed on the sticker.
