My man need A cut so he went over to Jackie's the outside of the building is an older vintage building but there is multiple chairs on the inside the lady that cut his hair was name Mary Lou (( I believe that's how you pronounce it)) very polite and asked multiple times how far on the comb over how high and did an extraordinary job on the lineup I would recommend for you do you research but for the amount of $15 for the haircut it is on comparable to the surrounding area of $20 and above she did an amazing job and definitely deserves A five star rating if you go to Jackie's request her and you won't regret it speak very clearly of what it is you want and you will get that type of haircut!! read more

DO NOT COME HERE FOR A HAIRCUT. I had long hair and wanted mid length hair. This lady didn't get her name, but she was pregnant. I did not want layers which seems like i got. Looks hella choppy. The layers she gave don't even look even. Seems like a toddler could do a better job. Do they even have a license to be performing the job???? A literal shot show. Just went in to get a trim, the ladies that work here are very nice, and the price for a trim is good. Facility is as clean as it could be considering location. I don't feel I got my money's worth for my trim, which is why I docked a couple of stars. My hair looks exactly the same even though I asked for two inches off and I sat in the chair for about 5 minutes and left with wet hair. They also don't accept card and don't have an ATM, so come prepared. read more

I've been coming here for 3 years now, after being recommended by my cousin.. and I absolutely love It and I Love the way ruby does my highlights &trust her, if she says not to do chemical to your hair, then don't! I like the fact that she cares enough about her clients hair that if It is too damaged she refuses to touch It. She knows what's best and how Hair handles the chemicals. My first time here, my hair was really damaged , and I wanted to do high lights ; but since my hair was too damaged she said It would fall out or break. But I insisted and she did a sort of ombré highlight , which looked super nice btw! And slowly but surely I kept coming back and now Im almost full blonde and my hair is sooooo healthy! I had a appointment with espee yesterday she left beach on my roots for more then 2 hours witch anyone that has done there hair before knows that is not ok I kept telling her that I did not want my hair to break she said oh no it won't I'm watching it then she barley put it on the bottom of my hair witch had pink washable die and rushed me to wash it out because she knew she messed up my hair she had 2 other people coming and checking my hair that alone was a red flag then when I was all done my hair was fried and not anywhere close to the color I asked for she destroyed my hair then when I told her I was unhappy she got upset and said she did the best she could and told me to get out of her chair because she had another appointment I told her you want me to pay full price but are refusing to fix it I left with my color 3 different colors and my hair fried I handed the lady in the front $100 and said I wasn't paying the tother $30 and if I had change I would of left 50 she didn't deserve any after destroying my hair do not go to her! read more

So I decide to visit at Jackie Beauty Salon 1034 E 4th St Ontario, California. The lady Patricia who cut my kids hair was the same person that told I should go to the white people for service, after she finish cutting my son hair, it was time to pay so I got out my master card ready to pay the $8.00 and they told it will be a $1.00 more for using my credit card plus the $1.00 tip for her. Go to Michael. I decided to try him out for a trim and he left my hair feeling soft and thick. He also trimmed my daughters hair and left it even and feeling healthy. He happens to be new and previously worked at Aveda Mia at the Montclair mall and the reviews from his previous salon are great. Definitely recommend him will be returning for a balayage. read more

I had an appointment to get my hair colored and the girl was late, that was unprofessional but I decided to wait because I had tried other stylist there and they never did my hair the way I wanted. So after I explained what I wanted she said she could it but all she did was lightened my roots I told her I wanted color all over my hair and she kept saying no that she told me she was just going to lighten my roots, i guess she was lazy and didn't want to finish so I left the salon with just my roots done and the rest of my hair a different color . The girl was adamant that she told she was going to just going to lighten my roots , really I would not have paid 70$ to do my roots, this place is a rip off. I'm going to go to Monica she was the only one there that actually listened to her clients and I can't believe they let her go. this is almost one.of.the.nicest cleanest salon i been to but came out with the worsest hair ever. i have black hair and wanted to do blonde highlights but its terrible. i paid 55$ for highlights all over that are blonde brown and orange terrible. i even had to pay for a cut in which i thought it be cheaoer since i got highlights. i wanted my hair colored to but stylist paticia did not do.it . she said i did not need it. i asked for my hair layered side bangs and the cut was horrible just used scissors and not a razor like other salons. my haur is damaged badly from.here pieces missing. she told me to cone.back for free to fix my top highlights but it all had to be fixed badly. i told her when i went back some highlights were missing i showed her she did two highlights and charged ne ten dollars for.it for two.highlights can u believe it omg. then all salons always blow dry style free after doung your hair and she told me.i.had to.pay 10$ so.all together i paid 75$ for a terrible hair service. i did not calk to soeak to.manger in this siruation becayse i.hate to get any one in trouble or put.any ine diwn i just bittle it up but i cant do it anymore because i.have to look at my hair everday and it gets me angry how terrible it is.never ever going back here again horrible service read more
