This company is installing a pool on our neighbor's property. I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional behavior of this pool installer. Their employees/subcontractors have repeatedly trespassed onto my property with their vehicles, causing damage and showing complete disregard for my land. Despite multiple complaints, they have failed to address the issue or take responsibility for their actions. Their lack of accountability and irresponsible conduct is unacceptable. The supervisor has never returned my calls. Pretty sad situation. I would not recommend this company to anyone--choose a more respectful and professional installer. We hired Jackson Pool to do a pool/hot tub combo in our yard over 6 months ago. They completed the initial project; however since then we have had numerous problems. None of which were handled with integrity or swift response. We have had to go into the showroom more than once to get an answer. 1. We have never been given a tutorial of our equipment. 2. We got the green light to swim in our pool and had our grandkids over, all of the grandkids and 3 adults feet were bleeding by days end. Took over 6 weeks to fix the issue (back and forth on blaming game). Came and emptied the pool and acid washed it again. Can't swim for a week. 3. The pavers were done poorly and they had to come out and fix. Paver company did all of their cutting inside our pool cage, causing a white film over much of our new screens. We had to power wash several times, along with scrubbing them. 4. The equipment is leaking, more than just condensation and still no solution, waiting still, leaking against foundation of our house. 5. Water heater needed repair. 6. Pavers are an issue again and no response as of yet. 7. Were overcharged on initial install, no credit given yet. read more

The pool looks great. Some of the pavers caved in around the pool. They did come and fix that a week later but then we had a leak on the side of the house where the pump is. The leak is just a fitting attached to the ozone pump and they won't answer the phone now. It's been a month and it's still leaking down into the foundation. Going to call someone else to fix it. read more

It is evident that these people have been incompetent since 1998. They never followed through with building permits . We have owned our home for five years. Now we are selling the home . permits surfaced as incomplete. After contacting this company they did not seem to care. Amanda who claims to work there lied to us saying she set up an inspection to have the permits closed out. She did no such ch thing. They came out to give us an estimate on a pool and deck renovation and then never got back to us with an estimate, even after we repeatedly called them and asked for it. While here, they noticed a possible leak in the pool, then charged us $110.00 for leak detection, but never got back to us with the results. Finally after many more phone calls from us they quoted us $2,500- $4,000 for the repair. Fed up, we called Nassau Pools who did the repair for $450.00. read more

Jackson pools started a spa renovation while we were out of town. They contacted us and said job was done, tested , and complete. Since we had done business with them for a long time we trusted them and made full payment. When we returned the job was not done. Parts missing and spa still leaking. They kept promising to come out but did not. Finally came out a few times but spa still leaks and one part still missing. They just make promises and break them. They even acknowledge the problem in emails but still refuse to correct the problem. General manager will not call. Not even once. In our opinion this is deceptive business and it is terrible customer service. Obviously we are not happy and will never use this company again. We contacted the company for a quote for complete renovation of our pool. After repeated requests, a representative came out to review our pool and take measurements. He was 45 minutes late and never apologized. It has now been over a month and we have note received a quote, even those we followed up with them twice. STAY AWAY!!!! read more

Possibly the worst pool service in Florida! My mom and dad who are elderly, contracted Jackson pool to put in a very SMALL pool..... One year later it is STILL not done. Weekly calls lead to more disappointment when nothing continues to be done. It is almost comical at this point, as they promise to show up and don't. My parents who have been way too nice in my opinion, have been more than patient, while Jackson pool employees have left piles of dirt in their front yard and fences down for a year now. Very upsetting for the neighborhood. These guys are major scam artists. So if you are looking to put a pool in- DO NOT contact this company. You will surely regret it. Please look at all the dissatisfied customers that have also reviewed. I intend to make sure they don't treat anyone else (especially the elderly) this way again.
