After finally having people that work there now. You have to wait for a half hour for cold food. My cheese wasn't even melted anymore. Tacos ice cold and we waited a half hour smh. This is terrible!! This location has a lot of problems. We showed up with a truck and trailer(obviously can't fit in the drive thru) and they denied us service because we weren't in a car. This location is getting worse by the day, I had a buddy of mine stop in for 3 meals and was stuck for an HOUR apparently because the employees couldn't get the order right. Every time I go to this Jack In The Box there's an issue. Whether they are closed 15 minutes before they are supposed to be, they forget to put napkins and utensils in with meals that obviously need them, to blatantly WRONG orders, and then to the chintzy "bait & switch" menu to bag drive thru tactic where you can't bring back your bad order!!! We have given Jack in the Box multiple chances to get an order correct wether it be online or the drive thru, The Stanwood Jack in the Box cant seem to get an order correct. From it being the wrong order to just flat not giving the whole order to us it seems to be a constant challenge. I beleive this boils down to a management issue or just nobody cares. I am sad to say that even though Stanwood WA has a limited selection of fast food restaurants we will no longer give our business to this Jack in the Box. We went thru the drive thru, 7-8-18 12:30pm When we finally got to the speaker they informed us that their grill wasn't working, so they couldn't serve any burgers...buy we "could certainly have fries or drinks"!! This location is now staffed by people with no awareness of what is going on around them at all. I order 3 combos, only one person in the car. 3 drinks - 1 person and he just proceeds to try to hand me individual drinks. I actually had to ask for a carrier! Another time I went the Lobby was closed no reason given just that it was closed but drive through open.. I do not know if this is a owner operated resturant or franchised own but either way whoever's is running it should know better in ordering product. This location is actually the worst Jack-in-the-Box I've ever been to. Rude employees, bad service, and they always mess up my order. Every single time. They even mess up on stuff that you wouldn't even think was possible. I am one to always check my food before I leave a fast food establishment so that I know I have everything I need, but even then sometimes I will get home and notice they gave me the wrong kind of burger. Like how do you even mess set up? One time I ordered a cheeseburger and when I got home I realized that I ended up with a sourdough Jack. The food was typical of Jack in the box. Fast food. Hashbrown was absolutely disgusting and tasted like I took a bite of lard (I suppose that should be expected). The guy who took our order (judging by his shirt I would assume management) was pushy and rude. Didn't smile at all. Wouldn't be patient while our van full of people looked over the tiny breakfast menu on the side of the menu board.
