Came here day before Mother's Day for brunch. The empanadas are to die for (which I'm sure plenty of people say) We got a flight of mimosas as well to share, they have plenty of different flavors also just traditional orange juice! Our server or their support was always around to help with any requests. They are family friendly and provide high chairs for your little ones HUGE thumbs up. Considering they are in arts district, they are reasonably priced. The music is a little loud at times it felt but overall not horrible. read more

While I had brunch here on my first visit, this time I just wanted a small drink and snack (was having an early dinner) before hitting up the antique mall down the street, and this place fit the bill. I had the Vegas Sunrise which is a mix of black iced tea and fruit juices. Not wanting much caffeine, this was perfect. An empanada seemed like the perfect sized small snack, and this fit the bill. It's a little small for $6 though. All in all, I need a proper brunch meal on my next visit, whenever that might be. Unfortunately, my experience here was very disappointing. The host sat me right in the front because I had my stroller and did provide me with a high chair, which I appreciated. However, almost immediately, I had to start waving my hands around because there were flies constantly flying around me and my son. My server was a very nice gentleman. He was professional, friendly, and it was actually his first day serving, so he was still training. I honestly wouldn't have even known he was new because he handled himself well. However, the person training him never came over to introduce herself or check on us. As someone who has worked in the food industry for over four years, I know that normally the person training someone would introduce themselves and their trainee. Instead, I noticed her on her phone. As the meal continued, my server brought out my food and my son's food. At this point, I had already been constantly trying to keep the flies away from myself and my child. There were literally more than three flies inside the restaurant, and they kept landing around us, on our food, and even on our drinks. You could clearly see me constantly waving my hands trying to keep them away. The food itself was good, but honestly, I was completely over it by that point. Once the flies started landing directly on my food and my son's food, it completely ruined the experience and neither of us wanted to continue eating. I understand that it can be difficult to keep flies out, especially when doors are opening and closing, but having multiple flies continuously flying around a closed restaurant and landing on customers' food and drinks is not okay. What disappointed me the most was that nothing was done. I probably should have spoken up directly, but at the same time, it was very obvious that I was struggling to keep the flies away. I was literally waving my hands constantly around myself, my child, and our food. Unfortunately, because of the flies and the lack of attention to the situation, I cannot recommend this place and am giving it 1 star. read more

He did a wonderful job for a 10 AM brunch date with my girlfriend on a Tuesday! I had a breakfast empanada that was truly delightful with a dipping sauce that was just the tingle on the tongue that was needed to bring full closure to the deliciousness of this empanada! I am usually not a big fan of empanadas but their steak and lobster seasonal one was delicious. Super light and flaky crust and it had plenty of filling! Super savory and buttery. The steak in the lomo saltado is very tender and flavorful. The short rib in the la paisa was also delicious and there was a big portion. Both food items I got were $15, and I got a specialty latte for $7. The latte was dulce de leche. It was good, not too sweet, but it could've had more flavor. The food tasted pretty good, but both items were basically gone in a couple bites. For the price, I'd assume I'd be full when leaving. Instead, I'm left hungry and out $40. The service from our server wasn't great. We waited almost 10 minuets for her to greet us and come take our order. We asked for lemons when we ordered our food, for our waters, and never received them from her. She brought my latte about 5-10 mins later, and we didn't get lemons until we asked the man who brought out our food, another 10 minuets later. In all, I wouldn't recommend coming here unless you're only looking for a snack or have a small appetite. read more

We picked this place due to great reviews and an outdoor patio as we had a dog with us that morning. We were seated quickly outdoors. This is a bustling restaurant atmosphere so you know the food is going to be good! He had the Latin hash and I had a chicken tinga omelet. Both were large portions and played nicely. They arrived about 10 minutes after placing our order and the waitress was nice and on top of our drinks! My omelet was really good and I could only consume half as did my friend with his entree!! We ordered the Avocado Toast, Short Ribs Empanada with a Bloody Mary, I personally ordered a bagel and cream cheese and a bowl of fruit since I drank WAY TOO MUCH the night before....but the food was delicious and fresh. I eventually succumbed to the Rock Star lifestyle and even though I was having a rough morning, I did order 2 Watermelon Mimosas which were top notch, and restarted my day. My first time here after reading positive reviews [Saturday 3/7/26]. I walked in the downtown location at 7am on the dot (after watching the staff member open up the patio for 5 minutes before) and the same female I had watched organize the patio, immediately insulted me with a passive aggressive, surly, back handed, greeting - "thank you for opening the gate, we weren't quite open yet, Olivia will help you out" was not necessary. As a person who has worked in public service and hospitality for over 30 years, it was one of the coldest, mean spirited, crass, and rude welcome I have ever had the displeasure of receiving. Sure, everyone has a bad day or a tough morning, but that woman needs a complete attitude adjustment. Rather than argue, or respond negatively, I walked out so I can't rate the food but the staff greeting by the 30ish. Millennial with a face piercing told me everything I needed to know. If you're considering this place, and want to be insulted by a sarcastic wise-ass, definitely come here. In a tough economy where every dollar counts, maybe the owner should re-train their staff on how to interact with the public that makes them want to spend their money in their establishment! read more

Good cafe for a brunch. Very casual setup, tables are little small for 4 people, you don't have enough place to keep your ordered food. Good ambiance for breakfast place. Vegan empanada flight comes with 3 empanada spicy mushroom, soyrizo and bean and comes with a side of lemon wedge, corn and salsa. Shells are thin and crispy all were good. But some hot sauce would have made it better. Arepa con queso is different as the cheese on outside and the arepas are really thick, it also comes with spanish rice, beans and grilled peppers which cut through arepa and cheese made it delicious. Chilaquiles came wit egg and avocados, perfectly done. Tomato bisque and crossiant with melted cheese was yummy. Vegan breakfast empanada was filled with potato not part of the flight comes with spicy sauce. Empanada was little oily also not sure they use seperate oil for frying vegan and meat empanada seperate. Espresson flan was yummy dessert bit small and dense comes with ice-cream on top and espresso. Horchata latte was good but honey vanilla latte was just warm even though we asked for extra hot. Overall good attentive service but need mor hands when crowded. read more

Visiting Las Vegas and wanted to find a nice brunch spot that wasn't too far from the strip since we're Ubering everywhere on our trip. We came across this place and after seeing the menu and a few other reviews we decided this was the spot! They have outdoor seating with mist falling from above which is definitely helpful with the heat! Indoor seating is also available, comfy chairs & a nice little vibe. Food was delicious, we ordered the Pork Belly Skillet, Turkey Sandwich and the Dulce de Leche French Toast. For drinks we had the bottomless mimosas which have a 90-minute limit. The only reason why I'm not rating higher is due to the service we received. It wasn't too busy today, maybe 4 or 5 other tables and it took a while to get our order taken and get refills on the "bottomless mimosas." During the 90 minutes we were only able to order 5 drinks each and keep in mind these are the smaller glasses, not even the regular tall glasses normally used. It would probably have been best to just order the drinks individually to get the regular sized glasses. I would understand the wait times if it was packed, I can only imagine what wait times look like on a weekend. Overall it's a good place for brunch. read more
