Great quality food, service is way above the average so called fast food restaurant! Restaurant inside is super clean. nice for fast food! The employees at this Taco Time are always very nice and friendly. I always feel like they know what they're doing and my food is always hot and fresh. Yesterday, we ordered soft tacos. The beef one was good. The chicken one tasted like a chicken salad. We ordered a large tater fry but instead received 6 tater fries and 2 deep fried fish. We ended up throwing it out bc I noticed the guy who took my credit card had gloves on and then handled the fish. Every bite of my burrito tasted like fish. read more

Where's the fish?? ‍I had visited a different (taco time) location and was impressed by the food and quality. This location was a bit different. The fish was not crispy (pretty soggy) like I had remembered from the other location I had been to. The fish was maaaybe half the length of the tortillla. We purchased 1 meal and 2 tacos, our total came out to $27! I just feel like... for almost $30, a bit disappointed with everything. read more

I have been eating the Crispy Bean Burrito since 1975 when it was the closest place to eat from work. In the last 2 years it's my go-to place after swimming. NOT A BEAN TO BE SEEN!! Monday I got the NEW (crappy) Bean Burrito. After biting into it the filling disappeared! The reason is because it was squishing out from the roll. I took it back & the manager told me they had been getting the old ones from a supplier but they are now making their own. She told me she would make another as it wasn't wrapped correctly. And...she was sure I would like these better....NOT!! The 2nd one was better wrapped but it's horrible. It's just bean MUSH....no beans at all...& the bottom still squished out...which I tossed. Plus your fingers now have to be scrubbed to get the mush out of your cuticles.....ugh. read more

Cannot get orders right. Asked for extra guacamole was told this is extra. I said I don't care. She charged me for two scoops to be put on my salad. That was my only dressing. Got home dry salad. Called the manager Matt was told that I would have to come back right now to get it. I asked if I can come tomorrow, he said no. I asked for a refund or a comp we are talking about 2.58. Ordered the Baja beef taco and was pleasantly surprised. Good sized taco for the price. Also ate a couple crisp tacos and definitely prefer them over ones from Taco Bell. Staff was friendly and hooked it up with a bunch of hot sauce. read more

I love tacos. Taco time makes a pretty decent taco. I work very close to this location. I can walk here in less than two minutes. In fact I can walk here and place an order usually within 3 minutes. The thing that bugs me is that it usually takes at least 15 minutes to get my order. Every. Single. Time. The drive through however is about 5 minutes faster. On a 30 minute lunch break, that doesn't leave much time to chow. read more

I love taco time worked there for 5+yrs & never in my time would I date behave so rude, unprofessional & slacker as the employees at this location. 3 orders on the screen & 5 employees standing around chatting, cleaning the rail & laughing. Then when there are 5 orders on the screen slowly prepare food. It should never take 10+ mins to get 2 soft tacos & 2 crisp tacos made & out the window. Furthermore doing 3 orders that came after ours before ours is a big no no when its something so easy. read more

This was the first time in my life I have been kicked out at closing and not allowed to eat the food I just bought. got there 20 minutes befor closing and had to wait for ajother guy to come from the back to take my order. he asked if was for here or to go, I chose here. We find a seat and wait. It took them 10 minutes to get my husband and my food up. 2 mexi fry a soft taco and soft burrito. Than he says we will need you to leave at 10 when the restaurant closes. I was just shocked. Why couldnt he have said sorry only take out orders and I would have been ok no problem. I have worked in lots of restaurants and that is not a good way to treat customers. every restaurant I worked in woud never have kicked a person out mid meal. even if that customer came in 5 minutes before closing we would serve them, let them eat their meal and unlock the door when they were done. sure we didn't like recleaning stuff like the grill. but if they got in the door befor that closing time we were obligated to serve them and make sure they had a pleasurable dining experience. We had to eat half our dinner in the car. The guy acted like we were going to rob him, he said we are not allowed to count the till with people in the restaurant. I just wrote headquarters. We are experiencing lots of poor quality old food when we take out or drive thru. Food is left out, crisp taco shells are old, chk. Baja tacos are dried up and less food than normal. Drinks are not full, what is going on. I can eat out cheaper than here but I chose this place bec. they advertise fresh. So GIVE FRESH!! The pace is clean; I can chose from no gluten and no dairy here, but I will go elsewhere if better food and better compensation are not rendered. I will also write a local editorial if there is not feedback to this with free coupons for sale food mentioned above. Customer Service needs to step up here. read more

Great food, always fresh always carefully put together, amazing menu and lots of gluten free options or vegetarian options. Can take a little longer to prepare food but this is due to the use of fresh ingredients and being hand rolled. (i totally don't work here) but as someone who comes in just to eat a lot, please stop by and check us out. Also the employees are awesome. The Beans have zero flavor. The taco and rolled taco were good everything else my family ordered was was not good. Overpriced for what you get. For burritos and beans you would be better off with Taco Bell. read more
