My husband made two mobile orders tonight. And we were both disappointed by the services we got by the employees. 1st issue was that when I came to pick up the order they claim it didn't go through on their end. So my husband had to come down and show proof the the purchase. 2nd issue was that when he came inside to show proof they just took his phone without asking. They did that twice and didn't say anything. The second time the employee took his phone without asking she showed everyone his phone that made him feel unsafe because he didn't know if they were looking at any personal information. During this time I was at the I was at the window while my husband was inside. No one said anything to neither us. My husband had to ask the employee what's going on. They did not communicate at all. There was no apology. And I also notice that some of the employees didn't have any gloves on. During this pandemic we thought we could feel safe about making mobile orders I guess we were wrong. This is a last resort if everywhere else is super busy. They always get something wrong, whether something is missing or they don't do the changes that you want. Really slow service, drive-through can take forever. Depending on the workers, they are nice overall, got a few that have an attitude but it's understandable if they are being overworked or hate their job. Today I went in bc I wanted a iced coffee which was good since I think jack in the box makes some decent iced coffee and not like McDonald's coffee milk. So disappointed in this location. Food is always good here but the service is terrible. The sign says 24 hours they are open for dining and drive thru but the workers like to put a chair from the seating area outside to block cars from coming in. When we went inside to order they said "we are only serving drinks, no food". As I was frustrated I asked why are you open 24 hours if you have no food, then she replied with an attitude and said "I don't know, we are waiting for the delivery". I then asked for the managers number or someone to talk to and her response was "oh well I don't know the manager or the number‍". The women here that work always give attitude and are snarky when we ask questions. Even when serving food and letting them know something is missing they insist "you didn't say that on the order" or "it's in the bag, just look". We got the food home and after taking a bite out of the ultimate cheeseburger laid it down on the plate face down and the back of the bun was all moldy. My stomach just about lost it. Occasionally when I am sick and tired of eating at the other burger joints I would come to Jack In The Box in Waianae. My order is normally Sourdough Jack regular combo, teriyaki chicken bowl, and the tacos (2 for 99 cents). I only order this when I am full on hungry and did not eat all day. My recent visit to Jack In The Box I had a fundraiser card for $5.00 = 5 BOGO's. Sean, the employee, said "with this fundraiser card you can order any sandwich and get the second one for FREE. You can also use it on the combo menu items." SWEET!! I opted to order the Sourdough Jack medium size combo. I was going blank on what drink to have when Sean named every single drink that this fast food joint has to offer...very impressive. I settled for the Sprite. Curly fries or regular? Curly fries please. Dine in or take out? Take out please. One stamp down....that means I have 4 more visits to get 4 more free sandwiches. I'll go on Mondays if I'm scheduled for work. Which sandwich should I order next?? Overall my recent experience at Jack In The Box was very pleasant especially with Sean working. Absolutely terrible service!!! If I could rate Waianae jack in the box zero stars I would. It's been a long stressful night and one of the only places that's open to finally get something in our system. As soon as we get to the menu no one is answering so we drive to the window and a girl comes to say that "the worker is sleeping " while on the clock and we was a paying customer been waiting. Then we reverse to the menu to place our order. Tell me why all of a sudden she blaming they don't have a munchie meal when it's pretty much the same thing as the regular meal but just a little cheaper and more variety. Here's why: Ordered a meal (meals come with small size bev and fries). We said we wanted the meals LARGE and instead of the fries change to CURLY FRIES. Lady charged us for EXTRA, large fries and large drink. (Side note: I said I wanted fresh curly fries. Still STALE CURLY FRIES. Ps ASK FOR FRESH because for months of going their, their warmer to keep fries warm is BROKEN. No light!). We said we wanted 2x 4pcs chicken nuggets. $2.00. She charged for 1x 10pcs nuggets $4.89. serious?! I could get 20 pcs for $5 from them Anyways. I didn't want to go in so I called to make a complaint. Someone picks up the phone. NO "HELLO". If I was the manager of this store there would be a lot of employees without a job. We stopped here for a late night meal on the way back to our vacation condo. This has to be the worst fast food I have ever had. I ordered a burger and curly fries. The bun tasted so soggy and stale that I could not even eat it. When I took the burger off the bun to eat it, the burger was a very odd not burgerish color. I decided to just munch on the fries until I could go back to the condo and find a different snack to eat. My husband got sick from his chicken sandwich later that night. While we were dining in, a customer returned their dipping sauce because there was mold in it. I don't think this place is very well kept or sanitary. The food is not being rotated or stored properly. Don't stop here, just be sure you have some snacks from somewhere else to munch on late night. We went here in the afternoon on New Year's Day 2018. An extremely rude woman with a dog kept badgering the woman at the register, who remained calm and professional at all times. The customer spent five minutes arguing about the cost of her lunch, accused the cashier of trying to trick her into paying more, made it a point that she was getting her "free" water, and came back *twice* to insult the workers because she didn't like how her sandwich was cooked. This customer was so hostile that at one point I feared for the cashier's safety. She threatened to contact the owner, whom I hope had the good sense to check the security footage from that day because the workers were in no way at fault. They were kind and professional while this angry jerk ruined everyone's day (this was on New Year's Day, by the way!). I never rate fast food franchises, but this place deserves 4 stars just for the way the cashier handled that nutcase. If that woman shows up again, she should be banned. read more

Early morning visits =no lines! We drove right up to the drive thru and there was no line. I love it when there's no one behind me, that way I can take my time and look at my menu options instead of rushing and settling for what I always get. I love their jalapeños poppers with their house buttermilk sauce and sweet sour sauce! I use both sauces! I also enjoy there egg rolls with the same dipping sauces. Today I tried for the first time their mini churros and to my surprise they were pretty darn good. Recently opened on Dec 12th. To see this place in Waianae is a big difference! Lol Went here for the first time last night & this place was so crowded in & out! Their is only 1 way in & out and the space is too tight. The drive through line was all the way backed up to the entrance and their was only limited space to fit to get in to the parking lot. If only they made the entrance a little bigger than maybe it wouldn't be such a hassle. Ecspecially for big trucks like mine. I reported it to the day manager on duty and she didn't care to listen.
