This is the first time visiting Five Guys at this location. Monceis, Brandon, Ryan were all friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A great staff working this night (5/5). Typical burger joint with simple decor. The place was clean and neat. Light music playing in the place. I still appreciate the complimentary roasted peanuts. I got just a cheeseburger. A double beef patty "All the Way". That means the burger comes with Lettuce, Pickles, Tomatoes, Grilled onions, Grilled mushrooms, Ketchup, Mustard, and Mayonnaise. This really enhanced the taste of the burger. Fresh crispness of the produce, the grilled onions gave it a sweetness and the grilled mushrooms gave it some savory umami. The one thing I always love is burgers and I always enjoy going to five guys. First off, the peanuts are pretty great and a nice salty snack before the main dish. The staff are always so energetic and fun to interact with when I come in. I always forget that the regular burger has two patties, but I always pleasantly surprised with the two patties in the end. The fries are pretty nice, only wish there was more. The food comes out pretty quickly and there's able tables inside to enjoy the food. read more

Solid burger they make it fresh to order! It's always better when you dine in because the fries are piping hot and the burger doesn't get as soggy, otherwise it does kind of get soft and soggy in its wrapper. So I actually worked here when they first open. I remember for the first month they had lines out the door everyday for lunch. But the hype definitely died down now. I still believe In-N-Out Burger is better and more consistent product which definitely has a really fresh taste to it. And I love the way they toast their buns. The main advantage Five Guys has over In-N-Out Burgers is their toppings. And being able to get a banana milkshake is a plus. Five Guys is definitely much better an my initial review. I have always heard about Five Guys burgers but never really had the motivation to try them out due to the burger being so expensive. I finally caved in. I really liked all the option that you can add into your burger and create one that satisfies your tastebuds. Though, I didn't know that the burger came with two meats! All I could taste was just the meat patty with a hint of the other ingredients. I think it definitely needs more mayonnaise and sauce. I have nothing special to say other than that it's a burger. I do like how soft and squishy the burger is, haha! I got the large Cajun fries and I'm not sure if that's the usual amount of seasoning they put on but it did not taste Cajun-E at all! It just tasted like salty fries and that's it with a hint of Cajun. I was expecting it to be very flavorful but it was not. You know! I liked that I tried this place but I will not be back especially how expensive it is for a mediocre burger and Cajun fries with not a lot of seasoning. It was kind of a let down for me. Food was the greatest thing ever, would definitely come again. The tables were so clean and the neon Five Guys sign was pretty cool. When I came in with my e-bike the employees were totally cool about it. When I went to buy my food the person at checkout was super nice to me, he asked how my day was and complemented me and my bike! Then he told me the order was on the house and I couldn't believe it, what a nice guy! Disappointing! I am used to go to five guys all the time, and I always look forward to a decent burger there. NOT THIS TIME! A single burger with tomato and onion was no better than a McDonald's burger. The fries were always good, but this time, a lot more crazier than before. Five or six flakes of onion, give me the slice of tomato I had ever seen, and the burger was obviously smaller than what I used to remember. I believe that the crew was more interested in having their own private conversation instead of paying attention. Today was my first time going to Five Guys. I always know that their burgers were greasy but when I had received my order, it didn't look greasy at as I thought it would be. I ordered a little burger with all of the toppings without mustard and extra mushroom. We had also received their little fries as well. They actually give you so much fries even though it is considered "little". I got their cajun fries, but I thought that it was alittle too salty. I can see how this place can get expensive since even their smallest burgers is worth around ~$6.50 mainly because how it can be customized. This place is mainly 3 stars because of how expensive this place can be and the saltiness of the fries. I came in to get a milkshake and told the girl with glasses I didn't want any whip cream and she literally took it back and scooped it up with a paper towel, I'm not drinking this because i don't know where the paper towel has been. Plus it's unsanitary to get a paper towel and scooped the whip cream from inside the cup once the drink has been made.. I need to get in contact with the manager of this location because this really can't be the way that this staff works. If they had inspection and the inspector came in and seen this they wouldn't gotten marked for this because it's not what you're supposed to do. read more

Not sure why this chain is so popular. I've tried it a couple times and it's mediocre every single time. Seriously nothing impressive about this chain. Everything tastes fine but does not blow your taste buds by any means. Check Your Order I don't give 1 star lightly and I try to extend some grace during this trying time; however, it has been several months operating in it and grace only goes so far. The Order: 10 double cheeseburgers and 3 double burgers, all with lettuce and tomato and 5 fries. This was correct good kitchen staff. Requested katsup, mayo, mustard, onions, pickles on the side with forks. Got ketchup and onions only. Got no mayo, no mustard, no pickles, no fork for the onions, and no napkins. $138 for 13 people and gave a tip before knowing the service. Prep and order taking staff needs definite training. Though I wanted to focus on the issues with service I will add that both I and my son said the burgers were tasteless. It appears no seasoning is used at all. This may be practice at 5 Guys, I am not sure but I am not likely going to be trying to find out any time soon. I've always heard the hype about Five Guys but have never been too inclined to try it. I ended up giving it a chance during COVID via delivery. I ordered the bacon cheese dog, cajun fries, and a bacon cheeseburger with jalapeños. The bacon cheese dog was pretty much just a normal hot dog with bacon and other ingredients on it. Not spectacularly put together, nor was there anything particularly interesting about the flavor or overall taste/feeling it leaves you with once you've eaten it. Pricey for what you get. The cajun fries came in a cup in a bag... and were all completely spilled out in the bag. As such, I did have to scoop them out into the bag which was mildly inconvenient. Granted I know this was likely a product of the delivery, given that the store knew this was a to-go order, I would expect better to-go packaging to prevent such things from happening. That aside, the fries were ok. The bacon cheeseburger with jalapeños was pretty good. Again, nothing out of this world, but I DID enjoy it! It hit the spot for a solid burger from a fast-food joint. Taking into consideration the quality of the food, presentation, and price point, I'd say Five Guys is OK. Good food, decent price. I ordered a lettuce wrapped bacon triple patty with extra cheese, mushrooms, onions, and tomatoes. Protein , Fat , Vitamins & Minerals . The burger was juicy and crazy good! I liked how the burger was stacked. All of the ingredients fit in between the lettuce bun, which made the burger surprisingly easy to hold and eat. The mushrooms and onions stayed put and nothing flew out of the burger when I took a bite. The meat was juicy and fatty. The extra cheese slices really made the burger pop with flavor. Full cup and some in the bag, which they should, since they're expensive. Over time they've started giving less and less. One of the best burgers you can get especially closer towards 10pm. Usually I order 2 burgers at other places to get filled but here I only get 1 burger which comes with 2 Pattie's! In 2009, I discovered the Five Guys on SR 200 in Ocala while on a work project nearby. Within a couple of days, I made my wife ride with me from Gainesville to get another one of those great burgers. She loved it as much as I. Before too long, a Five Guys opened in Gvl on NW 43rd St, near our home- there's another on Archer Rd. Ever since, it has been my favorite eating place in town- above a bunch of fancier restaurants I still love. I get there every week or two or three, seldom enough to keep it a special treat. As great as it is, Five Guys may be an aquired taste for some people. It may take a few visits to choose exactly the right combination of ingredients, and there is a long list of options. I get a Little Cheeseburger- the regular burger, with two patties is too much for an old guy. I order it all the way, less pickles, which includes grilled onions, and grilled mushrooms, and I add grilled jalapenos. Wow! Perfect for me. Once or twice a year, I get a grilled hotdog with cheese, grilled onions and mustard, but I love the burgers so much, I usually have to put off the very good dog. Speaking of dogs, I've had two since I've been eating at Five Guys and both always were happy when I came home with fries. I only buy a small order of fries, but they give me so much, I always share with my pup. I've seen a few so-so reviews on Yelp, but I feel sorry for anyone who doesn't understand the luxury of a Five Guys burger. Anyone expecting a fast food burger may not understand the piece of art they're served at Five Guys. It's very juicy, so one must eat carefully. One also must learn the combo of add-ons that works for them. Yes, it's expensive- over $20 for burger, fries, drink, plus tip- but It's worth every penny. I always eat in and have a few peanuts. I'd been avoiding to come here since the day it opened like 7 years ago or whenever it opened mainly because of the past Five Guys locations I've been to were nothing special to me. My first visit here was nothing different. There was lots of parking around the area depending on if you're fine with walking over a short or long distance. It wasn't busy after 11:30am on a Monday. I ordered a Cheeseburger ($7.39) with everything and BBQ sauce, a Regular Fry ($3.49) and a Regular Soda ($2.39). I liked the number of things you could add to your burger. Their menu had other options like hot dogs and little burgers for a cheaper price. The food came out a few minutes later in a to-go bag. I guess everybody got their order in a to-go bag even if you're eating there. The Cheeseburger was large and everything tasted okay to me. The fries were good and they gave me a ton more than a regular size which was fine. The food here was okay and an alternative to other fast food places. read more
