Those vehicles who pulled up after we arrived got their food and drove away before we could pay for ours. We were told that she was the supervisor - her name is Sylvia. We asked the lady who was mopping the floor to stop in the area we were walking into but she kept on mopping. We are 2 caregivers and 8 adults with disabilities.. but the lady mopping seemed to ignore us so we went to the supervisor Sylvia who did nothing instead she yelled at us saying it's gonna dry soon. We are not coming back ever again! We have been going in this place years or for as long as I can remember because it was convenient and we live few blocks from here but the supervisor's rude treatment prevented that. read more

When i want something fast and good, this is my to-go place. I love their breakfast grilled sandwich, and the seasoned curly fries. Service is always good and the mini churros are just plain goodness. They are not cheap with ketchup and dressings and I love it. Happy munchin' read more

I went thru last week to order food once I got to window I give guy named Daniel my card he then hands card machine towards me but didnt say anything I assumed to take my card out like they do at Starbucks so I remove the card and he tells at me and say No your pin but card back in again I apologized, then as I'm trying to put card in hes taking an order n drops the machine and yells at me and I apologized again and said I'm sorry are u in a bad mood, the yells at me just grab the machine and slide in your card I was so surprised with the attitude and yelling I got his name right away and left once I opened my order on the tacos cheese wasnt even melted , I know it's hard times during this covid season but thers no excuses to yell at a customer . Oookay! So last night 10/18 my bf and I went through the drive through around 11:45-midnight because nothing else was open.. and the woman who helped us was EXTREMELY RUDE. While we were ordering, she cut us off to give us the total- we weren't even finished ordering! We asked for ranch, got zero! And when we got our shakes, she hadn't even mixed them at all! All of the mix was collected at the bottom and the ice cream stuff was at the top, totally separated. I couldn't even drink mine at all. On top of that, after she handed us our bags, we were setting everything down and she goes to give us back our card- apparently we weren't going fast enough for her because we hear an impatient "Here!" This venue is great! They are located in a large plaza next to neighboring business, so no parking troubles here. Upon entrance, the venue seemed to be clean and well maintained. There was a staff member cleaning off spoiled tables. Order process was very quick and efficient. My order was fulfilled correctly in a speedy amount of time. You can never go wrong with a couple tacos for only a buck I recommend the OREO shake mmmm one my favorite places to get a shake. I know that the draw for some people is that crazy soda machine where you can get any kind of soda with any kind of flavoring you want. This is a great idea in theory but in practice not so much. All the soda comes out of the same spout and once its been used for a while all the flavors just stick in there. You might want a Dr.Pepper but you get a weird cherry/vanilla aftertaste to it that you weren't expecting. Maybe they need to clean it more often or something but its not as great of an idea as I had originally thought. read more

Absolute worst experience possible... To start things off it took 15 minutes to take care of the three cars in front of me. Then i ordered a Jumbo Jack with cheese and extra pickles and a large coffee. They gave me a Jr Jumbo Jack without cheese and without pickles despite me asking them a few times to make sure there is cheese and pickles. I also asked for ketchup which they gladly left out also. And for the cherry on top they didn't put the lid on my coffee all they way so as you can guess if fell off and made a mess while i was driving. I have given this location far too many chances! I really have no idea how it is still open!!! My order is never correct! There is ALWAYS something missing or wrong! We have been going to this location for a little over a year now because we live 2 minutes away. The first time it happen it wasnt that big a deal. Accidents happen I can move on with life. The second time was a little annoying but again I'll deal with it. But now it's been happening every time we go here maybe once a month or less. Hello. I recently went to this Jack In The Box after a good time with friends at the Trampoline Park in San Marcos. I was very happy until I encountered the manager at this Jack In The Box. Firstly, I got to the window and I attempted to get the attention of the worker at the drive-thru. I'd say I was waiting for a good 7 minutes, but I brushed it off and did not think much of it. It wasn't really a big deal because again; I was happy coming to my favorite restaurant with friends. We wanted to do 3 separate orders and the manager said "only one," which was pretty odd. So we just went with one. We ordered our food and after we did she began to say, "alright." She really had poor communication and I felt very uncomfortable. I definitely will never come to this Jack In The Box again. I believe if employees are tired or cannot communicate well with their customers they should not be working there or go home early. The poor customer service is not worth the shift. Thank you for taking this review into consideration. I want the best for this restaurant, as it is my favorite. Check your drive-through order before you get too far away! I almost feel my order was filled wrong on purpose...how else could everything be wrong? Ordered (and paid for) a 3 piece eggroll with buttermilk sauce...got home and found a single with sweet and sour. My husband wanted the chicken strip meal with regular fries and honey mustard sauce...got home and found 3 strips instead of 4, curly fries, and BBQ sauce. I had terrible service with my order on the 20th of sept, I tried calling and left two VM's finally yesterday 9/22 I got a live person on the phone-The woman was really evasive and would not give me her name when I asked for it..she took my name and said to just tell the manager on duty today and she would replace the meal..I ordered a sourdough Jack/onion rings and a Diet Coke: I rarely eat out so and was on my way home from work at 10:00 pm-I ordered NO MAYO on the burger,a DIET COKE and Onion rings..I asked the cashier if they got the No Mayo and Diet Coke when I paid and when she handed me my drink and food for a total of three times and was told yes-I got home and the burger was swimming in mayo, the Coke was regular and the onion rings looked old and burnt -I had to throw all of it away and was pretty upset*** Today I returned to get the replacement meal I was told to come get and the manager was extremely RUDE SHE STARED ME DOWN AND CAME ACROSS LIKE I WAS LIEING SHE REFUSED TO GO SEE IF ANYTHING WAS NOTED ANYWHERE AND DEMANDED A RECEIPT.. I have never been treated so rudely she scolded me and spoke down to me ..I was livid by the time I left the restaurant..She did give me a replacement meal but by the look on her face and her attitude she didn't want to and didn't give a shit about me or keeping me as a customer..I used to deliver frozen products to foodmaker in LA when I was a truck driver and have always been impressed in the high quality, cleanliness and professionalism that Jack in the box ( foodmaker) has always stood for..I can't believe that this store represents those standards ..my order was corrected so I don't need any compensation ..but I feel that the management and staff in this store needs to a refresher course/training on customer service ..They ( both the person who originally waited on me and the one today) did not seam to care that I was upset/unhappy and actually made me feel like I was a huge inconvenience...I will Probably not return to this jack in the box in the future.. read more
