Went in to have winter tires put on. Tech came out and said I should schedule brake service done. I got estimate. Over $800 for 2 pads to replace on brakes on Subaru Outback. I said no and would review estimate with spouse. Way ridiculous price. As I was going out of their parking lot a huge bad mechanical sound. I stopped and went back in. The caliper broke they said. WTF! So I told them they could fix it. 2 hours later driving out again and I pump the brakes and no braking! I drive back in. Manager says part broke . I had to wait again and it was fixed 3 time around. Avoid this place. Thieves. No adjustments for the brake sabotage, the outrageous estimate, and lack of professionalism. read more

Les Schwab in Logan is literally everything a tire store should be. They meet you as you pull in, they have great attitudes! I have pulled in with a tire going flat and they found a nail, patched it, and sent me on my way.. no charge! Great guys!! They are also quick, which is always appreciated. read more

Went to get new tires & was talked into sipining tires. Fell for the sales pitch & they left my tires on the rims on while using their machine. Scratched up my aftermarket 20" Braque diamond rims. Then told me there were already imperfections (check photos) rims are otherwise clean. Even if there was damage that shouldn't excuse the damage they did. Manager gave me a $50 discount for their mistake which hardly makes up for scratching otherwise clean rims that are $380 a piece. They also pointed out it was superficial which is beside the point. I care about the way my ride looks even if they don't. A shop that sells custom rims and specializes in wheels should understand that. I wouldn't have spent $1,500 on rims if I had a bucket. These guys were awesome! I showed up about 20 minutes before they closed with two bad back tires. They took my car in and were more than willing to help me out although I'm sure they were all ready to go home. Every single person I talked to while there was very kind and made sure to explain what was going on. I have always gone to other Les Schwab's for buying new tires, alignment, etc. The customer service has always been great and the work has always been top quality. My truck needed to be aligned, rebalanced, and rotated. I decided to go to the North Logan store for a quote. Needless to say, I was not only disappointed but very angry in the way I was treated. They were very rude, disrespectful, and condescending. They basically denied my business by telling me that since I didn't buy my wheels and tires from that store, they would have to charge me a $50 fee??? That's in addition to what the services would cost which they quoted would be $150. The wheels and tires on the truck were already on there when I bought it from the dealership. They also said that since they were after market tires and not the stock Chevy wheels, they would have to remove the tires from the rim to reposition the TPMS sensors which would cost an ADDITIONAL $100!! Just to let you know, the TPMS sensors were reading and working perfectly fine. I left and decided to go to Big O tires for my services. I expressed my frustration with Les Schwab to employees at Big O and they ended up not charging me for the tire rotation or the rebalancing! I was only charged for the alignment. Not only were they super friendly and respectful, they were also way more affordable! The alignment only cost me $60! (FYI. I started a Yelp account just to express how incredibly angry I was at the way I was treated at Les Schwab) read more

The service people were really good and helpful however after answering the customer survey they sent me the next day, the assistant manager angrily called me about it. He proceeded to read my comment to me and whenever I tried to speak he would get louder and angrier while speaking over me. Embarrassing behavior for a grown man let alone someone in management. I had a flat tire and needed it fixed. They fixed it and told me it would be 30 minutes. After sitting there an hour, they told me there was an issue with my tire bolts and that it would be another 15-20 minutes. After I finally left after an 1 and 45 minutes, they forgot to place the snow chains that I purchased in my car. I called and they said that they could meet me half way because I was in Newton, but I was already driving back to Logan to pick them up, so they said that they would have them at the front. When I got there they had to call up the manager to find the chains and said that they could've driven them to my house! I drove all the way there to get them due to continuous miscommunication. There is an AMAZING group of people at this location. Every time I've come in, they've been genuine and displayed excellent customer service. I'm usually in and out within 30 mins or less and a couple of my issues, they resolved without charging me. Some of our friends like Les Schwab, but my wife took the Prius in and they recommended slicing little cuts onto the tires to increase friction. Then the tires wore out and the warranty had been voided by these cuts. Now we only go to Big O. read more

Upscale slam shop. I took my truck there the afternoon of new years eve in desperate need for tires. I had a set already and asked them to put them on, shortly after dropping my truck off they called me and told me the truck was unsafe to be on the road unless I had extensive work done on the front end and that they wouldn't put the tires on unless they could do the work. I had just had the safety inspection done and knew this wasn't true. I told them not to do the work and picked the truck up and got three more opinions including the dealer, all told me the truck was fine. My advice is not to go here, Ron Keller Tire is just down the road and much better. read more

My husband and I were so pleased with our experience. We just got home from Les Schwab and couldn't be happier. Yesterday night (10:00 pm) we were driving when I noticed a clicking coming from the drivers side rear tire. Turns out there was a screw in it. We put on the spare tire in the Walmart parking lot and were stressing about getting the tire replaced. (We're in College, so money is a little bit tighter than it would be if we were in the professional circuit). Anywho... We drove to Les Schwab this afternoon on a FLAT spare tire and asked if they could patch the tire. They got us in immediately and because we had purchased tires from them before they repaired it for free! Everyone was so nice! We'll be back! read more

Went there looking to replace my Goodyear tires. Sales person convinced me to buy a foreign brand that I couldn't even pronounce but was supposedly "better" for a little less money. If I could rate them negative stars I would. Yesterday, my wife went in to try and get some new tires and they completely tried to take advantage of the fact that she knew little about cars. After putting the tires on her car, they came back with a $1500 bill telling her that she needed new breaks and control arms. Absolute lies. I took it to the mechanic I have been using for years and he said that they flat out lied to her. I will never again in my life visit any Les Schwab Tire Center. Don't use this location unless you enjoy being lied to and taken advantage of. read more

Seriously worst disappointment!!! Took our car in at 11 in the Morning, there was plenty of spaces in the shop to take in straight in but instead they made us wait. They did however say it should be done around 4 but they would give us a call. Around 4 no word from them so we decided to give them a call. They said another hour it would be done but once again they would give us a call. We headed towards Logan to go talk to them and hopefully we could pick up the car. We pulled into the shop around 530 and come to find out they closed at 5pm but we heard nothing from them and of course it was a Friday so we couldn't get the keys until Monday. The car was left outside unlocked and stuck there until Monday when they opened again. This is a huge disappointment to know the car was left the whole weekend unlocked! I was beyond upset and swear to god on Monday they will hear from me. I suggest that NO ONE goes to the north Logan tire shop! read more
