Ordered 2 Jumbo Jacks. Drove 20 minutes home and neither had the hamburger patty. Location was not busy. Called and was told to come back and they would remake. I had my 99 year old aunt to feed and did not want to make her wait another hour to eat. Requested a refund and was told I had to come I. To the location and with my receipt! So now I have to make an almost hour round trip drive, gas on me, to get a refund for an order they didn't just slightly mess up. Likely they left pickles off. Could deal with that but NO BURGER, on a burger. As social media commented, sounds like we dodged a bullet. If someone can't remember to add a burger, to a burger, how could we trust the cooking. read more

The food is awful. The service is even worse. The people that work here clearly do not have any work ethic, at all. The place is always empty for a reason. Went about 15 minutes before they closed because I was craving some curly fries. (very big pregnancy craving) And we were met with very terrible customer service. A worker immediately stated "We close in 13 minutes" no "thank you for choosing ____ how are you?" We asked politely for more time and again a very rude response. "Well again we close in 13 minutes so yeah take your time I guess" I've worked in customer service for a good 3 years and never have I once done anything like this. I had people coming in mere minutes before I closed and was never this rude. Seems like a dodged a bullet because everyone is saying how disgusting this place is. Instead of an automated response, take some action and actually fix your place of work. Customer service has gone down the drain from needy teenagers just wanting to make a quick buck. Yall are getting paid until you clock out, if it were me and I were still working I would milk up every minute that I was there as i'm getting paid to do so. If I could give this place ZERO STARS I would! My hubby made an online for a fish sandwich so it would be faster then walking in. The person in front of him at the drive through waited for a while before he pulled through and walked into the store. My hubby too waited and waited and even hollered to see if anyone would reply. Nothing so he too pulled around and went in. There was a lady at the kiosk making her order, and a guy in front of my husband. They both waited for someone to come to the front counter. After about 10 minutes someone finally came around, grabbed a bag and put it at the GrubHub counter then just walked away. No order pick up, no order for Jeff, nothing. Hubby walked over to the bag and realized it was his order. Got home and told me what happened and I quickly called the store. The so called "only manager" said to me that it was very busy and he was to only one making the orders and working drive through and walk-ins. My husband said that there was a total of 3 guys working. I said that it was unacceptable and I wanted the name of another Manager. He said "Lilliana, the GM" and HUNG UP on me. It is not our fault if you are "short-handed" and ignoring the people in the drive through and at the counter inside is just NOT OK! Such an AWEFUL experience for this little town! read more

MEAL: Breakfast MEAL PREFERENCE: Vegetarian ORDER TYPE: Dine in MY RATING: 4.5 MY ORDER EXPERIENCE: I ordered my favorite burger which was a Sriracha Curly Fry Burger with no meat. The burger had cheese, curly fries and sriracha sauce on top of it. I also ordered 2 Tacos and a Regular Iced Coffee. The burger price is around $6+ without meat just for the burger and the curly fries and I always thought that I was overpaying. But this time while I was ordering I asked the employee if there is a way to get the same burger for a lower price. She tried reducing the price but couldn't and she asked her manager for help. Upon checking further, her manager magically brought the price to 90 cents. I could not believe that the burger's price was less than the regular iced coffee price. The burger had the right quantity of curly fries, cheese and had Sriracha sauce over it. The burger was flavorsome. The Tacos were not that great and the regular iced coffee was good. They also gave me additional regular fries along with my order. The restaurant establishment was big with enough parking available. As it was thanksgiving time the restaurant had the thanksgiving vibe with all the decorations. The place was quiet, so I dined peacefully. As I was impressed with the burger's price, so I took one for the road. Overall, I was happy with the price, obvious taste, and the customer service. I also asked Melinda (The Manager) to write the instructions for me so that I can order the same burger the next time whenever I go to the other locations. Thanks again to Melinda for helping me with the order. I would love to see more locations in Taylor and other parts of Texas. PROS: The restaurant was quiet and hygienic. This is going to be long. So today we wanted some breakfast so we went to McDonald's, they stop serving, then we went to Burger King, they stop serving. Then we were like, let's try Jack-in-the-Box. And to be completely honest, because of the experience we had today we will only be going to jack-in-the-Box from now on. Anthony (I hope that's his name) greeted us as we pulled up and was very nice, even after I changed my order, he was so nice!! He was a great example of what customer service should be!! I actually think that they should do a commercial after him!! He's amazing!! I am writing this review because Good people get looked over too often and ANTHONY deserves to be recognized for his amazing customer service!! As a previous district manager for food services I can't express enough how important it may be to make sure Anthony is on the fast track to moving up the chain!! I came into Jack in the box around 12:30 lunch time , I ordered two chicken spicy sandwich combos, and a order of onion rings. Brought home to eat. I was amazed and thrilled to see my sandwich was wrapped in a white paper package really well. NO! GREASY BAG OR WRAPPER! My chicken sandwich was delicious fries and onion rings! Also I asked for a large soda and they gave me a small, that wasn't even the soda I asked for. I didn't get my fries so I told them and they said they would go get them but they never came back. The food is kind of greasy.....but that is not my complaint. Dude....I am not making this up. Around their building they have a grassy area in the parking lot. I saw 50 rats or more scurrying around outside and behind their building. I am not exaggerating. I have never seen anything like that. And I have been to third world countries and NYC.
