He quickly responded within hours and welcomed me. I arrived to a spacious, clean studio that had a warm feeling to it. Brenda, the instructor leading Saturday morning was excellent. Since it was my first time at the studio she took the time to talk with me before class to find out more about my practice, any restrictions I may have had and where I was from. She was extremely friendly and knowledgable-she really made me feel welcome. Her cueing was right on, she really made sure we were mindful of our alignment, had a great pace for flowing and kept the atmosphere light and joyful. All-in-all a great place to visit or practice regularly. It really helped my kick off my weekend right! Highly recommended.

Cliff, the GM went over details about the studio and Dawn did a compressed intro class that allowed me and another guest get a feel for the equipment. Dawn made me feel completely comfortable and confident--even as a beginner. Dawn explained everything clearly, offered great form cues, and created such a positive, encouraging atmosphere. The class was the perfect mix of gentle challenge and support, and I walked out feeling excited to come back. Highly recommend this intro class and Dawn's warm, welcoming energy!

You can feel the zen as soon as you walk in. I've been able to snag a spot in private yoga for cyclists classes which brings my friends together to sweat & bond off the bike. The owner, Kim, welcomes you each time you arrive, as well as other staff members. You feel so welcome each time you come. Physically I feel great and I always feel mentally and emotionally better when I leave. The studio is set up with all the necessary equipment you need.
