I should have never ordered here on Christmas day. At around 10AM I ordered the Mozzarella Sticks. Already sold out. I then ordered a Buttery Jack. And 6 Jr Cheeseburgers plain. After 30+ minutes in the drive through (about 3 to 4 minutes per car), I finally drove off with my food. I reached into the bag to grab my Buttery Jack, which is much larger than than the cheeseburgers. i was unable to find it! I pulled over and parked. Took everything out of the bag. All the items were the same size! I unwrapped each one. 6 cheeseburgers were how I specified. There was a seventh. Without cheese or bacon but with ketchup & pickle. This is the worst restaurant. The food was horrible and the service was even worse. The food was cooked in dirty oil. I'm not sure how much credence can be placed on reviews for fast food places, since the experience can change daily. Here's my latest at this one. Drive thru at lunch time, place almost deserted. Ordered kids chicken strips and two tacos. They raised the price for the tacos. Was 2 for a buck forever, now about $1 each. I had the kids chicken before and it was pretty good,this time pretty bad. I wouldn't serve it to a kid I liked! Chicken strips small, non uniform, dry and tasteless. Fries a disgrace. I think they scraped the crappy remnants out of the fry bin. The first time my husband and I came here there was a mistake on our order. We just brushed it off because we all make mistakes but every single time we've gone we've had an error with our order (pickles when asked for no pickles, etc.) The food is great but the mistakes and long wait times have made it so we no longer want to order from this specific jack. read more

Keep in mind it's fast food; but it's five star fast food. It is indeed fast, and they haven't messed up my orders yet. Their burgers are several steps up from McDonalds in terms of taste and quality and their Curley fries are good. It's easy to get into and leave if you are going north, but not so much if you have to cross traffic to go south. read more

I just went through the drive-thru about 11:15 this morning. To get two jumbo jacks with cheese and I got two jumbo jacks with cheese but I don't have any meat or a burger on either one. And I've been trying to call and call and call and call but the line is busy. You either like the food or not, but this ones been better quality than the other Jib's. Con: The kids do need to practice better handling when using gloves during the Covid crisis. I came to get a coffee for my dad and decided to get some breakfast jacks too. I was pleasantly surprised with the fast and prompt service I received. I went through the drive thru and it was fast. It was exactly what I expect to get when I go through a drive thru. I was glad to be in and out. Plus, the food was good and the coffee strong. No complaints from the old man! So I went to this location for the first time needless to say it was the worst experience I've ever had. The food was so bad the dog would not eat it. I put in a complaint with the company and it took a while hot a reply from there corporate office asking if the district manager contacted me I replied back saying no that they were the first email I received from the company. That had been 2-3 weeks since I made my complaint so I then received a email from the district manager Kathrin Jackson saying she was sorry she missed the mark on 12/29/2022 saying to please email my address to them so they could make it right I emailed them back the same day still have heard or seen nothing from them. Again I guess they missed the mark! I then emailed her again 3 days ago telling her to please call me still no response. The mark was missed a 3rd time.
