Two awful experiences have left me looking for yet another car wash. First off I had an experience with this company on their Westside location on bell road, it took for ever to get my car through and when they were done it was a poor job overall. I submitted feedback via their website, however I never received a call back or email in response. Today I received an email notification that they were discounts available through their app. So I opted to give them one more try to see if the service and quality of the experience would be better. Unfortunately it was not. I had set up the app using a credit card to pay for my purchases. The offer that came in the email was a 30% discount on a works wash. When I arrived after making the purchase and got my car into the line, I went inside to the cashier and try to pay for my purchase. I do use the app previously and it was a fairly simple process. However this time every time I tried to redeem the code, the app would restart. I asked the cashier and he suggested that I update my phone. I knew this wasn't the case since I had just done that earlier today, but tried again. That didn't work and again the app would not let me redeem the code which I paid for. I showed him a receipt on my email for the purchase I had made showing that my wash was paid for. He indicated to me that the app was not their problem, they just used it through someone else. Not exactly in the customer service handbook as responses go. I didn't stay there for a few minutes trying to either restart my phone or see if it was something on my end. It obviously was not. I was able to show a receipt and finally the gentleman after 7 to 10 minutes went back and asked his manager what to do. At that point he came back out and said his manager had given him a coupon for a free wash. That would've been nice except I already paid for mine, but was unable to use it. In the end the people behind me were getting frustrated so he finally rang up the free wash, that I had paid for, and I walk down to my car. I understand that at the end of the day the quality of the wash may vary slightly, but I was not expecting dirty windows, drips on the side, or overall a job that I would not have paid half price for let alone 30% off. It seems that every time I go to one of the Jackson's washes I either get inconsistent service, inconsistent quality, or a combo of the two. I should've checked the vehicle more closely, but after spending so much time just trying to get a wash paid for I was in a rush to get on my way. I can assure you this will be the last time I ever visit a Jackson's location, and really don't expect any response from them to either this posting, or the email that I sent them via their website. I know that they purchased or took over all of the wash locations that used to be owned by another company, which eventually went out of business. I can only expect that someone else will be taking over these locations when enough people get tired of poor experiences. I mentioned in my email to them that it was great that they spent so much time and effort marketing their company, however the best marketing they could do would be to either increase increase the quality of the products they deliver, increase the Customer Service level, or any combination of the two. It doesn't seem that complicated in today's day and age where there a lot of other car wash companies out there to simply be the best by being consistent in both quality and service. read more

Super friendly and detailed. I didn't have to go out and have them wipe off or rewash my truck. Oil change a bit of a surprise when I got the bill. The sign said 49 for oil change and the bill was 99. Extra oil they said. You'd think they'd know how much oil went into a car or truck and price accordingly. Still not bad. I'd recommend read more

I was upsold a detail that I scheduled two weeks out. I was told that if I came during the week they would take 3-4 hours on it. I dropped it off at 9:30am and called at 12:30pm for an update. I was told they would be ready at 5:00pm. I showed up a little after 5:00pm and was told they wouldn't be done until 6:00pm. No explanations were given for why it took longer than the originally quoted 3-4 hours. Came back at 6:00pm and they were closing up so I took my car and left. The next day, I noticed a sour smell coming from my car and also saw in the light of day how they totally cut corners on what was supposed to be a detail and that took 9.5 hours to do. I contacted them to complain and they never responded. Took forever to get that awful smell gone. What a waste of time, $150 and the misery endured both during and after the process. Do not go here! Cobblestone never sucked like this when I used them in the past. Go there instead. read more

I usually do the Express wash because they never clean the 3rd seat of the SUV. Most of the time the guys hit the sides and tailgate before I go through the wash and someone dries off my truck after. The vacuums are free and always work well. On the times I go inside the cashier is always friendly and helpful. read more

I asked for a basic with an upgrade to shine doors and dash and was told I can't do that I had to pay for ultimate for that. I wasn't willing to pay $40 with a $10 charge for just my doors and dash. Most car washes allow a basic was with an additional charge of $5 to wipe doors and dash. Will not be coming back. That's a rip off!! read more

This is by far the worst car wash I have ever gotten. First, I was harassed for about 20 minutes by the sales man trying to up-sale packages. I told him repeatedly I was not interested and bought the "ultimate" package. When I got in my car, instead of smelling the vanilla air freshener I requested, it reeked of cigarette smoke! (I am not a smoker btw) The driver side was covered in dirt as if it had not even been vacuumed or cleaned at all! The only part of the car that looked clean was the outside that was run through the machine wash. I could have paid $5 for this instead of $40. Very disgusted! They gave me a receipt to come back in 2 weeks for 50% off my next wash. Needless to say I WILL NOT be going back!!!! read more

I haven't been to this place since it transitioned from Danny's to Jackson's. Wow what a disappointment it was going in today. I was talked into upgrading my wash and that was okay then the guy tried buying me into doing a detail and I advised him I was on a time crunch but he was still persistent to do so. While the guy had my attention I saw the car drive off about to go into the wash and some guy was banging on my car to get the driver to stop. The windshield guy was trying to tell me something about my windshield. Once again the driver tried to drive and and he had to tap on my car again to get him to stop. I couldnt help but watch as these guys made we're making a scene. After my car came out of the wash some kid drove it like it was not his and we all know what that means. I understand time is money and money is time and this place shows it. When I got my car there was still some stuff on the windshield I had them come over to remove. I drove across the street to Target and walked around my car and it wasn't what I was expecting. Water was running from all open areas of the car. My rims were still dirty. Very disappointed in this place. I gave 2 stars because I went it with a purpose to get my car cleaner than it was so good job on that. read more

Today I went to pickup my truck, 2017 Tacoma, that I paid $200 for a detail that took 4 hours. Upon inspecting my truck, I found that the front bumper was damaged and parts missing. I asked about the missing parts so they went into the tunnel and brought me my damaged bumper part. When I asked about the damage, I was told that they were not responsible for any damage as a result of their car wash. Needless to say I was pissed, I got no sympathy from them. They claim they want people to be 100% satisfied with their work, well, I expressed that I wasn't and requested a refund and was told they don't refund on work completed, so really no one has any recourse of dissatisfied work. So, this is my recourse, I won't be using their car was and I will definitely let all my friend and family, recommend never to use their business. They really don't deserve even one star. They usually do a good job there but I never knew the hours and I've always got a little bit earlier in the day. I got there and was able to go through the car wash but they turned off all the vacuum after I went through the car wash. This is very frustrating as I did not see any signs posted for their hours and I was able to get a car wash. It's just a little aggravating when you just at the car wash and you go to use the vacuum and they turn that off just moments after you have gone through the wash. read more

I showed up and told the gentleman at the from I have an older truck and I don't like to hurt the paint so what does he recommend as the best wash for paint sensitivity. He tells me to get a 70$ hand wash and I agreed, he said it it was a bad job he would pay for it. Sat there for an hour and watched my truck just sit there with water on it for 20 min. Finally they call me up to get my truck it's still dirty, water spots on it from sitting for so long, I can literally still see mud in my truck and they tell me well sorry there is nothing we can do all sales are final. Out of frustration I leave and by the time I got home they put so much tire shine on the tires it flew off and covered my entire truck in black goop... i then proceeded to wash my own truck for another 30 minutes when I got home, a wast of 80$ (after a tip I put on the card before EVEN SEEING THE TRUCK) a waste of 2 hours of my time, and a waste of complete frustration. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Better off spraying your vehicle off with a garden hose and driving down the street to air dry. read more

Decided to give this place a shot. Definetely not worth the money. You'd think an $80 detail & wash would get you a descent service. Had a binder on my dash, they wiped around it instead of picking it up to wipe the dash under. Vacuum job was very bad, floor is still dirty & there's areas that just didnt get vacuumed. Smudges still there on the doors. At first they talk the talk telling you it will look flawless. But you don't really get what you pay for. Don't waste your money here. spend 15/20 min at a self serv car wash and it'll be much more worth it read more

I paid for a VIP wash and didn't even get the minimum wash. The outside was minimally cleaned and the inside was not cleaned at all with the floors, the seats and the inside windows exactly as they were when I arrived. I might give this place one more try but I don't like to waste money. read more

The worst Customer service ever.Rude and confrontational including the Manager.Went yesterday at 1030 am, didn't get car back till almost noon. 90 mins for a car wash????What a waste of time.I watched the lines of cars and there is my car sitting first in a row and no one even touching it for 20 mins. When I asked if anyone was working on that line I was told" we work by the time on the windshield and if that's a problem you can just take your car now" Then I see 2 cars that came in after my arrival leave before me. When I ask the same employee Matt, he rudely says "talk to him " if you have a problem and he points at another guy. That Manager could care less about the time it takes and just talked to Matt, who was rudely egging me on saying"have a nice " day in a very rude and antagonistic voice. Something I also took note of, they do NOT dry off your car when it comes out, it air drys because they take so long to get to it, and that's why there are always spots on it.I notice there are many complaints on here for the same reason so its clear to me that Manager/owner could care less about customers. When there are less and less he will wonder why.They have lost my business and I wash 2-3 cars there per week.I am sure the owner will not care at all about this review either and maybe that's where the workers get their arrogant attitudes from. read more

The shop supervisor took great care of me and my Mercedes. After having an oil change I discovered an oil spot on my garage floor. When I came back for a wash, I asked him to look at it to make sure everything was in place. He checked it out for me and power washed the under carriage so that it would be easy to see where the oil was coming from. The leak was from the track and pinion steering, not the oil filter or drain plug he said. I'm taking the car to my mechanic fir repairs, but the service manager went out of his way to take care of me. read more

They're getting one star because I can't give them zero stars. I had my car cleaned - the deluxe wash and interior package- it was still FILTHY when I got it back. The boys cleaning it looked absolutely bewildered when I pointed out the dust, the center console that was still gross, the fact that the vacuum mysteriously missed half my car. My windows seemed to have more fingerprints and streaks on them AFTER this "wash" --- I had to ask for a cleaning rag at the end to try and finish the job. This is seriously the WORST car wash I have ever been dumb enough to pay for. Save your money. Have your toddler do it. The job will be better and you won't have donated $40 to this joke of a company. Never again. Do it recommend at all. read more

Snake salesmen. 1. When they first took over from Danny's 3 of their employees challenged each other to a fight in their parking lot while drying cars with 4 customers waiting! Really!? What are you high schoolers? 2. Recently a manager gave me a hand wash credit after they over charged me for a basic hand wash no add ons and it was brought to my attention afterwards they should have charged me half price. The last two times I Or my wife were there with our Yukon XL the guys out front tried charging us between $25 - $40 for the same hand wash! One was a 30yo wm identifying himself as the manager, the second a 40yo bm. Really? Like we can't read their posted prices!? Come on. 3. I constantly have to have them touch up the low areas Bc and get skip over them. Danny's was way better. Hopefully this place gets bought soon my a real company that understands customer service. read more

Worst service ever... do NOT go here. We went on a Monday to get a quick full service car wash (we were thinking along the lines of Cobblestone Auto Spa, etc) and found ourselves waiting for OVER AN HOUR. I went inside to ask how much longer it would be and the cashier said, "our washes take anywhere from 30- 75 minutes". Mind you, this is not an interior detail, but a 16.99 basic wash. Our car was trapped in a sea of other cars so there was no way we could leave. Everyone in the waiting area was feeling equally as annoyed. When our car was finally finished, I was furious- it was just as dirty as I had left it. Dog hair was still on the seats and dash, crumbs on the carpet, a smear on the console. These were the exact reasons I took it to get professionally cleaned. An hour and 17 bucks wasted- I won't be back. read more

I bought an interior detail over a month ago and scheduled out my apt for this last Saturday on 06.01.2019. When I dropped off my car they told me it would be a couple of hours. The SAME guy who up sold me the interior detail in the first place when I just went to get a wash tried to pressure me into a higher package, I get that it's their job but I had pre-paid this already expecting a good job because I have already committed to their service with my money. My car is 2 years old and the interior and the seats are all in pretty good shape considering I'm the only one who drives it and I rarely have passengers. I had lotion on my seats in the back as that was the reason I got the interior package in the first place so that they can clean my seats. They cleaned it....barely. They left about half of it still crusted on the bottom of the seat, and they didn't even touch the cup holder that comes out of that seat. The entire cup holder is filthy. Also, there was still marks and sticky residue on my clickers, and on the knobs that they never touched or cleaned. On top of doing a half-assed job on my detail they also took about 8 hours to do it and weren't done with my car until after they had already closed shop at 6 PM. I brought my car in at 10:30 and was told it would take a couple of hours. I called to check on the progress around 1:30 and they told me is would be a couple more hours so I called again at 4:30 and they told me they needed another hour so I waited there until after 6 to get my car. I wish I didn't have to write this, but if you guys want referrals and loyal customers you should probably treat them a little better. Especially after they had already PRE-PAID for the service you provide, guaranteeing that business that they brought. For anyone reading this, good luck at this place. You're better off paying a little bit more at the dealership for a detail than trusting Jackson's to do a timely and good job. read more

Okay, they busted the time limit. That's prettymuch a given, as you can see. They said an hour and fifteen, it really took not quite three. BUT. I brought them a vehicle that had been dogged after fetch on soggy dead grass. It looked like it drove through three dust storms. There was an odor...I don't smoke in my car, but I'm pretty sure it was smoke. Or possibly the carbon from my exhaust, I have one of those hopped-up-young-man-turbo-no-muffler-stick-shift angry 4-bangers. The cupholders?...yeah, the morning coffee spills. Doggie snot on the windows, hair on the upholstery, foggy headlights... I wasn't looking for great, I was looking for HELP...cause it was a lost cause. Or so I thought. All the blacks got blacker. All the reds got redder. The dash is clean, the hair is gone, the smell is cleared, the steering wheel is almost slippery spotless. The stuff in the car was packaged into tidy bagged bundles and left in the trunk. They even cleaned the center console doggy cover. All those spots between the doors and the body are clean. My headlights are clear! Headliner was uniformly colored again, and you know that stuff under the front seats that you can see but can't ever reach cause the vacuum doesn't go there? They went there. They so went there. Okay...I had to wait. And if YOUR car is already clean enough that you can get the spots that the vacuum wont reach in under 2 hours, then FINE. Feel free to be disgruntled....and then feel free to Clean Up Your Own Mess. But if you're in the position to need to go to a detailer, go when you have to get some shopping done anyway...target is across the street. There's a movie theater across the way, too. There's a texas roadhouse, denny's, hobby lobby, game stop, SuperWalMartPotteryPaintingPlace and ICE CREAM, ffs! If you get bored? That's your fault. If you run out of time? That's because you didn't plan well. And if you're the kind of person who is going to get angry at an entire group of people who are obviously all working consistently ...You're probably also the kind who is mean to the waiter. The Car Will Be Clean. Slippery, squeaky, shiny, nice smelling and super duper clean. Okay? read more

Very disappointing when you go and get your oil changed and car washed paying over $100 for services only to get into my vehicle and only seems to have been vacuumed. I pay extra for a car wash and the smell of vanilla is horrible. The dash, stereo, steering wheel are not even wiped down. Cup holders not cleaned. Horrible experience on the car wash side. Oil and lube as well as the cashier were pleasant and explained any questions I had. But as for the car wash, I can say I will not be going back. read more

I'd like to start by saying that everyone I interacted with was friendly. The 1 star review is for the quality of the "full service detail" that I paid over $200 for. I was in the process of selling my vehicle, so I brought it to Jackson's for a detail job. Before bringing it in, I removed all of my personal items which should have made it easier for them to clean. This service was supposed to include a full interior and exterior detail. They threw in an engine cleaning for no charge, which was nice. I dropped my vehicle off around 8:30am on Thursday 5/13/21. I was the first customer in the detail department for the day. They told me that it would take 3-4 hours to complete. At about 1pm, I called to check on the status of my vehicle and they told me that it was ready. I arrived back at Jackson's at about 1:30pm to see my vehicle parked in front of the detail bay and it appeared to be done as they were working on other vehicles. This is where the problems start.... as I began to walk around the car, I noticed that the quality of work wasn't what I would expect from a $200+ detail job and more like a $20 car wash. The windows looked like they were wiped with a dirty rag, there was several spots where the was was never wiped off, there were finger prints on the hood, there was wax in the door jams & in the emblems, the door jams look like they hadn't been wiped, the cup holders hadn't been cleaned, there were crumbs still on the seats and on the dashboard.... the list goes on. Trying to be understanding, I suggested that they take a second look and that I'd be inside waiting and to tell me when they were done. After a few minutes, they came inside and told me that it was done. I came outside to check my vehicle and noticed that most of the things that I pointed out hadn't been addressed. I then decided that maybe me being there waiting was too much pressure for them, so I decided to leave and come back later to give them enough time to work on it. I came back at about 5pm to see my vehicle off to the side and "done". I again began to walk around the vehicle and noticed that some of the items had been corrected, but things like door jams, wax removal from emblems, finger prints, etc. still remain unchanged. One of the workers said "I'm not sure what he used on these windows...I'll try to wipe it off." The manager, Ryan, came over and did his best to try to quickly fix these problems and offered a free car wash or two if I just "look for him and wave him down next time I'm there." It was too little too late. I left Jackson's at about 5:30pm $200+ in the hole for a very sub-par "detail service." I DO NOT recommend getting your car detailed here. There are several small businesses in the area that will come to your house/office that do fantastic work for about the same price. read more

I can't express how happy I am with their service! Every time I come in I am greeted with a smile and someone is always willing to help out right away. The manager at this car wash, Ray, is always there to lend a helping hand. He always makes sure I am in and out quick enough to make me happy but not so quick to make mistakes. They did an excellent job detailing my wife's cherry black car. As you can imagine, black in the desert is quite complicated. Inside and out was immaculate when they were finished. Special Kudos to Manager Zack. When I pre-purchased the full detail service, it sounded like a great deal, so we bought it. Come to find out the no longer employed service writer wrote it up for an interior detail only. After my wife and I being frustrated, I decided to have a discussion with the on-duty manager which was Zack. He fully understood our frustrations and honored the work in which we thought we had purchased. Thanks again! Outstanding customer service! read more

Been here many times only because it's close. The time they take is too long due to not enough staff. The quality of the clean is just average. On this last visit I had first spots in my door panel. They did not clean them off. When I pointed it out the guy went and got a wet sponge and the dirt came right off. The problem is he told me "if they have to scrub something it's considered a detail and not a wash but I will do it for you this time". Really? Scrubbing means detail. It's a CAR WASH, of course you have to scrub some things!!! read more
