They still got BOTH. pizzas WRONG. Deep dish Detroit Hawaiian light sauce how do you screw that up? Canadian bacon and pineapple cheese sauce. How do you screw this up? There is giant blobs of sauce all over . Why am I paying for a sloppy crappy pizza? I'm not sure what they put on his sausage pizza but here we are no place near what we wanted. I received an Internet offer to get a pizza at a 50% discount. Upon arriving I was told they do not honor online offers. So I went home and tried to use my previous order of Pan Pizza from their website, only to find that offer could not be used either. I went back into the store, found out they still had some Pan Pizza skins, and was told those were only available if I paid full price, with no types of discount being honored! About once a month we like to order a few pizzas from one of the Murphy's locations especially this one. The service here is often friendly. When it comes to building the pizzas it often feels like the portions are solid, but occasionally they seem to vary, like today's When asked for extra sauce and cheese on the pizza it seemed like the sauce was more light and the cheese was closer to standard. However, More often then not I do feel like this Murphys location gets the order right then not and deserves the rating of 4* but just not quite a 5th one. read more

We just purchased our last pizza from Papa Murphy's in Stanwood... We ordered extra sausage and there was barely even a sprinkling of some new excuse for sausage in tiny crumbles, instead of the regular italian sausage they have always had. When we questioned the lack of extra sausage we had ordered/paid for, a very rude employee said that this is what you ordered - that it was measured. We have gotten this pizza weekly, with 3 times the amount of 'good' sausage, for many years, and will never order from them again... The staff appeared all new, and not one friendly face in the bunch. read more

I walked into the store and placed my order. About 3:30 pretty quiet. Ordered my pizza and wasn't feeling it and didn't tip. Maybe on me but it is take out. So I stood around waiting and had two people who arrived and placed their orders after me pick up their order. I am still standing there. After the second person left the store, I'm like where's my pizza. Staff asks what's my name, they had finished it and had put it on the rack for people to pick up who had phoned in. I left with my pizza and asked the person who was out the door and in the parking lot if she had tipped and she said yes. She was the second person to walk in after me. The first person behind me I didn't ask if she had tipped as she was long gone. But I had the distinct impression that because I didn't tip they were not interested in getting me in and out, I could just wait. I'm not usually a demanding person, but I had the distinct impression that because I said no to a tip I could just wait. It will be hard to go back to a place where I feel the staff is not interested in taking care of the customer. read more

Pizza is never ready on-time, severely understaffed location. Final straw that merited a review was preordering pizza 2 hours early, just to show up and they have yet to start making it. The staff said it would likely be 20-25 minutes before my two pizzas could be started. read more

Great service! They were very busy and did a great job handling all the orders. Went home and baked the pizzas and they were delicious!

I ordered a pizza and club salad yesterday. When I got home I saw the salad had expired the day before. Makes me wonder what else has expired that are being sold to customers. read more

I love Papa Murphy's but haven't been in ages since I went dairy-free. Imagine my surprise and excitement to see an advertisement for dairy-free cheese!! I've heard for years how good Papa Murphy's pizza was but we didn't live anywhere near one until recently. We're self admitted pizza snobs, we were spoiled because we used to have a branch of Grimaldi's pizza near us and their thin crust pizza was outstanding. We ordered our first Papa Murphy's a couple of weeks ago and it was excellent, but we weren't wild about the original crust. It was just too thick for us. Everything else was outstanding! Last night we ordered the same pizza but with thin crust and it was perfect. We get the creamy garlic sauce, both kinds of pepperoni with extra, black olives, also extra, chopped garlic and light on the cheese. We will definitely be ordering here frequently in the future. I use the online ordering and it's so easy to place my order, set the time for pickup and walk in and get it. It's also great that they frequently have coupons to use too. Don't let the "take and bake" scare you off, this is some seriously good pizza. read more

I am so impressed by this Papa Murphy's, they truly have an understanding staff. I went in to pick up a pizza yesterday and found that we had ordered a stuffed pizza and I thought that we had ordered a regular one. Right away they offered to make a new one, despite it saying stuffed on the receipt. They even offered to give a refund. When it turned out they couldn't, the manager kindly and calmly explained that she was unable to due to it being an online order. I said that was fine and made sure we'd still be paying the same price we did online. I thanked them for remaking the pizza and went on my way. A short bit later I found out that we actually did intend to order a stuffed pizza. I went back in and asked if they still had it and offered to give back the pizza they had made. They gave me the original stuffed pizza we had ordered and said we could keep the other one as well. I apologized multiple times, knowing well that this was all my fault. They were so calm and forgiving. This is truly was customer service is all about! Thank you so much to the staff that was working, you are awesome and doing great work!! read more

To start off we seldom order takeout pizza. We found though they have a special pizza called taco pizza. Only once or twice a year. It is delicious, and I am not a fan of taco flavored pizza. It seems incongruent. This was very good. The staff was friendly and efficient. Will try again next year read more
