I told the girl I wanted a pedicure. The prices were a little too pricey for me, but since I was there I just got a basic pedicure with regular polish for $40. The girl that did my pedicure was nice. She took her time. I asked for her suggestion on a color. She was helpful. The seats for pedicures are cute. There's a cute vibe in there. There was a coffee bar. I do wish I was offered a coffee while waiting or during my service.

Tashi is amazing at everything- waxing, eyebrows, spray tans, ect. She's always positive and kind. Her technique is beyond me. That level of skill- unmatched. The rest of the staff at this Fontana location lack every ounce of professionalism. I've recently had a change in phone number- for a reason. After I changed it, I asked the front desk to change/update it. They assured me they had. The next time I came in, it still had not been changed. Finally, the third and final time I come in, it is still not changed. The front desk moron is yelling from across the salon asking for my full name and phone number. What the hell? So everytime I come in I'm treated like an alien, because they can't find the appointment... The nail techs sit there running their mouths about clients. Also, im confused on what type of establishment this is. A nail salon or a halfway house? The owners/managers, and all the techs, come and go as they please. Sometimes the salon is open, sometimes it's closed- regardless of the appointment day and time. The last time I came in my total was $240. The time before that (2weeks prior) it was $290. The most I've ever spent in one appointment was $400! To be treated like an alien! Never again. What pushed me to write this long winded,anger-filled review? I called again this morning, and some little b*tch with an attitude answered the phone- at 9am.

I reached out to the owner hoping to resolve the issue, and instead of hearing me out, I was told I was "playing games" and that what I got was exactly what I asked for which is simply not true. As someone who has supported this business consistently, this was really disappointing. It's not just about the nails it's about customer service and how concerns are handled. I would have appreciated a simple willingness to fix the issue rather than being dismissed. Sadly, I won't be returning after this experience.

On the contrary, it's very healthy to maintain your feet/hands and face from everyday outdoor elements that tend to build up especially on your face or wearing shoes with thick socks during intense summer heatwaves that can have a drastic medical impact. With all of this being said, you don't have to be a "alpha male" or live a "alternative lifestyle" to get serviced. Be yourself and step inside and ask for that pedicure you've long come to need especially after your doctor warned you about fungus or athlete's foot where you nearly scratched yourself to a severe rash from that nasty burning sensation. A simple periodic maintenance plan goes a long way and I would encourage any male who has a phobia, get over it and start taking care of your feet, it's the right thing to do. With such a high rate of Diabetes on the rise, more the reason. The staff at KB are a husband and wife partnership with 2 - 3 employee's. I've come to learn and realize, they're certain nights you just don't want to find yourself here because of the heavy volume of customer getting pampered and things tend to move very slow. FOR THE RECORD, MONDAY's ARE PERFECT. I honestly feel like they (employee's) appreciate you coming to have your pedicure, they can't stop smiling and enjoy making small talk as they prepare your epson salt medicated foot soak in a lavender scent to help relax as they line up stainless steel sterilized tools. A extensive nail trim followed with a deep nail debris removal and cuticle. Let a pumice sponge gently remove rough dry skin that is repeated while one foot soaks. They might recommend a more intense method of removing extra dry skin by applying a callus dissolving product that breaks down and washes away with a smooth pumice sponge. Top it all off with a good foot massage that covers up to your calves in a body lotion. You really can't beat these neighborhood prices with impeccable service Pedicure - $15.00 Callus dissolving product - $5.00 Tip graciously, they really deserve extra $$$$$ All other beauty services one would expect to find at any typical nail salon and spa are available. Comfortable oversized chairs with recliner and armrests. Adjustable mechanical back massage that I don't care for. They feature multi functions like a flat roller, oscillating roller, pulsating roller and knead. - Coed restroom - Private parking - No wifi - No beverages or vending service - No website Closed on the seventh day.
