My morning started with a visit to a competitor, 'on Wheels'. After being treated extremely rude by the owner of the competitor, I jumped on Yelp and found Rojas Tacos. I had a large order and a tight time constraint. I knew it would be a challenge because I could see where they were cooking the tortillas fresh, but Cori and her crew rose to the occasion and provide 80 tacos in 45 minutes. She took the time to explain the menu to us being it was out first time. We ordered tacos to go, they were fresh, hot, and delicious; made with homemade tortillas. Although, were kinda small, they were really great priced. I will take a smaller taco with a homemade tortilla rather than store bought tortilla any day! FYI this is a breakfast/lunch place only.
