    Bentley's birthday bandana, reversible

I came here looking for a birthday cake for my 2 year old pup, and ended up with not only a cake, but some treats, toys and some great ideas for future surprises for Bentley! There was a great selection of dog gifts made by local artisans, so it really does stay local. By the way, Bentley loved his cake and snacks, and hasn't ripped apart his new toy! It was other Yelp reviews that led me to Jack's Snack's and I'm glad I did!

I have heard of Jacks Snacks for sometime and was able to go for a visit. I will definitely return. The attention to dogs health and locally directed product (the collars and leashes, as well as the dog peanut butter) is fantastic. They have great dog birthday cakes and cookies here.

Love this place! My pup loves all the treats, and they have an excellent selection of collars and what not. Great local business, and great owners. We got another birthday cake for our lovely pup this past weekend. She loved it - but I think the humans were more impressed with all the treats inside.

I forget to take a picture before Dunkin got to it. He loved it.

What a great local dog bakery. The staff is so friendly and attentive to requests and special orders. Thank you for making Dunkin's first birthday successful. He loved the cake!

For my dog's birthday, I wanted to get him a special treat as opposed to adding to his 100 existent toys. Jack's came up as the first dog bakery on a Google search. I did not have time to enter an order but I did stop by to see what was available to pick up. They had various cupcakes, cookies and cakes available. The girl who assisted was so helpful and sweet. She explained all the items available for same-day and listed all the ingredients. I went with a carob (chocolate alternative) cupcake with peanut butter cream cheese frosting. I also got two bite sized pumpkin ginger treats. Jaxson and Kibo devoured them! Both are pretty finicky with treats, so they must have been delicious. This adorable local business will be my go-to for special treats for my dog.

My pup enjoyed her chicken pot pie and pupkin pie she had for thanksgiving. She also LOVED her no hide chew I bought there as well. I can not wait for her birthday so I can order her cake from this gem of a place. Treats and collars as well as other items also for sale.

Cute little shop! After receiving a gift card from a race we did we decided to check this place out. So close to warwick mall. I have one dog that will eat anything u put in front of him and another that's really picky. So the one to please is the picky one and he loved it!!!! We grabbed the mix treat box . Love that there's no added sugar in the treats & the option between grain and grain free! I love supporting local businesses will definitely be here again.

Happy Birthday Jack! Thanks for the cupcake Jack's Snacks!

I'm kind of torn on this place to be honest. My first visit there, the employee working was on the…read morephone (sounded like some aggressive customer service inquiry) and said he'd be right over to help us out. Nearly half hour later he came by to see what we needed. I was a little annoyed, but dismissed it because I understand that sometimes those types of calls are tedious and frustrating. We decided to pick up 4 serpae tetras, 3 Gouramis, and a synodontis catfish. When we told the guy what we wanted, he hastily grabbed a net, dipped it in the tank, and tossed the first fish he caught into the container. He did it first with the tetras, which I wrote off because they pretty much all look the same anyways. When I pointed out the opaline gouramis, he ran off so quick I didn't noticed he grabbed a giant fish with barely any pattern, whole they had some stunning opalines in there with lots of deep blue spots that were smaller that I definitely would have preferred. Also, when picking the catfish, which are known for their black and white spotted pattern, I specified I wanted a spotted one (some were solid colored). His response, naturally, was to scoop up an all brown one and toss it in the container and begin to walk away. That time I called him out immediately and chose a different one. Another thing that happened when picking fish; all of the gouramis were labeled 3 for $10. Me and my boyfriend openly discussed the price in front of the employee and made it really clear that we wanted to partake in that deal, and he showed us toward the fish that applied. I didn't notice until after we left that I was charged separately for all of the fish. When I called back to ask why, he told me it was because apparently only two of them were regular gouramis and one was a dwarf. If I had known, I would have chosen another one instead of the dwarf. No biggie!! Instead of telling us though, the employee decided to be greedy and keep his mouth shut so he could take advantage of charging us more. Lastly, the synodontis catfish I bought was belly up within 24 hours, when all of my parameters were perfect and all my other fish were thriving. When I found the dead synodontis the next morning, I immediately called the store. I told them about my negative experience (I spoke with a different employee) and about how I believe I deserve a replacement fish despite the strict no return policy. The gentleman on the phone told us to come to the store so we could work something out. When we got there, he informed us that the man we dealt with the day before was actually the OWNER, which was baffling. However, this employee (I regretfully can't remember his name) went above and beyond to make sure we left happy. He allowed us to exchange the synodontis for a new one that seemed a bit bigger and healthier than the first. I was very happy after that, but he went out of his way to fix our other issue, and offered us to pick any gourami to take home free to make up for us previously being taken advantage of. This gentleman is the only reason why I'll be returning to this shop. I'm glad at least this man employs honest people that care about customer satisfaction.

I am deeply disturbed by what I witnessed at this business. While I understand that they may…read moreprovide decent aquarium and pet-related supplies, I cannot morally support a business that appears to be comfortable keeping animals in these conditions. The dogs I saw were housed in visibly unsanitary conditions, with feces throughout their literally stacked tanks and some animals appearing to have little or no clean water available. Several dogs appeared anxious and distressed, and some were lying in or surrounded by accumulated waste. Regardless of the other services this business provides, the treatment and living conditions of these animals were deeply upsetting to witness. What makes this even more concerning is that the store itself appears to have measures in place that discourage customers from addressing these conditions with employees. There are signs directing customers with complaints toward unspecified higher management rather than encouraging them to speak directly with staff. Additionally, signs posted on the dogs' enclosures prohibit customers from taking photographs. Given the conditions I personally observed, this is extremely concerning. I strongly encourage people to see these conditions for themselves, speak with management, and, if appropriate, report their concerns to the relevant animal welfare authorities. Animals deserve clean, safe environments, access to adequate food and water, and humane care. Their well-being should never be secondary to a business's profits. If you are considering purchasing a puppy, I also strongly encourage you to consider adoption. There are countless wonderful dogs in the area waiting for loving homes, and adopting allows you to give an animal a second chance without supporting questionable breeding or retail practices. I sincerely hope the conditions I witnessed are addressed and that these animals receive the care and dignity they deserve.
