I had a tire blow out and it was pretty startling for me because it was my first minor accident. I called USAA insurance and they got these guys on the job for me. The guy I had was so nice and actually taught me something new about my wheel I never knew. I asked him questions and he answered them with detail. They came in about 38 minutes but I had no issue to wait for them since it was little bit away from where I was located. Great service! read more

Call for roadside assistance through my insurance this company watched dispatched out to help put my spare tire on I waited over 45 minutes for them to come out. I got a notification that the driver was there and the job was done. They never showed up roadside assistance called to check in to see if they had shown up which they did not. I called them myself the dispatcher on night shift was rude and told me that someone had called on my behalf a female saying that I did not have a spare which was false information because as I explained to her I was looking right at my spare I demanded that they send the truck back out she said that by roadside assistance insurance would have to call and request them to comeback and proceeded to hung up on me. So I had to wait another 45 minutes to an hour for assistance that was sent from my sterling. Don't waste your time calling jackrabbit USA it's not worth your time read more

I have roadside assistance from AT&T. I called and provided me with Jack Rabbit to assist in changing a tire. (Keep in mind July 90 degree weather, with no a/c) Jack Rabbit estimated 45 min service call time. Two hours and forty-five minutes later I get a text stating that they were on their way. I had called another provider and I was already at home by the time they had sent me their message stating they were on the way. -This was actually the second time AT&T had used Jack Rabbit to assist me with a service call. Last time they called me 2 hours after I placed the service call to AT&T and told me they would not be able to make it and to call someone else. I had a flat tire on the side of a very busy road and my insurance company sent this service to me. They got to me pretty quick and the service was quick as well, but they really need to work on having employees wear logos on their clothing or have logos on their truck. The man who changed my tire was in a random silver Honda and was wearing a wife heater and basketball shorts. If he didn't have all his equipment with him I would not have unlocked the door for him. He could've been anyone and as a woman you can't be too careful. They need to have some kind of ID. Also, he changed my tire and said I was "good to go home" but it felt off while driving and when I got back to my apartment (which was luckily only 5 minutes away)I realized the spare he put on was also as flat as can be!!! I couldn't even make it to the tire store on that spare. It could have been very dangerous. I'm not sure why he didn't think to tell me that or offer to inflate it. We called after to complain about this, and the rude lady on the phone said they don't inflate tires. So they'll just replace your flat with another flat and send your on your way. Ridiculous. I did not feel safe with this company and will be looking for other roadside assistance in the future. And for $100? I feel scammed. read more

I have no idea how they are still in business!!! I left a review on Google explaining that I was locked out of my car as well as my house in 15 degree weather. My insurance company dispatched them for assistance and after almost THREE hours of waiting in the freezing cold because again my apartment keys were on my keychain in my car that has been running THIS entire time, as well as now being late for work... they canceled the job..... as my phone is dying and I had no way to get into my house or contact anyone else! They simply left me to figure it out myself. Luckily my fiancé saw my last message before my phone died and left work to come and pick me up, by that time I couldn't feel my hands or my feet! My insurance company couldn't book anyone else until they canceled the call! My fault for locking my keys in my car, my insurance fault for booking the lowest rated business.... However I spoke to a dispatcher for this company and was told that they spoke to them and they were less than twenty minutes away.... Fast forward to TWO hours and I was told the same thing! If you don't want to take an assignment then simply deny it immediately, rather than waiting THREE hours..... Again how are they still in business? read more

I had an issue with a hole in my tire. I waited for a good hour for them to come, which was okay as I had gotten home before the tire went totally flat. The guy that cane was nice but totally unprepared to change a tire on a large SUV. He came in a small sedan which leaked oil on my new driveway. He was using his small car jack. He could get the lugs off of the tire. He couldn't jack the vehicle up high enough to get the tire off. He finally got the tire off and knocked my SUV off the jack damaging my driveway and possibly the undercarriage of my vehicle. I have an appointment now to get that checked out. I ended up having to call my neighbor to get my vehicle jacked up. The guy could not get my spare on so my neighbor had to do that as well. Poor service. I should have refused his service when I saw how unprepared he was but I needed my car to get to work in the morning. I don't blame the guy but JackRabbit for not providing their people with the appropriate training and equipment. He didn't even know how to access my spare! State Farm better evaluate who they use for roadside service. read more

My battery died in a grocery pick-up lane at about 5:30. I called my insurance roadside assistance and got a response that Jack Rabbit USA would help me. Fortunately as I waited, a kind woman pulled up next to me and offered a jump. Thank goodness I accepted! It was after 9 when the, probably drunk, idiot finally called me. That was 4, yes, 4 hours later! I don't know what I would have done if that kind woman had not helped me. I will do whatever I can to make sure my insurance company, USAA, will discontinue using Jack Rabbit!!! read more

I called my insurance company for roadside assistance. They gave me about a 40 minute wait. Jack Rabbit did not show up until 45 minutes later than the expected time. I called Jack Rabbit and the woman told me that 40 minutes was just an estimate and I was not the only person that needed roadside assistance. I told her 45 minutes late was not acceptable and she hung up on me. I hope Safeco cancels their contract with these jack wagons. read more

Jack Rabbit was a waste of service and cost me $120. They came out to help as my car wouldn't start and they tested and told me that I had a bad battery. I bought a new battery but it turns out the problem was the starter. Now I'm stuck with a new battery I can't return which they claim they can't help with. What good is their service if they can't run a simple diagnosis?? read more
