This Jack in the Box location is an absolute disaster. I don't know how this place is even allowed to stay open. Pulled into the drive-thru thinking I'd get a quick meal, but instead I got front-row seats to what looked like a construction site. They were literally painting the roof while serving customers, with tools and equipment all over the place. Because yeah, nothing pairs better with fast food than the risk of something falling on your car or into your food. Genius decision-making. Then comes the order--somehow they still managed to mess up something incredibly simple. We repeated it multiple times and it STILL came out wrong. At that point it's not even a mistake, it's just pure carelessness. If you can't handle basic orders, maybe don't be working the drive-thru. And as if the experience wasn't already ridiculous, someone walked right up to our car in the drive-thru asking for food. That shouldn't even be happening, and the fact that it is tells you everything you need to know about how poorly this place is managed. This wasn't just bad--it was embarrassing. Walking in, it was clear this place had a nice casual vibe without being too laid back, someone greeted me quick with a smile and got me seated fast, the staff was polite and checked in just enough times to make sure everything was fine, food came out at a good temp and you could tell it wasn't just sitting around, I tried a few different items and all of them were fresh and full of flavor, the seasoning was not overdone and nothing tasted bland either, felt like they got that balance just right which I don't always find, the people working seemed to actually enjoy being there and that made a difference, the food portions were fair and well plated, place was clean and quiet enough to enjoy my meal without noise everywhere, overall it was a really pleasant stop and I'd come back if I'm nearby again. read more

The line is long and they're def swamped so like I get it BUUUUT they forgot an item and then straight IGNORED ME when I was standing at the door trying to get my issues fixed. My family and I come to this location often and spend a lot of money here. My last visit was terrible. The night shift lady with the annoying voice was very rude and wouldn't give me 3 buttermilk sauces with my $20 purchase. She said only 1 per order and when I told her the order was for two people she said that she put two in my bag. I looked in my bag and there was only one so I asked her for the other one and she said I was lying under her breath then asked to see my bag of food which was already in my possession. When I gave her my bag she started taking out all my food as if I was lying then realized she was wrong and gave me another buttermilk. All of that just to be greedy.
