The arcade games are pretty expensive and they blew through the $15 in less than 15 mins. The mini golf course was short and compacted on the main floor so the courses were not as fancy or intricate as some larger outdoor mini golf courses. The boys finished all 18 holes in less than 30 mins all by themselves. The laser tag was fun too. The vests were pretty big and heavy and it looked so big our littlest guy but he held his own. It seemed crowded when the summer camp group of kids were there, but when they all left, it wasn't crowded at all. Coming from LA, where anything fun is crowded, it was nice to not have to wait in long lines. We wanted to try the laser maze, but it wasn't working. The workers were all teenagers, and the manager guy looked maybe early 20's but they were all helpful. It was fun to spend a couple hours in the hot afternoon being indoors.

But they loved it, especially the gigantic green monster that would occasionally pop up and tower over the course. There are many different packages you can purchase. I ended up going with the combo golf and arcade package. It was a fairly good deal and I knew there was no way I would be getting out of this place without my kids playing a few rounds of Air Hockey and Skee-ball. I also enjoy a good arcade game myself. Some of the games, not all of them, dispense digital tickets. We managed to collect enough to get some fun toys including a spider that would crawl down a wall and an ice cream cone where you can launch the ice cream right off. My son thought this was the best invention ever! Overall, our time here was spectacular. We can't wait to visit again!

The bar and food with bowling is over the top. Two lemonades, one Diet Coke, 8 games for 90 minutes plus $20 for kids in the arcade costs $130. Next time I'll know better.

I do not plan to return and would not recommend this location unless major improvements are made. Before booking, I called to ask about compensation for shoe rentals since everyone in my party owns their own bowling shoes and equipment. I was told food or beverage compensation would be provided. However, when we arrived, the front desk staff seemed confused, and after a long delay, we were given arcade credit instead, which was not what was promised. Once we began bowling, the lane condition was unacceptable. Staff confirmed the lane had not been oiled in over two days and it was visibly dirty. It took over 30 minutes to clean my bowling ball and another 30 minutes to clean my girlfriend's. The lack of oil caused the ball to behave unpredictably, making proper play nearly impossible and risking damage to our equipment. The group bowling next to us repeatedly ignored basic bowling etiquette--throwing multiple balls at once and launching them excessively hard. At one point, a ball bounced into our lane, which was unsafe. One female staff member did her best to address the issue and deserves credit, but the behavior resumed shortly after. This situation highlighted a need for better staff training and consistent rule enforcement. There were also frequent scoring issues, as the pinsetter incorrectly registered frames and required constant manual corrections. The food was equally disappointing--the pretzel sticks tasted stale, as if reheated and left sitting. For nearly $100 for two hours of bowling, I expected a much better experience. The high prices, poor lane conditions, mediocre customer service, and lack of oversight made this an extremely frustrating visit. This location feels more like "boutique bowling" and is not suited for serious or competitive bowlers.

As we walked around, I saw several arcade games that instantly brought back memories from the early 1980s -- the same kinds of games I grew up playing. The highlight for me was the new Star Trek pinball machine. Even though it's not one of the older classics, it quickly became my favorite. Watching the Enterprise light up and move up and down was just awesome, and sharing that moment with my kids made it even better. I also want to mention how impressed I was with the bathroom. It was very clean and surprisingly private -- the stalls have walls that go all the way from the ceiling down to the floor with no gaps, which you rarely see in public restrooms. It made the whole visit feel even more comfortable. Spinners is a great mix of nostalgia, modern arcade fun, and thoughtful details. We had a fantastic family day.

We were greeted as soon as we entered and the staff was friendly and personable. Very welcoming. We visited on a Saturday night and it was not too crowded, leaving us with plenty of options to roam around and play any games. My old childhood favorites brought back memories...Galaga and the finger blistering Track & Field. They are located in the back area next to the movies. There is plenty of parking available. They currently sell soft drinks and I was informed they will soon have their liquor license to sell beer.

Once on site you must ask staff for everything - even the bowling balls, as you don't have the ability to go pick your own. This proves to be a challenge with groups of varying ages, since not everyone knows the weight they can handle / size of finger holes, and you are limited to the number of balls provided to your lane. My group originally paid for an hour of bowling time, and right before our time was up decided to pay for an additional 30 minutes. With 25 minutes left to spare, our lane completely broke - at no fault of any of the staff members - leaving us with the additional time upgrade wasted. With staff frantically running around in attempts to fix our lane issues, our clock ran down to 5 minutes remaining and we were not given any sort of resolution (no lane switch & no refund.) The staff here are all relatively young and don't have any authoritative power, so I don't expect them to have the ability to provide refunds, but it's pretty disappointing paying for something that you didn't receive. After a bit of back and forth we were eventually offered one free game for a future visit - though we wouldn't be able to use it since we live in NY and were only passing through. During the time we were awaiting a resolution, I did hear of another group facing the exact same issue and repeatedly demanding a new lane to no avail, so this does seem like a common occurrence at The Branch. Beware before visiting!
