Had not the best experience. I go to Jack In the Box all the time. Was told rudely to clear the table off when I am done and that other guests complain about me leaving my tray there. I didn't realize that it was company policy for guests to clean up after themselves and I thought I was helping leaving my things neatly piled to clear off. That they know the table has been used and to sanitize. That I know restaurants are struggling and a lot of guests are still sensitive to and or susceptible to the Coronavirus. Not a big deal at all. I don't want to disrespect their store, that they're nice there and I was just surprised. I have no problems with cleaning up after myself. I was just of an orient that it's an expectation to wipe the tables down after usage. Will continue to frequent and be a regular. The food is absolutely delicious. read more

I don't normally write up reviews for fast food joints but I have to give a shout out to the crew at this place. 85th/Aurora- Rough area and such but our entire order was just delicious and awesome on all fronts. Chicken Pita was slamming, egg rolls, tacos and the chicken snack wrap were excellent as well. Oreo shake was one of the best we have add. Order was correct and no sauces were forgotten. The worst Jack in the Box location I've ever been to. I went here about two weeks ago, and the poor dude working the drive-thru was clearly overwhelmed. It seems like there's only ever one person working the drive-thru at night, which is honestly ridiculous. Their employees seemed extremely overworked. When I told the employee that I had placed a mobile order, he didn't ask any further questions and informed me to pull up to the window. He handed me my food, to which I glanced inside, and it seemed correct. When I got home, I realized that it wasn't right. I ordered curly fries, churros, and a burger. Instead, I received curly fries and two sets of chicken tenders. The churros come in is the same box as the chicken tenders, so I had assumed that the chicken tenders were my churros when I glanced at the order in the drive-thru. I contacted customer service, to which the district manager reached out to me and asked when I could come back and pick up the correct order. I gave him a date and time, and he said that he would inform the staff to expect my arrival. I went to the drive-thru and explained the situation. The employee asked for my receipt, and I was pulling up my mobile order receipt when she stopped me and told me that she needed to see a physical receipt. I told her I wasn't informed I needed to bring one and showed her my email conversation with the district manager. She asked to see my phone, read through my entire conversation with the district manager, and then told me that she wasn't going to be held liable for the order and said to come back when her manager is working. 1. What was the point of reading the conversation, just to tell me no. 2. Is Jack in the Box counting every single curly fry to make sure their employees aren't giving out free food? It seemed as if she would get fired for remaking my order without approval from her manager. Honestly, it was frustrating to get the wrong order, but it was even more annoying having my time wasted by going back. I'm not one to be harsh, but this location is truly garbage. read more

I know it's fast food, but this JITB is in bad condition, even for low standards. I pull up and there is a homeless woman pooping behind a bush near the drive through. Aurora is always classy! I get in line and order chicken strips and fries. There is only one car in front of me, but that order takes about 5 minutes. Maybe he had a big order? Surely my small order will be ready when I I get to the window! Nope. It's my turn at the window and I am told the food is still being prepared. Ok whatever, maybe they are just extra careful to make sure you are getting the top notch JITB experience. Another 5 minutes later and my chicken and fries are finally handed over. I excitedly pull over and chomp on some fries. Nope again. Fries tasted like old stale cardboard with grease. The fry was also hard, which is not the texture you expect! I literally spit out the one fry I had and lost my appetite for fries. To get the bad taste of stale fries out of my mouth I bit into one of my chicken strips. That was a mistake. It was boiling hot and literally exploded grease right into my mouth and scorched my tongue. With no tastebuds left, and defeat in the air, I decided to try my luck at Taco Bell Instead. read more

This store just completed a remodel, making it one of the nicest fast food restaurants I've ever visited. In addition to the remodel seeming to scare off the hookers, druggies, and various freaks that you used to see here, the service has gotten better and they haven't messed up my order in at least 3 visits. This place is gross. As I walked in no one greeted me, the two employees were just chatting away for 3 minutes. As I was about to leave they finally noticed me. My order was a jumbo jack with cheese and shredded lettuce, what I got was a fingerprinted burger, tasted okay I guess. I was stuck at the hairdressers for longer than anticipated due to a little mishap with the coloring (I asked for cherry cola color--but she gave me AUBURN), so I didn't have any time to cook something for my hubby, and I offered to go to Jack In The Box. Our problems started looking over the drive thru menu. It was confusing to read. My husband was Frustrated because he couldn't figure out what he wanted. So we decided to take the opinion of the employee to figure out what he wanted. The employee just said "I don't know, what do you feel like?". This naturally left my husband BEYOND FRUSTRATED because he wouldn't have asked if he didn't know what he felt like!!! And then I asked what kind of options there were for people with thyroid problems. Then the employee said he didn't know. Who hires such CORN COBS????? Does this company even care to educate their employees on dietary needs?!?? At this point we were super angry. So we lost our apprentices and only wanted two meals each(and a 20 pc nuggets to share of course) We were so shaken from this awful experience that we didn't feel like watching the new episode of our favorite show when we got back home, 90 day fiansè (my husband loves Paul, I'm more of a Darcy fan myself!) Not a particularly clean or welcoming restaurant location... but perfectly acceptable when it comes to providing food -- especially given that we were searching for supper upon our arrival in Seattle on Christmas Day, so our options in the nearby area were limited. The straw for my milkshake was frustratingly narrow and cut up my mouth (the beverage was rather difficult to drink, though it was rather delicious). My sandwich was good however: no complaints there! The dining area was a bit dirty/messy seeming, and it looked like the restaurant had some issues with unruly customers in the past as they had very restrictive bathroom policies for example, but overall our visit wasn't bad, just a bit unsettling and the difficulty in getting good plastic utensils and napkins to go with our meal was a bit frustrating. read more

I think the picture says it all. This was supposed to be a Chicken Cluck sandwich. Small spot of sauce in the middle. 1 regular and 2 small pickles...in the middle. Dried out chicken to go with no moisture on the bun = garbage. District manager 'Elvis' could care less as his generic emailed response to my complaint shows he never even read it. He did offer a free meal but why would I want another bag of garbage. Pars Group LLC runs Jack in cities between Seattle and Kent and I have had problems with either the food or customer service in most of them. The service at this jacking the box is highly inaccurate, and extremely slow. When I have a 20min layover for the D-line and try to get simply just a coffee, I still miss my bus. When nobody is in line in front of me. They put their emphasis of service in the drive thru, or so I thought until today. I ordered a sausage biscuit combo with a coffee, one of the most generic basic things to order. They gave me bacon instead of sausage, even after ordering twice at the speaker box, then again at the window where I expected to pay. I should've checked my sandwich before driving away, however there were people behind me waiting to get there food because somehow my order took so long. I ordered multiple times, at the speaker box and personally at the window and they still got my order wrong. I also think it's ridiculous that they don't put cream and sugar in your coffee for you when your obviously driving, when in the drive thru. Another complaint I have is that they open their door late most mornings, sometimes 10mins after the intentional opening time, even though their drive thru is open. Very unorganized, inaccurate, and often a big waste of time to try to go. I wish it wasn't the most convenient fast food spot for me to go to. Wow. Just stopped here for fries and an egg roll on the way to a friends house. When I got to the drive thru, there was a car in front of me and the driver was screaming at the person in the window. Before long, they're both screaming curse words at each other. The driver takes off and I pull up. It's the manager (at least I think she was, since she had a different shirt on than everyone else) that was yelling at the customer. I hear her calling her a crackhead and that she needs to go f*ck herself. As for me, my order never got entered, so she tells me that she doesn't have anything on the screen. Ok, fine. I tell her what I ordered. She takes my money and throws a bag at me, while she's still telling other people how pissed she is. I say thank you and she doesn't even look at me. Check my order and I've got fries and a potato cake. No egg roll. So I park, go inside and tell the person at the counter that my order is wrong. She takes the potato cake out of my bag and PUTS IT BACK UNDER THE HEAT LAMP. Seriously? What if I had licked it or something? Not that I did, but still. This is the sleaziest location in the Jack in The Box chain of restaurants. During the day, there's always some loud-ass crazy person pacing around by the bus stop or that homeless guy with the cartoonishly scripted "Spare Change" sign who does that creepy shuffle when he walks. (Shudder.) I noticed that this place was listed as being good for kids. I guess that's true. Although it's usually kinda sticky/dirty on the inside and I'm pretty sure I just saw some chick shoot heroine over there in the corner... But, hey - little boys love the flashing lights and sirens of police cars! And they are sure to see plenty of that zipping by on the busy highway. And I'm sure your toddler princess will be enchanted with the colorful makeup and sparkly costume jewelry of your friendly neighborhood prostitues. As an adult, I come here for two reasons. First, Jack in the Box's menu is the flippin' bomb! Where else can I get teriyaki, french toast, AND churros?! You were (and still are) walking distance from my house, and there you were, a beacon in the night, offering me food...and choices, no less! Nay, you didn't merely offer me hamburgers. You offered me teriyaki bowls, smoothies, cheesecake, and BREAKFAST ALL DAY LOOOOOONNNNNGGGGGGG. During the one or two times I've ever drank to excess, you've ALWAYS been there...offering me the most delightfuly greasy meals my little inebriated brain could conjure. And even when I (or my companions) have consumed to excess, you STILL always serve me with a smile, present an affordable array of pleasant food, and (as far as I can tell) ALWAYS seem to do a good job refraining from spitting in anything that I order. I love how the Jack in the Box in this area is 24 hours and 7 days open. But what sucks is after 3am in the morning, they don't make smoothies or shakes T__T;; I'm usually a night person and I want smoothie or shake sometimes. But overall, I am glad that by car, it's only 30 seconds! By walking, it's only 5-8 minutes. I love getting their hamburger deluxe and their oreo shake, they blend it so it's more delicious unlike Burger King, we don't make the right oreo shake, we just put chocolate shake, then oreos then whip cream on the top, that's how we make it, and I know it since I work there so yeah. I was nursing my daughter and one if the employees wouldn't stop staring at me and when my partner and I both told him to stop staring he yelled at us, when we complained the lady at the counter said it was my fault for nursing in public. I walked in and it smelled like a public restroom... A really bad one. There were spiderwebs everywhere and the dining area was a mess with cups of unattended coffee and packets of sugar dumped on top of tables. There were only three or four people working and we waited at the counter for a couple minutes, with no one acknowledging us. If i could give it zero stars i would. Since my mom works near there we stopped at the drive through a few times at 9 pm. Both times for 2 meals we waited over 25 minutes. One time there was 1 car ahead of us who got 1 bag and the other tine 2 cars were ahead of us with 1 bag each. Maybe 1 person does everything there because fast food, well, should be fast . I could have ate at red robin and been done and paid about the same amount. Remember those 1 min 30 sec. Timers at the window. You need those and higher expectations. I don't have to get out of my car so nothing in the cold world outside my too expensive gas eating SUV affects me in my mad dash for a yummy milkshake. If you dont know what Jack In The Box looks or tastes like get out from under your rock. They are slightly better than most chain fast food joints taste and quality wise (I pick them over Burger King, Wendys, McDonalds). They have more variety and a larger value menu than most other fast food. Anyway, the reason I specifically LOVE LOVE LOVE this Jack in the Box is that they have NEVER gotten an order wrong or forgotten to give me something (like sauce, IM LOOKING AT YOU WENDYS). For a while this was my regular lunch stop and the people working here would know to grab me a free water and extra napkins when I pulled up to the window without me having to ask. I've seen some pretty gross fast food places before, and this has to be in the top 2. I came in to grab a soda, snack, and to use the restroom while I was waiting for my bus...big mistake. For some reason half the restaurant and the entire bathroom floor was coated in a slippery, nasty slime. My boots, which are made for hiking, were slipping and sliding like it had been greased in lard. The bathroom itself had water and blood--and a half-eaten burger--all over the floor. I was too afraid to order food or drink my soda after seeing all this so I just paid and left without drinking it. Big wtf. read more
