I ordered a chicken cheesesteak, and unfortunately, it just didn't hit. By the time I got home (and I literally live right across the street), the sandwich wasn't even warm. It also had pieces of steak mixed in, which was a big issue for me since I don't eat red meat. I ended up picking it out, but that shouldn't have happened. The sandwich itself was lacking flavor, and I'm pretty sure it was missing ingredients--no ranch, which I believe was supposed to be on it. Overall, it just didn't taste like the Charleys I'm used to. I've honestly had better from mall locations. I've also heard from someone else who visited on opening day that their order was incorrect after a long wait, so it seems like they're still working out the kinks. I'll give them another try in a few weeks once things settle, but for now, this visit was disappointing.

I'm willing to be patient with a new location, especially in the first few days. Delays and some confusion are expected. But the food itself is what I can't overlook. For $12, the "regular" felt undersized. The Wiz cheese was barely there--you had to search for it--and the meat was overly wet (soaked) in something that made it chewy and unappetizing. The bread was honestly the best part, and even that was just okay. The 2nd photo says it all: a Regular Original $12.00... but where's the Wiz and the beef?

We ordered a variety of starters to share. We ordered a cheese pizza, Parmesan Truffle fries and Loaded Tots, nice sized portions. Very tasty and would definitely order again. I ordered the Smash burger; I had been looking for a place that had a great Smash Burger, and this was the place, nice crispy crust on the outside very good flavor and just what I had envisioned as a delicious Smash Burger. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive to the needs of our group. The atmosphere was upbeat and welcoming. The owners are super great; the young man was a former student at Parkway Elementary where I worked. I highly recommend checking out The Garage, you won't be disappointed! Tracey W.

The Garage has a ton of drink options and caters to just about everyone. Everyone working there is very pleasant and efficient. Great spot to check out if your in Frederick.

I went to the cashier to order a chicken gyro sandwich meal for a carryout order. However, there was no one at the register to take my order. It was empty. Since no one was at the register, I asked one of the cooks in the kitchen if they can bring someone to the register to take my order. An employee name Bianca, came to the register. I simply asked her if my gyro comes with feta. To note, some restaurants don't add feta to their sandwiches. Bianca responded by pointing to the menu. With a rude demeanor said, "Oh, whatever it's on the menu is there." Then, I said, "Well, okay I don't see feta, but can you add feta." Bianca said it's going to be up charge for .75 cents. I said, "sure no problem, I'll pay for it." She then rolled her eyes, and I went outside to wait for my food. Then, I came back remembering I forgot to ask about the extra Tzatziki sauce. Again, NO ONE was at the cash register. I spotted on of the cooks, and I asked him if he can add the Tzatziki sauce to my meal. He said, "Sure, no problem." Then, Bianca stormed out of the kitchen and with an EXTREMELY NASTY ATTITUDE asked me, "What do you need help with? Do you need help with anything?" Just VERY RUDE AND NASTY! I asked her if I can get extra Tzatziki sauce to my order. Bianca said it will also be $.75 up charge. I was a bit shocked about the upcharge. I've been coming to Brother's Pizza Frederick location for over ten years to this location and they never charge for extra Tzatziki sauce. I ordered the same food LESS THAN FIVE DAYS AGO, and Brother's Pizza didn't charge me for extra of Tzatziki sauce. I was a bit confused. I informed Bianca about this. Then, Bianca went into the kitchen and trash talk me to her workers in her Spanish language. What Bianca did not know I'm fluent and understand Spanish language myself! I understood everything Bianca said to the cooks in the kitchen when she bad talk to me to them. So UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!! That's how you treat and speak about your customers?!! I can hear Bianca through the kitchen! To note, some people must be aware that individuals can know and understand different languages. I've been ordering here at Brothers Pizza under two different managements. I know both managers, and I never been treated such unprofessional rude behavior before. Then, Bianca said, "If we don't charge you, you can take the money out of our pocket." SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I thought I was very rude, disrespectful, and entitled of Bianca to say that to me, a CUSTOMER! This is the first restaurant I've been to in my life, someone say to their customers, "if "we" don't pay $.75 or up charge you would take money out of our pockets." After this rude, unprovoked, unprofessional experience, I will never eat at Brother's Pizza again!! Especially, as long as Bianca is working there. Bianca's behavior was so rude, unprofessional, nasty, and disrespectful! Brother's Pizza should focus on hiring better people and professional training for their employees. I never in my life encounter someone rude and unprofessional like Bianca did to me yesterday. It's so rude to tell customers that it's coming out of their pockets if I don't pay for $.75. She can keep her money and her nasty behavior. I don't know if Bianca was having a bad day or personal issues. However, IT'S NOT RIGHT to project her nasty behavior towards paying customers. Like I said, I've been coming to this location for over ten years and will not come back here because of my experience from Brother's Pizza.

I had driven two hours and was hungry, but I was also committed to making good decisions. Or at least mostly good decisions... The hostess offered me a seat at the second-floor bar rather than the quoted 25-30 minute wait. Great! Solo diners love surprise upgrades. Unfortunately, when I got upstairs, the one "available" seat had apparently been claimed by a diaper bag and a giant straw sunhat belonging to the woman sitting next to it holding a too-little-to-walk baby sitting at the bar. Uhhh...this isn't going to work. Back downstairs I went. I gave them my name and number, found a shady spot outside, and settled in for what I assumed would be a long wait. Five minutes later, my table was ready. Thank you, Universe! My server greeted me with water immediately, explained the QR code menu situation, and told me not to order through the app because she'd be right back. No worries, friend. I'd already done my homework. I knew exactly what I wanted. One Martha Stewart's Prison Pizza ($22), please. (Sausage, broccoli, ricotta, Calabrian chili peppers, lemon oil, and sea salt.) I asked for the chili peppers on the side because I know myself. I like adventure. I don't enjoy possibly setting my mouth on fire. And a Diet Pepsi ($3.50), because balance. While I waited, I people-watched, which is one of my favorite hobbies. White Rabbit was PACKED. The patio was full. The downstairs bar was full. Upstairs was full. Couples, groups of girlfriends, older folks, younger folks, families, solo diners...everyone seemed happy to be there. The place itself is pretty small, which explains the wait. Six tables downstairs, maybe eight bar seats, more seating upstairs, and a constant dance of servers carrying food through the same front door customers use. Add the "please wait to be seated" crowd gathering in the narrow hallway and I'd describe things as organized chaos. But once I was seated, I was perfectly comfortable and out of the traffic pattern. One cool touch I noticed: outlets and USB ports built right into the front of the bar. Maybe that's common and I've somehow missed it all these years, but I thought it was pretty neat. Then my pizza arrived. Oh good lawd. OH. GOOD. LAWD. This pizza was SO GOOD! I knew from the first bite that I was in trouble. There was no sauce, which surprised me at first, but after approximately three seconds I no longer cared. The sausage was plentiful. The broccoli added texture. The ricotta was creamy and rich. And that lemon oil?! That lemon oil set it off! Everything just worked together perfectly. The Calabrian peppers arrived on the side exactly as requested. I bravely sampled a very small amount on my fork before desecrating my pizza and quickly determined that folks with stronger heat tolerance than me will absolutely love them. They were just a little too spicy for my delicate tastebuds. Thankfully, the pizza was incredible without them. And those slices? MONSTERS. I ate one and seriously contemplated a second before reminding myself that I had dessert plans elsewhere. A box was requested. Self-control was exercised. Barely. As a solo diner, I also want to give White Rabbit extra points. Multiple staff members checked on me throughout the meal. I never felt forgotten, rushed, or weird sitting by myself. Everyone was warm, kind, and made me feel completely comfortable. I really appreciated that. My total bill came to $32.44 including tip which felt really reasonable given the amount of pizza I consumed and brought home. Worth every penny. I'm already scheming my next two-hour drive back. Maybe a smashburger. Maybe those Brussels sprouts everyone keeps raving about. Maybe another pizza. Maybe all of it! I highly recommend checking out White Rabbit. Make it a destination, not just a stop while you're in the area. Don't let the size of the place or the wait scare you off. It's totally worth it. PRO TIP: If you park in the Church Street Parking Garage, look for the staircase labeled "STAIR 3." White Rabbit is literally right outside the door at the bottom. No hide-and-seek required!
