I do not recommend this salon, and I'm sharing this review so others can be aware of how concerns are handled here. I came here for a pedicure last Monday, and a few days later, my big toe started to hurt, swell, and turn red. At first, I thought maybe it was just from the pedicure, but after a week of consistent pain and inflammation, I realized it's likely infected. I came back to the salon (exactly one week later) to calmly share my concern and show the issue, but the owner immediately became defensive and loud. She insisted it wasn't infected just because there wasn't any pus, and said I was "just looking for money." When I explained it was painful, swollen, and not normal, and that I might need to see a doctor, she laughed and said, "Why would you go to a doctor for that?" Then she told me I should've called the day after the pedicure or two days later, and that since a week had passed, maybe I did something to hurt it. She even accused me of "making a scene" in front of other clients when I was simply trying to explain my situation. I left feeling completely disrespected. I wasn't demanding anything -- just hoping they would take some responsibility or show care for what happened. Instead, I was met with blame, accusations, and public embarrassment. read more

Came here for the first time yesterday and I'm very happy with my mani pedi. I called multiple places in the morning and they were all booked but luckily Jackie took me in. She had a slot within 45 mins so I took it. They are extremely covid cautious. It's appointment only. They have you wait outside until they're ready for you to limit how many people are in the salon. Everything in the salon is plexiglassed. They take your name and temperature to keep track of any covid cases coming from the salon. Tracy did my mani pedi. She took her time and my nails look great. They use sanitized materials and overall very clean. I also like this place because the conversation was neutral meaning they weren't nosey or kept trying to upsell. I've been to salons where they kept hounding me do this or that or just getting into my business but not here. Just normal conversations. Prices are very reasonable. Definitely adding Jackie Nails to one of my go-to nails salons. read more

the customer service is great very friendly but the quality of the polish is not good my nail chipped the next day and even the gel polish on my toes were lifting within a couple days. they give very fast massages on hands and feet. like under a minute for a message. read more

I am extremely disappointed with my pedicure today. It's August 25, 2023 and I called to book a pedicure for 3:30pm. The owner "Jackie" always makes me bleed whenever I come here. and they cut my nails so crooked. Jackie didn't even say sorry or anything. All Jackie did was decided to pour ACETONE on the cut that she did which burned like CRAZY. Usually I go to MJ nails on highland in fontana but today they were booked so I came here and I really feel like it was a huge waste of money. I always always leave tip anywhere I go but this is extremely unacceptable, and Is not worth leaving ANY tip.. It's like they don't even care to try, they just want your money. DONT GO HERE, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. You'll end up disappointed. Jackie does not care about her customers, all she cares about is the money. This never happens to me anywhere else I go. If i could give it no stars I would. Very rude and unprofessional and went as a walk in, obviously walkins are not welcomed. I had already been seated and my feet were already soaking for a pedicure. The lady made me get up and tell me she cant work on me and that she has no time for me. She asked if I had an appointment and I said no. A lady that was getting a pedicure was telling them her daughter had an appointment, which was a lie. I had overheard her tell a worker right before I was seated if they can wait for her daughter and she was barely on her way. Obviously because she wanted her daughter to he next to her and get service at the same time and all this I'd already been there 15 minutes. They had the nerve to later tell me that I can wait after they had told me that I'd have to get up because they couldn't tend to me and provide any services for me. read more

During my lunch hour, I requested my gel polish on my hands and toes to be removed. I got advice from my doctor who is a internal medicine specialist experienced in holistic medicine and practices an integrated approach to health care to not put acrylics on my nails and last week after my gel manicure from a salon close to my house, she said do not get in the habit of putting gel polish set with UV lamps on my nails as well. She's been my Dr since 1999. I'm 60 years old. Many people comment that I'm "ageless" which is why her advice is more valuable than a nail technician. The nail technician told me my doctor didn't know what she was talking about because putting on gel polish is harmless because it's just color on your nails. She didn't stop there but continued to tell me my Dr is spreading incorrect information. I knew the nail technician just wanted money and didn't care what the truth is. After removing the gel on my hand I paid her $5 and left. She was very unprofessional arguing against my trusted Dr's advice. By the way, go on WebMD and the American Academy of Dermatology websites. They don't recommend the use of gel polish frequently because of the damage it can do removing it from your nails and the UV lamps. The nail technician filed the polish off my dry, weak and brittle nails. I can't believe I let her. I walked out before she finished filing my nails. They look even weaker now. I am now going to pay for hot oil treatments, a manicure and pedicure somewhere else after work. If the nail technician wanted to upsell me, she could have offered that service but like I mentioned she is not a true professional. My Dr knows my health history and struggles. She knows for me acrylics and gel polish are both unhealthy beauty routines for me. The nail technician has no clue so her only agenda was to make more money. I don't do business with people who are obviously about what's good for them and not their customer. It's close to where I work. I just started so I asked the ladies at work what they thought about this nail salon since it's so convenient and not crowded like other nail salons. Well obviously Jessica M is bitter she didn't make an appointment my mother and I called ahead and made appointments for 12pm. We arrived at 11:45 am and were told to wait. My mother hadn't eaten so me being the good daughter I am, went over to subway to grab us food. I walked in at 12pm for my appointment and realized one of the ladies had taken little Ms salty and sat her down. The owner I'm assuming, came out and explained it was a mistake but she would take her right away when someone became available and apologized over and over. Instead of being understanding, Ms. Salty pants got a major attitude with the ladies and stormed out. Long story short, my mother and I have been coming here for years (both with and without appointments) and have had great experiences. The ladies have always been professional and courteous. Yesterday one of my acrylics broke so I went in to get it fixed. The lady began to try to PRY OUT the rest of the acrylic. I told her that it was very painful and asked if we could soak off the rest of the acrylic. She told me "we don't do that here" and "if it hurts that bad you're gonna have to wait". Um excuse me but "you don't do that" WTF it literally only requires some acetone and a bowl. Second off, i know for a FACT that you're not supposed to RIP OFF acrylic nails. Literally every salon takes them off by soaking them. I think she just wanted to save time not caring about my real nail. They coulve easily soaken it off it was ONLY ONE NAIL. Horrible don't go things have changed under new management. I was doing my nails and the polish wasn't working . So Ann asked me If I wanted a different color I said fine do all white. Then she began doing them and I know it's more work. Then another of the workers came and all of a sudden she hits me with oh white is more money. Ridiculous!!! I could understand if it was special nail polish but it wasn't. So that got me even more mad!!!! Then I said fine all black and apparently that's more money too. That's such bullshit. I am not going to lie. I have been bouncing around nail salons because City Nails off of Sierra and Randall seems to piss me off at times. I've went to Hello Nails off Foothill and Mango I believe it was ridiculous pricey for their shitty work. Then I found this place. I'm not gonna lie, $46 for a gel full set sounds a little pricey to me. I use to pay $25 at most at City Nails. I got my nails done on Friday March 16th, 2018 and by Tuesday March 20th, 2018 my matte is peeling off. I'm not sure if that's normal for matte polish to peel off but dang, I'm surprised because of the price I paid. I'm not sure if I'm going back. But I did give it a 4 stars because their shop is nice and clean, they do have a hide variety of polish colors and their customer service is great. read more

I have been coming for a couple years now and found out a while ago it was under new management. they completely revamped the entire store and it looks great. They even have a few of the same employees there. I went for a fill and a pedicure. To make a long story short my fill was $15 + $3 for cut down + $10 for gel and + $3 to take off the gel. Yes! they wanted to charge me $3 to take off my gel from previous full set! I have never heard of this in my life! the young lady who did my nails said it was something the new owner is doing. I felt completely disrespected and tricked. You cant just tell someone you are now charging to take off nail polish after you already did it when they have never been charged before! If that is something they are doing then fine . . just have some respect for your customers and let them know in advance. Also the young lady who did my nails yapped her mouth the entire time! it was beyond irritating and the exact opposite of what the reason I was there. to enjoy a nice service and to relax!!!
