This dog bakery is 5 stars. There are a variety of treats for your dog in all flavors and sizes. They also do custom cake orders and my grand dogs will tell you they are amazing. They are also at Providence Farmers Market every Saturday and have a nice selection of treats and frozen yogurt for your best friend. The store also has other things, like collars and bandannas. For my dog's birthday, I wanted to get him a special treat as opposed to adding to his 100 existent toys. Jack's came up as the first dog bakery on a Google search. I did not have time to enter an order but I did stop by to see what was available to pick up. They had various cupcakes, cookies and cakes available. The girl who assisted was so helpful and sweet. She explained all the items available for same-day and listed all the ingredients. I went with a carob (chocolate alternative) cupcake with peanut butter cream cheese frosting. I also got two bite sized pumpkin ginger treats. Jaxson and Kibo devoured them! Both are pretty finicky with treats, so they must have been delicious. This adorable local business will be my go-to for special treats for my dog. read more

Cute little shop! After receiving a gift card from a race we did we decided to check this place out. So close to warwick mall. I have one dog that will eat anything u put in front of him and another that's really picky. So the one to please is the picky one and he loved it!!!! We grabbed the mix treat box . We came here one night as part of a fundraiser for Handsome Dan's Animal Rescue for Pit Bulls. Having two rescued pit bulls myself, I figured I would drive down from Boston to check it out and to pick up some snacks for my dogs from the bakery. "Drive from Boston to Warwick for dog snacks?" you ask. Well, when you are passionate about your pets, it's amazing some of the things that you'll do. Anyway, I should have been tipped off when people were parking across the street to get to the bakery. Handsome Dan's Rescue (HDR) had several dogs in the back of the bakery, but yet away from the actual food prep area. People were coming out of the woodwork to see this dogs, mostly because of their large social media presence and stance against breed-specific legislation and pit bull stereotypes. The staff at Jack's Snacks were fantastic in keeping the customers moving throughout the store and still answering questions about their products. Jack's Snacks also does custom orders so when it comes time to get a special birthday cake for two pit bulls' birthday pawties (yeah, I went there), Jack's Snacks is going to be the first place I call. I ended up getting the beef flavored fire hydrants and the peanut butter squirrel treats for my dogs. I loved that they were homemade using natural ingredients that you could actually pronounce and wrapped in cute packaging. The fire hydrant and squirrel shapes were also pretty cute and quite applicable to my dogs. Needless to say, my dogs Flower and Maxwell are all about the snacks! It's a locally owned business making quality dog treats. Definitely check them out and inquire about their custom orders! read more

This place is so cute!! The woman working was extremely helpful and friendly, asked what kind of dog I had and explained what all of the baked good were made of. They had a good selection of treats and other products including adorable accessories, which was all very reasonably priced. Definitely a hidden treasure!! My dog loved the "Super Ruffin." I ordered a mini tier cake from here for my dog Ella's first birthday. It was exactly how I asked for it and it looked BEAUTIFUL! The woman I ordered from I actually spoke to over email and was very prompt with answering, and when I had called her the day after she was very helpful and very kind, you can tell she loves what she does. I am so happy to have a place like this for us pet owners (I believe they do treats for cats too) because most bakeries don't advertise dog cakes or special treats for occasions. The mini tier cake is only about $20, which is a decent price considering it's a cake for a special occasions. read more

I recently visited Hope & Main and noticed Jack's Snacks table. My dog has a ton of allergies so I asked if they offered and grain free snacks. The only option was dehydrated sweet potatoes. I was going to buy some to support the business (I make them a lot for my dog in my dehydrator) but a 2oz bag was 7.50!!! When she told me the price I just said that I can't spend that much, I wanted to help but I make them at home and that's a bit pricey. She responded that it's for her time and she didn't need the help that badly. I totally understand time is $ and obviously she needs to make a profit. I get it but her comment about not needing help that bad was a bit impolite. I would have normally taken a few cards and shared with my dog loving friends and rescue groups I help support but since she doesn't need the help I didn't. One less star for lack of variety of grain free snacks and unnecessary rude comment. The treats looked great. Perhaps the bakery offers more grain free options for allergic pups and I just wasn't informed because my business was not needed. read more

We got a cake for our dog's first birthday, and have gotten other "cookies" at both the store and the summertime farmer's market in Providence where they have a booth. Just picked up a pup-cake *cupcake* for Cooper's second birthday. Price is on the higher side for dog treats, but they are all natural and handmade, so I think the price is justified. read more

We not only do we enjoy going to Jack's Snacks but our dogs do too. Marine the owner is always thoughtful and we have watched her business grow through the years. It is been fun to watch a small business grow and morph in to something much bigger. The treats are all baked fresh. My hubby and I know the love and time it takes to do home-style treats. It truly is a labor of love. We get our fur kids birthday cakes from here too. They just love them. Yes of course we could get big box treats but we want quality for our kids not quantity. We even break up the treats to make them last longer. However the pup cakes are for specials times such as, " Hey you were extra good at not destroying the yard this week let me get you a pup cake". I bring those home and they go bananas. They love them. Also Jack's Snacks hosts many charity events as well as pet enrichment events. Our boy Guster got a doggie massage and loved it.
