We decided to come here for a weekend and what an amazing time we had. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The grounds I can't say enough about. They have to lager swimming pools and 3 hot tubs. Very clean bathrooms. Shuttle service to the casino a nice restaurant on the second floor. If you want to go into town you do need your own vehicle. Which we did not have but it was fine. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Can't wait to come back to make more memories.

    Beautiful sunsets!!

Yes, Jackson Rancheria RV Park is 1st class. Its beautiful. They are adding many more sites. Anxious to check them out when it is finished. We find the rates high for a Casino property, however they now give Veterans and Good Sam discounts.

Love this RV park, been coming here for years. They recently opened a brand new section for camping, an additional pool, and a new recreation area they will be completed this summer. This place is sparkling clean and the staff is amazing. You could not ask for better!

This is our second visit to Jackson Rancheria RV Park and it is now our top RV Park! The views are picturesque and the spots are great and roomy. I love that the spots are flat concrete spaces with the best grass and a big table. There's a pool, ping pong table, putting green, hot tub, bocce ball and a small dog area as far as amenities go. There is also a nice walking trail around the park which was great for walking my dog. It's super clean even though they are undergoing construction at the moment. The usual store and laundromat on site are closed due to construction but there is a gas station general store not far with basic supplies. The convenience store even has premade food that looked really good. Its a quiet place with no loud partying so keep that in mind if you are looking for that. Very family and dog friendly. Cant wait for them to complete the additional 100 spots because this place is always booked! 10/10 recommend!

This is what a great campground includes (not all are open during COVID, but is normally available): level paved sites, space between sites, a walking trail, swimming pool and hot tub, horseshoes, table tennis & bocce ball and a free shuttle if you want to go to the casino. I really like how quiet it gets at night, and the views of the mountains. Cancellations can be made up until the day before only losing a deposit. *con-Only one, but it's the dog poo left at our site. I hope they start checking around the sites before new customers pull in.It's disgusting to have to clean up upon arrival. However, I blame the amount of terrible owners that I see more and more these days. It is enjoyable for a quick trip to get away.

They are digging up the concrete in front of the clubhouse.

Upon arrival of Jackson Ranch Area, we discovered that everything is closed due to construction. That is including bathroom, showers, bocce ball etc. Basically we are paying $80 for hook ups and dump station. There is constant construction noise, which we knew when we booked. What we didn't know is that there would not be showers. There are bathrooms on the other end of the RV park. But not near where we booked and paid a premium for the space, but no showers. As of this moment, there is no refund or adjustment to the cost. On the positive side, this is a beautiful campground. There is a path that goes all the way around the campground. It is close to Jackson rancheria casino and if you want, you can take the shuttle over there.

This is glamping at its finest! All the sm entities you can want from an RV park including a shuttle to the casino!

very clean and well maintained level parking pads

First time we stayed here, Full hook ups, we stayed in space 25 and it was at the end of the park with beautiful lawn and view from our rear dining room an patio area. It was a hot weekend so we appreciated the air conditioned shuttle to the casino every 20min. One thing that bothered me was that they didnt enforce the patio nightime lighting rule, our neighbor in 26 had neon color changing led lights on their flag pole and the light shining in our bedroom window kept us awake. Felt like there was flashing neon "vacancy" light outside our window. Otherwise, the concrete pads are very level and space was large enough for our 25ft travel trailer plus our truck. Would go back again!!

Ask the Community - Jackson Rancheria RV Park

Is the wash just for motorhomes or does it work with trailers and 5th wheels? Also, what are the different options that change the price? Is it pretty easy to get in and out of?

The RV and Car Wash at the General Store is a touchless wash so a 5th Wheel should be okay and it is very easy to get in and out of. The price range is $8-$15 for a Car Wash and $40-$50 for the RV Wash. The difference in the price will come for the…

How much do they charge for the RV car wash?

For the RV Wash it’s $40-$50 depending on which options you choose. For the Car Wash it’s $8-$15.

We also love seeing the many animals and wildlife around the campground, which adds to the experience. Having showers available and water access at the campsite is very convenient and appreciated. While we continue to enjoy staying here, there are a few areas that could be improved. It would be helpful if staff were more responsive when guests call for assistance during their stay. The restroom doors could use repairs, and the restrooms would benefit from more frequent cleaning and maintenance. Better guidance for visitors when locating their campsites would also make the check-in process smoother, especially for first-time guests. Overall, this is a beautiful and enjoyable campground with great potential. With a few improvements in customer service and facility maintenance, it could provide an even better experience for all visitors.

I used to come here every year, but after this trip, we'll never be back. Don't try to sneak alcohol, they do check and they will walk around your campsite every 10 mins. The rangers constantly patrol campsites and frequently show up unannounced, making it hard to enjoy your stay. We were kicked out of our campsite because they found a beer on our table. (Yes, we were aware no alcohol, but cmon we're camping)! Then we were told to be out by 8:00 AM the next morning. We were already packed up and actively loading our vehicle when a ranger approached us at 8:01 AM and immediately accused us of trespassing. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he told us to "hurry up and pack your stuff, and get the fuck out" and stop "lollygagging." We were literally in the process of leaving. These american rangers were on a power trip, super entitled, thinking they're above the law and talking to us like we were animals, if not worse. So in other words, they must really love their jobs, or they're unhappy with their lives. The entire experience felt unnecessarily hostile and aggressive. Being nice will go a long way. We were super nice and respectful and didn't argue back. Wish we got the same energy back. There are plenty of other campgrounds where visitors are treated with respect.

It's a beautiful place, but I had a few issues on my last particular trip. First, all the host staff that I dealt with were VERY rude and accusatory. My space (102) was advertised for a 30' RV plus 1 vehicle. My RV is 24' and barely fit, which didn't allow my vehicle to be parked on the pavement easily. Immediately after unhooking, several staff rushed over and literally screamed at me telling me I needed to park on the pavement or that I'll be fined and towed. I had 2 wheels on torn up dirt, barely off the pavement. I debated them stating what their site advertised, to no avail. So, I ended up getting my truck between two large trees and an inch from my RV to make it work because the main road is a good distance from the campground. I made it work, but the way the staff treated me was disrespectful and rude to say the least. My group had several other brushes with the staff and said the same thing with their encounters. You'd think that being a host at this campground would be a vacation-like work and total utopia but apparently not. My other issue is because the lake is a over a hill a ways from the campground, they only have one small parking lot that they make you pay extra to use, even if you're staying there. We got yelled at for taking 2 minutes to unload our beach stuff. So, a loading zone would be nice. Not sure if I'll be back, there's plenty of other campground where I don't get disrespected.
