He is the person you need to navigate these rules. I have seen companies with excellent customer service. Sense Financial, however, has the Single. Best. And Consistently Best Customer service I have experienced. His support team as well have Always Been on point. I was shocked to see the negative reviews as I had a great experience and Tom helped me (starting around 2013/14) to help me rebuild my credit after several negative credit issues. I started in the low 600's and with Toms help (that must be followed to achieve the results), my score ended up in the 700's. That was critical in my then situation as we were house shopping. It took a lot of discipline and budgeting, but with Excellent Credit Score's help, I increased my credit score enough to be able to make that home purchase. Fast forward to 2023 where houses are pretty much unaffordable, Excellent Credit Score was a huge help in helping us establish good credit and create stability in this very unstable market. I had repaired my credit before, many moons ago, and know what it takes. It is stressful so I thought paying someone else to do it would be helpful. This service still requires quite a bit of work. They send you letters that you have to sigh, mail and include copies of of DL and SS cards. As well, you have to scan and email and credit reports when they come in. All they do is query all the negative items on your bureaus over and over and over ad infinitum. When I asked for my money back, Tom Fahrny, the owner said I didn't do what I was supposed to. Coincidentally there is a secure messaging service you use to communicate back and forth, my account was no longer accessible to show him that I had done EVERYTHING they asked. I also have 100+ emails from his employees with instructions acknowledging I'd be doing my end of the agreement. As a side note, I had 3 old accounts that were active collection accounts from years ago. It took me 2 weeks to resolve them, without his service. Also, I spoke to someone else who is cleaning their credit up for their brother using Excellent Credit Score, they told me as well they'd be asking for their money back, due to poor performance. Save your money, use it to settle with the people you owe money to. And if need be, write the letters to the bureaus yourself.
