I honestly cannot believe they even have 2 and a half stars I've been here for an hour my truck is parked right in front of the window and nobody has touched it in the last 45 minutes. I told the cashier and she said "I mean have you tried to go to TJ max Haha" One guy walked up looked at it grabbed his water and left. Another walked up I had hope but he's busy with his phone. I'll update if I ever get out of here. The reply by Matt is not true in my case my vehicle wasn't ready at that time. I paid for my wash at 2:46pm according to my receipt after an hour of nothing happening I spoke to the manager on site and he had to go out and clean it himself. It wasn't ready until 5:50pm, so please if you go here plan on paying in time and frustration and cancel your whole day. I would have been much less frustrated if there was ever an accurate ETA given I was constantly told another 45 minutes so I didn't leave. read more

My first experience was actually very good. I was not pressured to buy anything except what I asked for. My car has lowered suspension and the staff double checked to make sure my GT Pony would go through. The service was very good overall I'd say. They did a very nice job cleaning. But, it's easy because my car is not filthy. So, I just need to upkeep. I see many reviews of unhappy customers. So, I'll keep watching to see how things are handled after me. Next level service! My cars battery died in the pickup area today. It's 110 outside and I'm 4 months pregnant. They jumped the car twice and it just wouldn't move. They ran back and forth in the heat to help troubleshoot my vehicle. The manager Andrew then offered to get me a new battery and swap it, unfortunately they didn't have the right one in stock. He then offered to go buy one at the local Walmart. He took my battery out and replaced it with the new battery and was so kind throughout the entire process. Above and beyond service, especially when my car is stuck in their way for over an hour. Thank you Andrew and Jackson's! read more

Unfortunately it was overpriced and took approx. 2.25 hrs to do a 50$ detail. My car wasn't pulled in to a detail till about after an hour of waiting. Noticed it was just sitting after they parked it. I said something and it was finally pulled in and still managed to take another hour and a half. This is the worst place. The sales personnel will lie and steal your money. Everything they say is a complete lie. Take your money and promise your everything. I'm very disappointed in this car wash. I had been very hesitant about taking my car to let others wash my car instead of me washing my car myself during the pandemic. And when I showed up at this car wash there was about 2 or 3 people wearing there masks over there nose most weren't even wearing masks at all. They were very rough with cleaning my car I even saw some of them throw there water bottles in my car and when I came into my car there were water puddles in my seat that I had to ask them to clean. I would recommend you going to wash your car yourself and cleaning it yourself instead of coming to a regular car wash especially this one, I will not be returning. read more

Awful, awful, awful car detail service. I paid for a $200 car detail. Gave my ticket to the guy when I dropped it off and when I came to pick it up they asked for a receipt which I gave to the guy. So, one of their technicians was refusing to give me my car and he had a huge attitudeb problem!!!!! I told him I wasn't given my receipt and to match my driver's license to my car registration. He was not willing to so I asked to speak to the manager who helped. However, my receipt was on my car windshield the entire time. How I was treated as a customer was appalling. And my car detail was below average. Never will I go back to this place and I will certainly tell my friends and family to go elsewhere if they want decent service and a decent car detail! Why even bother setting up an appointment? Had a 7:30 appointment for a F150 full detail. Showed up on time and 6.5 hours later I am still waiting. I brought my car for ultimate wash and also the get the engine steam cleaned. I paid $80 for the engine steam clean. After I paid and waiting they asked me if I could. I told them I couldn't because I was selling vehicle that night which was told to the sale rep at the onset. I get home and looked at engine and wasn't done. Needless to say I didn't sell vehicle that night and had to bring back next morning. Then they power washed the engine and put an armor all type dressing. I told them that's not an engine steam clean. They said they don't have that actual tool and that's how they do it. $80 to spray off engine and put armor all on it. What a joke. Don't pay for engine steam clean EVER with these guys. Take it to Cobblestone which I had to do because they have the steam cleaner that should be used read more

When you first pull up Tony is a super nice guy. Promises that the car will be really cleaned for the Ultimate Wash costing $39.99. Unfortunately that was not the case. I waited almost an hour for a car that was still dirty outside and in. Yes, my car was super dirty when I brought but that's the point. If you can only keep clean cars clean, then maybe it's the wrong business. As I walked around and pointed it all out there were just excuses about why it still looked that way. This was after a supervisor had them redo a bunch of work. Still wondering what they were doing for an hour with multiple people working on it. Lastly, they skipped my tires completely. Definitely reccomend if you're looking for a good detail spot or even just a simple car wash. Me personally I don't trust tunnels for car washes, but Jacksons car wash is the ONLY exception to that. I went in today with a bunch of other cars and Randy helped me out. Amazing customer service and they did quality work! Matt helped clean out the whole interior: vacuum, carpet wash, and armor all. Amazing how he didn't miss a single spot. My favorite part about this place would have to be either their clay bar or how they use an air hose to clean out every spoke and crevice on the car to make sure there is no water spots! read more

I would give this place zero stars but I could. I paid for the top of the line wash, and they couldn't even bother to dust off the inside of my car. This was by far the worst car wash I have ever had. The outside was still wet, it was still dirty outside, and the inside was horrible. Was here Sunday 8/6 around 4pm. Service advisor Tony Capone was completely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful! After getting my truck back we noticed the back seats of the truck were not vacuumed. The finishers told us to take it back the the front to have it vacuumed again. That's when Tony got rude and confrontational with me and my 70 year old father in law. I showed him my receipt that says "we guarantee your vehicle is clean." He told me since I bought the $15 wash that's what I get. He cursed at us, taunted us and told me off. I told him I would report this to his manager and he laughed claiming they will take his side. This just disgusts me. WTF is wrong with people? Take your vehicle to get washed elsewhere. read more

I was quoted 7am my vehicle would be ready. Very rude tech looked at my truck said I wasn't here yesterday and that it isn't ready and we don't open until 7::30. I have an appointment that I can't be late for. They had my truck for 5 hours +overnight and I spent $600 to have it detailed. I would give them a lower rating except wash team leader took responsibility for there wash sales reps la k of communication skills. When I pulled up I specifically asked for the basic wash as I get voucher from Brown and Brown Auto dealership after oil change. Rep tried to up sell me that was fine. I handed him the voucher and he looked at me and said"you want me to read that for you" are you shitting me! Then after ringing me up he made the comment twice before I could respond. Jacksons on Gilbert Rd... Do I have to give a star? I have been coming here since it was Danny's. Last time I was here, my wash was not done correctly so I called and they asked me if I could come back, I couldn't that day, so they said my next wash would be free. I came in today for my free wash and I was basically called a liar. My previous washes were not in the system, so they didn't even keep correct records. (If they have a discount system for a certain amount of washes, you're not going to get them if they don't put you in the system) I'm not ever going to return after being treated so badly today. Check your car well before you leave, if they tell you you can come back for a free wash another day, get a name, time you spoke with that person and keep your old receipt otherwise, they will look at you like you're crazy and say they'll give you a discount and make you feel bad for even considering that they would follow through. I fought and I'm getting my car washed, but I doubt they'll do the wash that I paid for last time. And the manager threw the paper on the shelf and said "just give it to her"... turned and walked into the backroom. No apology for the misunderstanding, no apology for he system not being updated, no apology for treating me so unkindly. read more

The inside of my car had a puddle of cleaner in the cup holder, and the first time my car came around I had to ask them to run it again because there was no prep done on the bugs so the front end was still covered in them. When they ran it again there was still bugs on it.. I'll probably end up going to the Tempe one from now on, I've never had a problem there. read more

My husband went to Jacksons today. We have gone there as a family for many years. My husband has automatic windshield wipers that come on whenever it rains. They apparently came on in the car wash. The workers brought them out to my husband and they were torn to bits. My husband talked to the manager and he said that it wasn't their fault or their problem. Many cars have this. I have a convertible and I am wondering if they would do the same thing IF something were to happen to the top, probably. I don't like to complain but come on. How many of you have cars that do this? Mine doesn't, I am old school but the newer ones do. I don't know if this is a new manager or not but we won't be going there anymore. We have been taking 4 cars there pretty much a month for so many years...We don't trust them anymore. read more

I haven't ever used the car wash portion of Jacksons and here's why... every time I go in to get cigarettes or a soda the staff is so rude. Unfortunately this is the closest "convenience" store to my apartment. If there's not a sign on the door that says "back in 15 minutes" there is staff talking trash about other coworkers or employees that look like they are homeless behind the register. Shane, the facility manager, RUDE and cocky! My car came off the track inside the wash, truck running through behind me hit my car. He said if I file a claim, he will deny it. That cars never come off the track in the wash!!!! Poor service! He offered no concern or even asked if me or my friend in my car were ok. I can not express enough how disappointed I am with Jacksons Car Wash. I bought the $24.99 package which was to wash car, and to dress tires and clean the inside. I run my car through the $6 Wash at SAMS every week and it does a better job. It drove in about 5:20 and they close at 6pm. There were several cars ahead of mine. A lady next to me said she had been sitting there waiting for 1 hour for them to start on her mini van They got hers done right before I got mine. I got in and the car had not been wiped down with Armor All, except for the top of the dash. The windows had spots on them and the outside still had bugs, and dirt on it. I told the guy I was unhappy, and to please wipe down the spots on the outside. He did it but wasn't happy about it. Then as I drove off I pulled in the sun and could see how bad of a job it was on windows and inside, or that it just wasn't done. I pulled back around to the front and it was locked. 6pm. I walked back over to where they were still finishing other cars and told the manager. He said pull it back around. I did and manager was gone. I asked another guy to wipe it down and he wiped it just a little and said its done. I won't ever go back. read more

Was worried on a Saturday morning the place would be packed. There were 3 other cars there and no wonder, this car wash is the worst. Paid $15 for a car wash and for the second time watched our car dry in the sun. No one touched it for 7 minutes. Then they wiped the windows and that was it.
