Expensive! Not sure how I feel about these guys yet. Very fast service but the sales man wasn't very clear with me about what I was getting for my money. I thought I was getting a four wheel alignment and they did a two wheel! Thought a was getting two tires for $100 and it ended up being that for each...I asked if it included both too! Just be clear with them when you go in what you need! ----- Update on my review......my car has not been the same since I took it here!! The wheels make funny noises now and it doesn't feel right! I went to Jack's Tire and Oil this morning to have the air checked in my tires. My sensor light was on. The guy in the office was nice, he got me right in. Another nice man checked my air and determined I need new sensors on two tires. They worked me in to get them fixed. I waited about an hour for them to replace them. Older gentleman pulled my car out when it was done. I could see from where I was sitting that my rim had been scractched , I had also been given black valve stem caps. I asked the older guy where my metal stem caps were, He simply said " these black ones are better.'" So he was going to leave my car with two black plastic ones and two metal ones, When I asked for them back he was mad and acted all put out that i asked for them back. Then i said my rims were not scratched when i took it to them. He said " that wasn' t me i didnt do it." Then I went to some guy that looked like a manager because he was wearing a different shirt than the rest. He came out and looked as the older man was still saying I didnt do it, it wasn't me. The manager told me I hit a curb. Not the case. I will never ever go or buy anything from this business again. I will never recommed them to someone else. I will actually tell people to stay away!!!!! Seriously TAKE your business somewhre else. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I would give zero stars if I could. Most dishonest car company I have ever been to. I was completely taken advantage of. They told me my car required synthetic oil after the service had been completed and there absolutely nothing I could do. I ended up paying more than double what I ever have to get my oil changed. I can not stress how awful these people are. Save yourself time and money and go to someone trustworthy, unlike these blithering idiots!! read more

Although we've been loyal customers of Jack's Tires for some years and generally pay $1000 for a new set of tires, we were very disappointed on the last set that the lug nuts were not tightened properly on one wheel. The tire chose to come lose after dark on a road without cell coverage. It sounded like the axle was breaking, and it wasn't immediately apparent that it was a lug nut problem. It was frightening. Some $500 later for wrecker and new wheel, Jack's did not take responsibility for the problem. We'll be looking for new tire supplier. read more

Took our car here on a Saturday morning to get a couple repairs done so that it would pass inspection. They did it in less than an hour, and didn't charge very much at all. read more

We were treated rude, and actually ended up going some place else for the tires but I guess what I have found out since explains why we were treated so bad its because they do not respect their employees I know for a face that a girls Logan office loved her job she is the one who told us to look for tires there, she had worked there for over a year she had to have a medical thing done and had to be off for 6 weeks she was so excited to go back today but when she got there the manager said he did not need her anymore and sent her home, she worked in the corporate office as an accountant. She was so worried about having to take the time off, but they assured her she had always done a wonderful job so not to worry her job would be there when she got back. I used to go to Jacks all the time for my oil changes and tire rotations, I thought they were great until i went for another oil change and i told them i would be back to pick up my car, so i left with a friend and by the time we came back we pulled in and then all of a sudden see my car pulling in also. I was very confused why they would need to take my car out for a drive, they have never done that before for just an oil change. The man sat in my car for about a minute or so before hesitently getting out, come to find out he had a grocery sack full of what it appeared to be oil cans.. He had gone to store in MY car to get more oil, he tried to walk with the bag close to his body and walked back into the service station while i stared him down. I am very irritated that an employee would do this its just a good thing i came back with my friend when i did or else i wouldnt have known he had left with my car. They have Lost my business! read more

My recent visit to Jack's Tire and Oil was great! I will definatly be coming back again. The staff and atmosphere is very professional and I never felt like I was being "upsold" on anything I didn't need. Krystal at the front desk was very polite and took time to answer all my questions. I told her I had little time since I was on my way to soccer practice with the kids, and I was out in no time! She was friendly, courteous, and as we waited she came out with coffee for me and hot chocolate for the kids! What a pleasant visit. I highly reccomend this place to everyone and know that I can trust my car to Jack's. read more

Went to Jacks Tire and Oil because they are supposed to be the best. Needed their mobile truck to come and work on our fork lift tires. Never showed up after calling back and even stopping by the shop. Guess will have to give business another shop. read more
