Eggs, Bacon & Potato Skillet; Guava Empanada
    Sydney M.

Great brunch and coffee spot in the Arts District. The breakfast skillet and breakfast empanadas were both delicious, and the Guava empanada was so unique! Coffee was good and the service was very kind. A super cute spot I'll definitely be back for!

Great place for brunch! Love a brunch place that also has good coffee!! Two in 1. The menu has plenty of choices, and mostly it's ur standard options such as omelette , avocado toast, pancake so on... I want to point out that on the menu it says made to order , never frozen, and honestly the food does taste fresh, the pancake is very firm and crispy.

    Fly on my egg

Unfortunately, my experience here was very disappointing. The host sat me right in the front because I had my stroller and did provide me with a high chair, which I appreciated. However, almost immediately, I had to start waving my hands around because there were flies constantly flying around me and my son. My server was a very nice gentleman. He was professional, friendly, and it was actually his first day serving, so he was still training. I honestly wouldn't have even known he was new because he handled himself well. However, the person training him never came over to introduce herself or check on us. As someone who has worked in the food industry for over four years, I know that normally the person training someone would introduce themselves and their trainee. Instead, I noticed her on her phone. As the meal continued, my server brought out my food and my son's food. At this point, I had already been constantly trying to keep the flies away from myself and my child. There were literally more than three flies inside the restaurant, and they kept landing around us, on our food, and even on our drinks. You could clearly see me constantly waving my hands trying to keep them away. The food itself was good, but honestly, I was completely over it by that point. Once the flies started landing directly on my food and my son's food, it completely ruined the experience and neither of us wanted to continue eating. I understand that it can be difficult to keep flies out, especially when doors are opening and closing, but having multiple flies continuously flying around a closed restaurant and landing on customers' food and drinks is not okay. What disappointed me the most was that nothing was done. I probably should have spoken up directly, but at the same time, it was very obvious that I was struggling to keep the flies away. I was literally waving my hands constantly around myself, my child, and our food. Unfortunately, because of the flies and the lack of attention to the situation, I cannot recommend this place and am giving it 1 star.

Lavender London fog with oat milk

Makers and Finders in the Arts district did not disappoint for the brunch vibes! Our service was truly wonderful, I cannot remember the server's name, possibly Eric. He did a wonderful job for a 10 AM brunch date with my girlfriend on a Tuesday! I had a breakfast empanada that was truly delightful with a dipping sauce that was just the tingle on the tongue that was needed to bring full closure to the deliciousness of this empanada! The parfait was wonderful as well, but the lavender "London fog" and hazelnut London fog were out of this world! We chose to substitute our whole milk with oat milk, but they were literally perfect!

I only got a cold brew to go, but the space had lots of seating inside and outside, the service was quick and friendly and the coffee was great, so I'll definitely be back if I'm ever out that way.

Excellent everything. Loved the breakfast tacos, hashbrown, hibiscus iced tea, and then got an iced lavender latte for the road. Loved how my the hashbrown arrived with chipotle mayo. The menu looked so good I wish I could have tried more. Service was great. Will def return when in the area!

Pretty laid back place located in the mall in Summerlin. The mimosas are tasty...loved the raspberry one. Ordered the loaded fries and the empanadas and everything was really tasty. Could've used more pork belly on the fries though.

Wowwwwww. The menu is expansive! My group of friends and I were in for a week nearby for work and we went 3 times. The coffee and drinks are fantastic! From coffee, to alcohol to non alcoholic - they have it all. Food - so good! Big portions and a diverse menu to hit a lot of different Latin cravings. They're also marked gluten free too. The servers are very helpful and fast I recommend the maduras with condensed milk and the bandeja paisa!

Great place for brunch in Summerlin. Portions are great, price is reasonable. Service was quick. I hear the mimosas are yummy too. The vibe was busy but not overwhelming. Definitely a go to place for brunch.

Came back to Makers today. Service was absolutely superb and the food was excellent. Had the pork belly hash and it's didn't disappoint at all. So full of flavor and the chipotle hollandaise was so delicious. For sure a must try dish.

Wow! What a great spot for delicious drinks and food. Came here with my cousins, honestly a little too close to closing for my comfort. I believe we met up at 3pm and M&F closes at 4pm. But the service was stellar, none of the employees made it seem like we were putting them out. I also had my terror-toddler with us, who didn't seem to bother anyone either. Would come back just for the short rib fries. So good!

Absolutely love Makers & Finders in Downtown Summerlin. It's my go-to breakfast spot right after a long shopping haul--the food is always fresh and flavorful, and the coffee is excellent. The atmosphere is cozy but lively, and the staff is consistently friendly. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite or sitting down for a relaxed breakfast, this place always delivers.

I can't remember the name of my meal, but it had steak with chimichurri, fried plantain, pico, avocado, beans, rice and an egg. My favorite part was definitely the steak! It was a little more charred not the outside, but it was presented very nicely and sliced up for us. A little more chewy than your normal Wagyu or maybe because it's also a NY cut. It comes with 3 dipping sauces and thinly Fried string onions. Drinks: Living my best life, burning passion (it was really burning on fire), and palomita! They were all tasty and fun! And we also got a free fruity birthday shot! Yay! Desserts: Flaming Skull $38 (5/5) Ok if you don't have diabetes, cuz it's all SUGA, then order this. The latter two are vegetarian and I wanted to go for a vegetarian friendly restaurant just for them. The olive oil tasting was my idea so I also had to choose the restaurant. My LTP and I actually went to a different tapas restaurant about a month ago and we loved it. So I wanted to try one of these again. Our tasting was scheduled to start at 6:00pm and I booked a reservation for 4:00pm through OpenTable. They have a very spacious patio, but due to the excessive heat warning in place at the time, we decided to dine inside. I didn't look at their hours of operation beforehand, so when we walked in, it was empty. Then I noticed that they open at 4:00pm on Saturday's and we were literally the first customers inside. We got a spacious table near the back of the restaurant, where our waiter for the day was Zach. He explained to us that all their food on the menu is based out of Spain, especially the paella, which takes about 40 minutes to cook and is meant to serve about two-four people. We started off with some drinks, where I got the mango margarita, my LTP and my dad respectively got the Atomic Duck and the El Pato Loco Mexican Lager from Able Baker, and my mom and my best friend's mom and stepdad shared a bottle of Chardonnay. While the margarita was on a bit of the sweet side compared to other margaritas I've had, it was still really good and it had a really fruity taste to it. We ordered the following and all six of us shared most of them; short rib pintxo, pork belly pave, patatas bravas, ole mis croquetas, iberico dates, and chicken tinga/braise short rib empanadas. Initially, I ordered just the chicken tinga for myself and my LTP was supposed to get the braise short rib, but my plate had chicken tinga and braise short rib together. That was ok, though, because both the chicken and short rib were absolutely delicious. The short rib pintxo came on a stick, with the rib falling off the stick as I took the first bite out of it. The pork belly pave was cooked perfectly. The patatas brava were spicy, but I would say 'good' spicy. The croquetas were overall one of my favorites; when I sliced it down the middle with my fork, the mashed potato filling spilled out of it. Hands down, Tres was a fantastic restaurant. The portions weren't too big or too small and everything here was so good. Would love to sit on their patio when the weather becomes cooler!
