I don't know how people are saying this place has excellent food/service. The food I received today was very oily and inedible. I ordered tacos and chicken nuggets. Everything came out dark brown and each bite was disgusting. Normally I love going to jack in the box for late night meals but it's a waste of money coming here because it's all so gross. read more

Worst fast food experience of my life. I was in the drive thru and the employee couldn't speak English. He didn't know or understand the menu. He kept getting the order wrong & we just ordered 3 burgers..as they were, no substitutions of anything. The order was never right, but we just accepted it because we knew it wasn't going to be right. When we pulled up to pay- he called us a PENDEJO TO OUR FACE ... which means asshole in Spanish. BECAUSE HE DIDNT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH TO PUNCH IN A CORRECT ORDER??! We immediately asked for a refund. I paid with my credit card & they refunded me in cash??! Sad to give this review cause most of my reviews are Awsome! But one night had to pick up dinner on my way home ordered the chicken pita and when I got home after paying $6.52 it was a joke.. Not only was it close to $7 but It didn't come with a drink nor a side. I understand it's a fast food restaurant but unless you want to loose business Jack , you must pick up your game a little. My goodness! I don't even know where to start with this drive thru. As soon as you pull up to order they ask you to hold on. You wait for an extended period of time and then place your order. The screen is damaged and you are not able to verify your order. If you are looking to pop in and out of this location you may want to try another place. They are not quick at all. This is not quite standard fast food. They have so many things on their menu that it sort of makes my head spin. My fiance and his daughter think this is the best fast food going, but I think it's slightly better than average and that's it. Most of my complaints center around breakfast. They serve their breakfast sandwiches on HAMBURGER rolls! To me, a breakfast thing should come on a proper buttermilk biscuit, and since we don't have Biscuitville here, McDonald's will have to do. Hamburger rolls. Really. That is so gross! Their fries are OK but not my favorite (I can never really decide but in the fast food category I think McDonald's fries are best.) Onion rings are really variable; if they make them fresh for you, they're pretty good; if they've been waiting for any length of time, they suck. The burgers are acceptable though I don't like the ciabatta thing. I prefer the buns at Burger King. I give them an extra star for special-ordering anything. You'll never get any grief about the sauce you want or don't want, sandwich topping choices, and the like. The dining room and drivethru are both open 24 hours which can be a good thing sometimes, especially in Woodinville. They just remodeled the interior of this location and they did a nice job. It's a pleasant place to eat as long as there's not too many of the coffee-can-muffler-Honda teenagers hanging around. read more

So we went to buy 3 Jumbo Jacks, in the drive thru it took literally an hour to wait for our food! There was only 3 people working the lady gave us our food but she tossed it to our car and, Yes the food dropped! We had to wait for half and hour when finally she announced that we had to park in front of the restaurant. So we did, and waited for 45 minutes! We went in the restaurant, and we saw the food that had dropped on the ground, ON the counter the lady didn't see us because we were in the corner. Then all she did was put some fries into the bag! The SAME bag that had been dropped on the ground, outside. She lied to our faces and said that they MADE IT. We had to refund our money but she never gave proof to us that the money was refund! One hour ago approx. 12:28 am my Brother and I went to the drive thru at the Jack in the Box in Woodinville WA. 1) My Brother order was: Double Cheese burger meal with an ICE Mocha..."Med size on the Meal" 2) My Order was OLD FASHION SHAKE CHOCOLATE: OUTCOME OF BOTH ORDERS..................... My Brothers came back COLD and fries COLD and cheese not melted on burger....MOST of all he substituted his drink for an ICE MOCHA which he NEVER GOT! Jack in the Box is a favorite chain due to their varied menu and being open 24/7. I really like the 24/7 part as I'm often up all night working on a project for work or studying for the bar exam. The location is in a great location as it's not far from home and I can hit my bank's ATM and do other errands. Service and food here is find during lunch and dinner but early morning anything goes ! Incident #1 - Monday at 5:30 AM peak rush hour breakfast time. I order burgers as I've been up all night. They are out of beef. None until 10 AM. I order breakfast sandwiches with bacon or sausage. Sorry out of that also. No meat to be found here during peak time. Eggs fine. I drove off and went to another location. Incident #2 - Tuesday at 4:30 AM. Out of beef and out of bacon and sausage again. Not doing chicken guys or anything else. Incident #3 - Afternoon and something odd came over me and I tried to eat something healthy. It doesn't happen often. I order a salad. I eat half of it and discover the lettuce on the bottom is black. WTF ! I try to eat healthy and I get spoiled stuff likely to make me sick. And it does. Chic food often makes dudes sick when it's fresh when it's not it's guaranteed to do it. I always report stuff like these things to management so they can know what's going on at their place. I usually go to Jack in the box on occasion. This morning I set in drive thru line. Ordered 2 number 21's clerk asked what to drink and I said orange juice, then she asked for both and I said yes. When got to window, she said 4.63 which told she wasnt talking about my order. I informed her I ordered 2 21's with orange juice. She proceeded to tell me no I didnt the car behind me did. For the love of all that is holy, PLEASE do not go here. We typically visit late in the evening as we are night owls, and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. there have been rats in the drive through, scurrying out of the building. I have long since stopped eating here - it only took seeing rats once - but my partner continues to come here due to it being the only place to eat late at night. Every single occasion he has gotten something, it has also been wrong. Missing items, missing portions of food, etc. Seriously though, rats outside mean rats inside. Wish I could give a minus 5 star review, the worst most dry chicken, not sure it is even chicken, my husband got a sourdough grilled chicken and it took him 3 bites to even get to the chicken, opened the bun and looked like they put run over chicken nugget in his sandwich, we asked for a new one, took 20 minutes and it was terrible, service was friendly but seems like all the employees are new to using a register.
