Worthless drive through... placed an order in the drive through once I got home find the order is nowhere close to what I ordered...not only were they a jumbo jack and an order of egg rolls short they also gave and charged me for two extra orders of fries I didn't want...but at least they did put in my tacos o wait despite that they didn't manage to get even one packet of taco sauce you know the one thing that makes their tacos edible so thanks I was able to throw away almost half my order thanks to how useless the jack in the box drive thru is thanks for the no taco sauce for my tacos and the complete wrong order keep it up read more

The burgers and other items we got were old... As in "hey there should be hungry customers coming, why don't we pre-make things earlier in the day and just put it under the warmer or flash fry it the 3rd or 4th time, they won't notice?"... Love jacks, but there is a white girl (I think she's a manager or acts like one) she's so rude & made me feel so stupid! I've witnessed her with male customers & she's so nice & friendly with them... women on the other hand...exact opposite!! The manager is awesome, things always run smoothly with her & she's friendly no matter what your gender or race! Heads up jacks...when the manager is not on shift maybe u should watch your staff closely! I only gave 2 stars cuz of the employee that always makes me feel less than a human....I have money & I thought money is good anywhere,I guess its only if I'm a man when this particular broad is working! usually go to the one on western but was here already . I used a coupon to purchase a meal and asked no ranch just mayo. the guy in the register told me no substitutions allowed only if you pay full price.i told him I am only asking for mayo and he replied no substitutions only if I pay full price do you still want it. that's crazy I have never had this problem at the Jack's on western. this will definitely be my last time coming here. read more

Ever since this jack in the box has opened not only their service but THEIR FOOD is HORRIBLE! We went on the first day they opened & their curly fries were really hard like potato chips & their chicken stripes were burned.. me & my gf thought we'll it juss opened their busy well probably have better luck next time.. the 5 times after that they either forget to put something in the bag give the wrong order or they just have an attitude.. I went last night just for TWO TACOS.. It was nothing but lettuce & hot sauce. No cheese nothing else! From the reviews I see it's more then a problem! Now that Jack In the Box has reopened, I wanted order some curly fries and tacos, wow! the food tasted terrible! The curly fries didn't have that reddish tint, it was lighter and more peppery in taste. The tacos were undercooked and the person taking the order seemed stressed out and annoyed. I went here today for lunch. It's the closest one too my house. Generally the service is okay except for always getting ketchup on everything when I ask for mustard. Today however there was a young guy working. Not sure if he was new or not but I couldn't even finish my order before he kept interrupting me asking if I wanted a drink and what did I want, what size? I had to tell him to let me finish. Then when I get up there of course no offer of a drink holder, food was tossed at me and no straws when I got home. The guy looked like he was spun out of his mind!!! It's Jack in the Box, which means even when it's really on point it's still just okay - you eat here because it's fast/convenient/cheap, not because you love it. I come here often, as I just live up the street. Came here this past Saturday night at around 9pm. Ordered the Late night Munchie box and two chicken sandwiches no mayo with ketchup only (on everything) I mentioned it more than three times about no mayo. I get home and what do we have in our meal MAYO! I drive back down, the shift leader (Cham, or Chang. She is a filipina lady) was insanely rude and was arguing with me that it was cheese in the one sandwich, then how I didn't mention no mayo at all. I told her we don't eat mayo and I told her three times. She continued to talk mess to the other workers loud enough where I can hear her from the drive through. She told another worker to hand me my food and continued to talk crap. I was pissed at this point and asked the girl her name and if she always talked sh$t like that every time, because for being a shift leader, she has a lot to learn. I didn't get my receipt so I can do the survey and report her (yes I'm one of those folks) I called the next day, but was placed on hold too long. Will I go back, probably because my family knows I eat at Jack n the Box all the time, and I have gift cards. I will go out of my way to go to the other store which is further from my house though. I used to stop here nearly every morning for breakfast. The large woman that works the drive through has no concept of customer service or even common decency. I was able to over look the fact that she always calls me "honey" or "sweetie". I find that to be too familiar and frankly a little uncomfortable. A few months ago while sitting at the window she decided to get the tamale mans attention while he was about a half block away. She proceeds to scream at the top of her lungs "TAMALE! TAMALE! and other things in spanish. As he turns to come back apparently her coworker decided she didn't want any so she proceeds again to scream to the tamale man. Keep in mind this is when she is approximately a foot from my face. I told her her it was a little rude to scream like that directly in a customers face. She just gave a blank stare. I told myself that was the last time I would go there and I haven't been back in over six months. This morning on the way to work i went against my better judgement and stopped by for breakfast. As I pull to the window what greets me but this same massive woman in the midst of a massive yawn complete with sound effects. I guess a coworker told her that it is rude to do that in front of customers to which she replied at the top of her lungs I KNOW! I CAN'T HELP IT! I'M TIRED!! Again, she's screaming to a coworker while a foot from my face. So as she hands me the bag again she screams LUPE! HURRY UP I GOTTA GO TO THE BATHROOM!! It took everything I had not to chuck the bag and drink right through the window. I said if you want 15 dollars an hour to do this job you'd better step up your game! Again I was met with a clueless blank stare. I swear to buddha i will never spend another dime at jack in The Crack. Customer service appears to be a lost art and more so at JIB.
