State Farm sent Jack Rabbit to change a tire for my son. Time was pushed back and service was late. Tech put in spare which was low on air. Tech said his air pump wasn't working and told my son the spare would make it to gas station but to drive slow. Gas station was less than 1/2 mile and the tire was off the rim and had to "hobble" across parking lot and barely made it to the air pump. Tech should've never shown up without working air pump. Will not trust JR in the future. read more

My insurance called Jack Rabbit to help jump my car battery, they arrived in about an hour. The kid showed up on a motorcycle and left it running, so it was very loud and difficult to hear anything he was saying. He even left his helmet on. After trying to jump the battery a few times, he said his handheld battery device had died and told me to call someone else. And hopped back on his motorcycle and left. It would've been nice if he at least called someone else to help or even said sorry. read more

The flexible tool he rammed inside my door slammed against my window and chipped my window. He left LARGE DEEP scratches on the interior upper right side of my door. Jack Rabbit USA responded to my roadside assistance call through Volkswagen and never showed. After 2 hours of no response I was reassigned luckily. When you call there is no option to speak to an employee. The man who came out to fix my car asked if I had been out here long, when I told him yes and that I was reassigned he said "I can take a wild guess and guess that Jack Rabbit USA was your previous assignment" the fact that he already knew is embarrassing. The insurance company sent Jack Rabbit as the service provider after we got a flat tire on the road and submitted road side assistance request. The technician was supposed to arrived in 45min. Tried to call the company and the technician number after they didn't show up in a hour. So they never answer your call and text, they never called or texted you either. The company's auto answering was a joke and just put you in a dead loop. I had to call the insurance company and they sent the second provider, which arrived in 45 min and changed the tire for us in minutes. It is ridiculous how Jack Rabbit handles their business and the insurance company signs the contract with them to use them as the service provider. It's a huge waste of time for their customers and badly hurt their business. read more

Battery went dead on my new suburu and Jack rabbit got the call to provide a jump. The service provider claimed he could not find the vehicle and simply marked the request as completed. When I contacted Jack rabbit, they refused to take any responsibility. Worst service ever! read more

Going on two hours now and they still haven't showed up nor are they answering the phone now. This place is a scam and I'm surprised they can obtain a business license. I was assigned to Jack Rabbit USA with my Roadside Assistance Provider. I called to get an estimate of how long service would be and was told it could be up to an hour. I explained that I was stranded on the side of the road with my child and she said they would be there when they could. I called back after an hour was told it would be at least another 30 minutes. One of their drivers no-showed when we requested assistance through Allstate and then marked the job as 'completed'

The technician had no communication skills. Was almost an hour late and complained about he was only 1 of 2 people working. He looked at the tire and said it was fine because it was faster and easier then doing the job correctly. And the tire is already losing air. I'm not a happy consumer with jack rabbit roadside. And don't try to call them the phone is either disconnected or sent straight to voice mail. read more

If I could post 0 stars I would. I work for an insurance company and our emergency roadside service has a third party company to dispatch service providers out. Yesterday, Jack Rabbit happened to be the service provider chosen for an 86 year old woman who needed a battery jumped at the bank. She was told it would be just a few minutes and they would be out there. After an hour and a half the elderly woman called our office on the bank's phone because she does not have a cell phone and said they still were not out there. I called the third party company myself and they said they had JUST received a cancellation for an unknown reason. This is the worst roadside assistance company out there. Not only did it take over two hours ( I understand times are different) we notified them TWICE that the drivers were Deaf and unable to receive phone calls. When checking on the status the dispatch said the driver "tried calling multiple times and no answer" First off, we've mentioned they are deaf, secondly not ONCE did they actually call. No missed calls. No text messages. Nothing. This was the most difficult company to work with. Their dispatch is also less than friendly. Denise specifically. If you can't learn to communicate with those that are different than you , then you shouldn't be in business. Two hours later and we got another company. I was given an ETA of 11:35 by the location in Johnson City TN. At 12:45 I called back because no one had shown up. They told me someone had came out to my house but didn't get an answer at the door or on the phone. I was literally sitting in my front porch waiting on them for an hour. I'm the last house on a short, dead end road. No one even turned onto my road, let alone in my driveway. Too be fair, I did have a missed call at 11:15. The call was flagged as possible spam by my phone so I didn't answer. No one left a message, no one came to my house. read more

I accidentally locked my keys in the car at a convenience store gas pump the other day while on my lunch break from work which I know was totally all my fault... But since I pay for roadside assistance on my insurance, I called them for help. They dispatched a company out to me called "Jack Rabbit USA." An employee at this company assured us that they would have someone there within "45 minutes," so I called my boss to let him know what had happened, and that I would need a little over an hour to get back to work since I was already 15 minutes into my lunch break....But the company that was dispatched through roadside assistance never showed up after 2 and a half hours, and never answered the incoming phone calls from two different roadside agents again for atleast an hour and a half...Eventually, ( later on when someone did finally answer the phone,) the "companies" dispatcher stated that "they were running a little behind and would have somebody there within 20 minutes while at the same time, also reassuring us that they were on their way." After another hour went by, it was plain to see that they were not going to show up. The store manager started to let me know that I was blocking their fuel sales, but I assured them that someone was on their way... At this point, I had nothing else to tell the store manager, or my boss other than I was still waiting, and that I would keep them informed...It may be hilarious to the folks at this company, but because of them, I was not only embarrassed at the convenience store, but I also missed, 4.5 hours of work this week while trying to depend on a service that they not only offer to the public, but also make available for insurance companies to use in emergencies as well... Roadside then gave me the option to either call someone, and let them reimburse me, or cancel and start over again since I know that they were probably just as embarrassed about the situation on their end as I was on mine. So instead, I just decided to cancel at that point... The next company that roadside assistance dispatched personally called me within 5 minutes to let me know that they were fighting traffic at another location way across town, but would do their best to hurry and be there as quick as they could... Within about twenty minutes of waiting, the service person had arrived at my location. The young man that showed up was prompt, quick, professional, and presented himself well. It took him maybe 10 seconds to unlock my car, ( if that ) and was only on site for a total of about five minutes. I would recommend "Open Sesame" for their customer service, employee attitude, and presentation. The Ironic part about the whole incident was that the first company that couldn't fullfill the services that they offer was called "Jack Rabbit USA." In the end, everybody had a good laugh about that since I'm not sure if they aren't just scammers, or if they really even exist at all as a professional company...One thing that I did learn through this experience is that if this company were to ever go out of business and leave our community for good, then it would probably be for the best since the customers time in an emergency is taken by them 'with a grain of salt,' and means absolutely nothing to them. Nobody wants people like that around, and calling themselves "Jack Rabbit" to make themselves sound quick is nothing more than an EPIC FAIL with these particular people. read more

Terrible service. If I could give zero I would. Got this service through my road side assistance. The estimate time was 40 minutes, they arrived in 1h 20min. They did not introduce themselves an done guy had his pants so low that his underwear was showing. The car, they arrived in, did not have a license plate and they dropped my car off the jack twice due to poor technique and at the end,damaged my tire rim by scratching it on the concrete. One guy tried to tell me that it was there before and does not look like a scratch. Finally, he admitted that it was his fault. When I called customer service to file the claim, no-one responded to the damage claim. I am still trying to get somebody to respond and fix my rim. read more

They said they would call or text a few minutes before arriving or they would call if they wouldn't be there in the specified time frame. They never called or texted. I tried calling them back, and they didn't even bother to pick up the phone. If I ever need roadside assistance again, I'll be sure to tell the operator NOT to call these Jack Rabbit guys.
