She took the time to explain the offerings and the daily specials despite that crowd that was there. Quick and kind to explain yet gracious - that takes skill! The food, well, it was too yummy to even take a picture of - will definitely try and take photos of the food on our next visit. Just be aware that the Quesotaco tastes best with the birria meat option - at least it was for us. But that does not discount how GREAT the food tastes and that the pricing is a great value because they do NOT skimp on the meat selection (and they have plenty!). The drink options are great as well and the agua frescas are HUGE! Great value for both (non-alcoholic) beverages and very tasty food! Got us anything we needed and offered us help multiple times as we sat by the truck. Asada fries were great, all the salsas were flavorful, and the quesatacos were also awesome. This is a local food truck that serves up delicious Mexican food! I got 3 tacos (asada, birria, and al pastor) and a horchata. The horchata was huge and they offered free refills today. The prices can't be beat and the staff are very nice. I'm not usually in this area but would definitely recommend this food truck if you are. I am so greatful that this FOOD TRUCK drives down to San Tan Valley every weekend otherwise I wouldn't get great tacos on a regular basis as all other places that serve tacos near by are not very good. We always order pretty much the same line up. Four tacos each of Asada, Pollo, Pastor and Queso Birria and all are very good. They are Street Tacos so don't expect some huge fajita sized taco but the four are pleantiful enough to fill me up. I have also had the Asada Torta and Burrito which were both really good. But thier $2 ea tacos are normally what I go for. I usually call ahead to order as they can get pretty busy. If they don't answer that means that they are REALLY busy but it's all good becuase the food is always consistant and worth the wait. read more

I found my new favorite spot for Carne Asada Fries! They are crispy fries with an amazing amount of meat and cilantro and onions. The fries are super flavorful and I really liked the green salsa. They were a great deal for the portions, and they allowed me to switch the nacho cheese to shredded cheese which made these even better! They have a great variety for a taco truck and great prices and portions in my opinion. My wife got the pastor and asada tacos, and they were also filled with a perfect amount of meat. The meat has amazing flavor and the quality tasted very fresh! The wait was not to bad at all either for a taco truck. It took about 15 minutes for our order and everything was fresh. The taco truck is located right on an old parking lot; which is a little hard to pull into but once you're in parking is not any issue! I cannot wait to go back! The young lady that works every moment they are open (Thursday evening through Sunday night) is such a calm and genuine person and she remembers names and peoples orders. I know all the amazing workers in the truck are incredible, she is the best of the best though due to consistency with her job and warm nature when it comes to dealing with people. I ordered 5 tacos, 2 al pastor & 3 birria. The al pastor had a good flavor but was a little dry so I added some guaca salsa that was given to us in a tiny plastic container. The birria was moist but lacked a little bit of flavor. I ended up drinking my hubby's birria consomé with my tacos and I could really taste the flavors then. I liked that they only give you one tortilla per taco, but I didn't like that my birria tacos fell apart shortly after picking them up to eat. Thin tortillas? This is a problem. I also ordered a jamaica to drink and I didn't like how huge it was because it was a bit too sweet. I'll probably have a few sips and discard the rest. I would have preferred the option of a smaller portion.
