I was quoted 2800 which is beyond excessive but having no other choice on such short notice and him having decent reviews I choose his company. Nothing was done, the house was filthy , the rugs were half cleaned and still stunk, windows had inches of dust on them, fans covered, hardwood floors scratched and the outside/ driveway was never fully power washed. The small section he did resulted in damaged ceder and needed to be replaced. Took days to get in touch with Lance, and when I finally did he took 0 responsibility put the blame on his people and refused to refund me partially as I had done the job we hired him for by that point. The kicker is he willingly employs a known scam artist by the name of Jeremy Williamson. Who will reach out during the job to offer contracting services. He will then take money , and stretch it out while begging for help with his car , food etc all the while not finishing the job. The little amount he does is wrong, not up to code and flat out doesn't work. In addition to the piles of debris he leaves in your yard. He constantly changes his quote of money owed and what service he will actually be providing. On top of this he will threaten you and your family harm if to pay him what ever money he claims he owe if you catch on and stop paying. Lance has been told about Jeremy yet doesn't care and still employs him. Stay far far away from this sham of a company

I had a similar experience as a previous poster. I ordered truck camper jacks from one company and…read morethey were shipped via FedEx. The order was all screwed up and had part of the packaging removed (I assume to make FedEx's weight limit). That is a whole different review. The package arrived via FedEx and not only was the box damaged and torn, but the jacks were bent and scratched. I returned them and ordered from another company who shipped them via Con-Way. I was given a Con-Way tracking number by the seller and therefore able to track the item(s) the entire trip. This allowed me to schedule someone being home to receive the 160 pound package. The day before the ETA indicated on tracking I received a call from a woman at the local office. She stated the package was en-route and she was calling to schedule delivery. She said that it was set for delivery on Friday but they could reschedule for Monday if it was more convenient FOR US! I told her I had been tracking the package and had someone scheduled to be home on Friday to receive it. She said that's great and scheduled a four hour window for delivery. On the day of delivery the driver called me and said he was about 40 minutes away. When the item arrived for delivery my wife was home. She stated the driver, Curtis, was awesome, he was friendly and helpful. He unloaded the item and asked her where she wanted it. He then used a pallet jack and put the package exactly where she had requested in the driveway, and he did all this with a great attitude! Many of these companies just drop it at the edge of the driveway and go, but evidently not Con-Way. The package was in perfect condition as were the contents. This is my only experience with Con-Way but I hope that if I order any other large items the seller uses Con-Way. Great company and great personnel who believe in customer service!

These guys are not terribly bright…read more We had friends coming over for the weekend and missed a furniture delivery because they failed to reach us by phone -- because they couldn't dial the number as written. Seriously. It's an out-of-state area code and "512" is the prefix -- it's confusing -- I get it -- but they didn't even bother trying to dial it that way. Asked whether they just gave up, manager Vicki said, "No, we just moved on to try to help other customers." That is, they gave up. Stooooooooo. Pid.
