On the day of the appointment and on time, David and his "new hire" assistant arrived and quickly went to work with a myriad of tools and testing equipment. After drilling four small holes in the concrete and carefully listening, they found one leak and found the skimmer had a temporary fix from long ago, which was also leaking. With the leak found, within days Adrian arrived and made the repairs. And those repairs are solid. I went from putting in 100 gallons a day, due to the leak, to not having to put any water in. Imagine the energy savings, as we are on a well and have an R.O. system...which uses a lot of electricity to make the water. Great jobs guys! I have only one negative to report. When the pool light was removed during the inspection, the light bulb broke. Someone, from another company, came the next day to get the light bulb type and number...BUT I haven't seen them since. The pool light is still sitting on the pool deck. I highly recommend Red Rhino to repair pool leaks!

I took over a contract from a previous owner and it was in my Escrow. Azure pools completed the…read moreconstruction work a couple of weeks after I moved in. I paid for the water and they filled the pool without cleaning it, including cigarettes ends and 1/2 of mud and debris. The owner said don't worry it will clean itself. Of course that cost them a filter and the pool cleaner was missing his mind. They didn't make good the outside of the construction I had to pay a stucco guy. The didn't make good the garden area that was trampled. The HOA made Eddie the owner come and pick up all the building bricks etc. The power wash guy was sent after the pool was filled. Not good and he told me that he had told the crew to clean up all the cement splashes on the pool cage and spa. They didn't do that. The new lighting didn't work correctly that too from Mid November to End of Feb to fix. So many excuses while this was being done. The tiles were not straight (the original tiles which the same company installed are perfect). Also everything was stained. After many calls they did come to clean the tiles and did a good job. They replace maybe 10% of the tiles that were installed on a slope or uneven or not in line with coping. I called again. Julie who always answered and is very good promises to pass a message to the boss Eddie. Nothing, called again. Today we tried and Eddie called, threw Julie under the bus and said she never asked him to call until today. Anyway I said the timing is still a mess and nowhere near as good as your original job a year ago. He said I have no legal rights, and he isn't going to replace any tiles. He claimed he saw it and it looks great. I said BS. He then gets his panties in a bunch and said if I don't stop cursing he will put the phone down. I said I didn't curse no F bomb etc and saying his crazy statement was BS is not cursing. I offered for him to come and look at it with me and if a spirit level says I am wrong I'll shake his hand and say no more. He put the phone down and refused to answer my call. As you can see from a few photos the job is diabolical. I see the reply by the owner, a lot of which is inaccurate and mostly very untrue. The I have never reviewed the coping or tile with Eddie the owner ever. Throwing his employee under the bus shows the character of this guy and his 101 excuses and never owning up to anything shows his lack of integrity. The pictures tell the story, period. Anyone who is interested in researching this company for possible hiring are very welcome to come and view the "finished" product and the lack of quality Eddie adheres to. I live in Estero and any time is convenient. I am not going to get in to a tit for tat with words, I don't need to as the pictures tell a thousand words.

He was there through the entire process ensuring we had everything we needed and responding to our messages right away. Our pool supervisor changed halfway through the process but the service didn't. They told us it would be about 6 months from dig to swimming and it was done in 5. Over the course of this project, I have made multiple attempts to contact management, including Steve Mileski and Zach Zervaski, but my calls and messages have gone unanswered. The lack of communication and accountability has been frustrating and has made resolving issues very difficult. I am still hoping for a resolution and have requested contact from ownership or corporate management. Unfortunately, based on our experience so far, I cannot recommend the Fort Myers office. I will gladly update this review if Premier Pools & Spas takes meaningful steps to address these concerns.
