Okay, they busted the time limit. That's prettymuch a given, as you can see. They said an hour and fifteen, it really took not quite three. BUT. I brought them a vehicle that had been dogged after fetch on soggy dead grass. It looked like it drove through three dust storms. There was an odor...I don't smoke in my car, but I'm pretty sure it was smoke. Or possibly the carbon from my exhaust, I have one of those hopped-up-young-man-turbo-no-muffler-stick-shift angry 4-bangers. The cupholders?...yeah, the morning coffee spills. Doggie snot on the windows, hair on the upholstery, foggy headlights... I wasn't looking for great, I was looking for HELP...cause it was a lost cause. Or so I thought. All the blacks got blacker. All the reds got redder. The dash is clean, the hair is gone, the smell is cleared, the steering wheel is almost slippery spotless. The stuff in the car was packaged into tidy bagged bundles and left in the trunk. They even cleaned the center console doggy cover. All those spots between the doors and the body are clean. My headlights are clear! Headliner was uniformly colored again, and you know that stuff under the front seats that you can see but can't ever reach cause the vacuum doesn't go there? They went there. They so went there. Okay...I had to wait. And if YOUR car is already clean enough that you can get the spots that the vacuum wont reach in under 2 hours, then FINE. Feel free to be disgruntled....and then feel free to Clean Up Your Own Mess. But if you're in the position to need to go to a detailer, go when you have to get some shopping done anyway...target is across the street. There's a movie theater across the way, too. There's a texas roadhouse, denny's, hobby lobby, game stop, SuperWalMartPotteryPaintingPlace and ICE CREAM, ffs! If you get bored? That's your fault. If you run out of time? That's because you didn't plan well. And if you're the kind of person who is going to get angry at an entire group of people who are obviously all working consistently ...You're probably also the kind who is mean to the waiter. Came to get my car washed because no one was here in a Tuesday and it's still just as dirty on the inside as it was when I came. I paid extra to have my mats washed. When I went in for a refund, they took my mats and washed them then. The gentleman who cleaned my mats was super nice. There are still finger marks on my Windows, my sunroof wasn't cleaned, they only cleaned 1/2 the dashboard and my rear window is still dirty. Doesn't even looked like they touched my center console. Don't think I'll be back. This is the 3rd time my car is still crappy afterwards. read more

I should have also read the reviews. Started off with the guy who took my information at the beginning. Kept telling me to get a detail because the paint on my car wouldn't come off I said I didn't have time today and I understand. He then started to tell me how it's ruining my own paint job. Thought okay well let's see how this car wash ends... Half ass job, my wheels look terrible , didn't vacuum backseats and to top it off didn't clean my back window. Zero stars... This place is a joke! How hard is it to wash a car and clean the Windows? Apparently it is a struggle. I decided to give them one more chance because there isn't another car was near my house. They didn't clean the inside of the Windows even though I specifically told them that they needed to be done (should go without saying?).. When my car was done I checked it, the Windows hadn't been cleaned on the inside at all, there was a wire that was pulled out and left on my passenger seat. When I asked what it was from the guy said "I have no idea".. Really? It wasn't pulled out by itself! As usual when I come here had to have them clean the Windows and wipe down the back hatch which they didn't even touch! I will drive an hour to a car wash if I have to, I will never be back! Will NEVER be coming back. I paid for "The Works," their most popular wash. My husband and I recently purchased our vehicle approximately two weeks before the car wash. The first employee tried to convince us that we needed a $300 detailing service even though their was minimal cleaning/detailing. The car was not vacuumed, new dirt marks were seen on the inside of the driver side door, and soap/water spots and streaks were noticed all over the entire vehicle. Our vehicle was dirtier after the wash then before the wash. Save your money. read more

Overall experience was bad. the employees don't have good supervision. They didn't have an organized plan for drying vehicles. Another supervision problem was, there was more joking than drying. I can overlook joking around and staring at cell phones, but a number of employees using vulgar language around the customers is just bad management. The poor habits weren't restricted to the people in the car wash area. As I waited in front of the convenient store for car to be polished, one of the cashiers used vulgar language within 10 ft of me on multiple occasions. She also moved her personal car and parked in the customer parking directly in front of the automatic doors for the convenient store. Her behavior was weird...not sure if she's trying to get fired or just be a total waste of money. She spent over 15 min in the TJ Maxx parking lot. I'd post her name but couldn't get a good view of it. Maybe it was her break, but her behavior and disregard for customers was inexcusable. She drives a gray SUV...maybe a Toyota RAV4. read more

I have been going there for 2 years because it convienent to where I work. The service and quality has deteriated to unacceptable levels. I usually fill up my fuel tank when I go and order a wash and state very clearly that armor all on the outside is ok but I don't want the inside wiped down with armor all. What do they do is armor all the inside and then only armor all 2 tires on the outside. Got in my vehicle and was surrounded in a grease pit . Even the manager told me this was a horrible job tried to fix it and there was no way to get all the greasy armor all from the inside of my car. They didn't even offer to refund my money! The windows were still not clean and the cleaners at the end of the line actually make your car dirtier by climbing all over it. Prior visits they have left dirty rags in the back seat and never put the air freshener in as sold. Their employees are rude and they seem to only care about how much you tip them. My recommendation is to never take your car here as I surely will never return. read more

I've been here twice and had mixed results. The first was a mini detail and the gentleman did an excellent job. The turn time was about 1.5 hours. Longer then I wanted to wait but the results were good so I was satisfied. The 2nd was for the VIP wash which is $29. The turn time was about 25 mins which is reasonable, however, I still had mud on the back of the passenger seat and all over on the 2nd row bench seat. This mud was the very reason I took it to Jackson's and didn't do a drive through wash myself. I didn't realize it was still there until my kid got in the back later that day and mentioned it was still dirty. I guess I should of checked before I accepted my car and drove away but I'd like to think I shouldn't have to be so critical of something that should of been easily caught when cleaning the interior. I will go here again but feel the next visit will be my deciding factor of if I continue using Jackson's. Lastly, the staff will try and up sell you but they aren't too pushy and are always polite. read more

Just left this place and am once again disappointed! ! The tailgate on my truck is covered with dirt and my mirrors and Windows are spotted. I paid $20 for this horrible car wash !!! After my truck came out of the wash it sat baking in the sun for 30 minutes before anyone touched it. Cars that came out long after mine did were being taken care of but no one touched my truck!!! This is by far THE WORST car wash I have ever seen !!! Next time I will take my truck to Sam's Club. It's much cheaper , does a much better job and you don't have to tip lazy employees! !!!! read more

I took my car to Jacksons for a complete detail. My son had left chocolate milk in the backseat and the dog had knocked it over on the way to get groomed. Not a fun smell! They got me in right away, did a phenomenal job detailing the inside and the outside. I've never seen the headlights buffed so clean and the inside was spotless. I could tell they really take pride in their work over there. Randy was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. He was very professional and accommodating when I asked him to touch up a few places as I picked up the vehicle and I was impressed with his great attitude, customer service and attention to detail. And the best part is man that car smells good now! :) No more spoiled milk for me. read more

Wish I could give them 0. They somehow managed to break the latch on our SUV rear hatch. Learned about it when I arrived home & it wouldn't lock. Tried calling a couple times to speak with a manager. The front desk told me DeShone would be in touch but never called me. So not only did they screw me & likely won't own up to it, now I have to spend my morning at the dealership tomorrow to have it looked at since I can't go to work with a car that doesn't completely lock. Will update this review once I have the damages but want to get the word out so nobody else takes their car here in the meantime. read more

I've gone to this car wash many times. Always happy. This time I knew I needed A little more detail done on the inside of my car, because I have a lot of dogs hair. For $119.00 they would detail the inside of my car. I told him it was too much but asked him what he would do for $80. He said for $119.00 he would do everything inside and out of my car. Ultimate car wash, make it look new again. Asked how long, he said 2 hours, he would put it next in line. I watched as I sat eating next door and it sat for an hour. Then went shopping, came back 15 minutes before my 2 hours were up and waited 10 more minutes. Went up to the desk to ask them how long it was going to take. They said it would take another half an hour. Finally it was pulled out, only to find they didn't do the outside. Asked why and was told they didn't know they were suppose to do the outside. So they did my bumpers to make them look good. And another half hour later, I'm leaving. 3 hours!!!! Will never go back. read more

I take my vehicles to the car wash to get clean. I don't take them there to get attitude. I took my truck in to get washed today and when it came out I noticed the running boards and bumper were now covered in mud instead of dirt. I brought it to a supervisor's attention that I noticed the guy driving the truck into the wash didn't power wash the truck before going in. I was informed that it was company policy NOT to prewash any of the vehicles but to let the car wash do the job. I then pointed to the muddy truck and said well apparently that didn't happened. He informed me that I could speak to a manager if I wanted but it would be clean when they're done. The manager then came over to talk to me and asked me if I wanted it washed again. I told him I just wanted my truck clean and the supervisor promised me it would be when they were done. And I told them both if it wasn't then I wasn't coming back. I waited for them to finish and just like I thought now the running boards had dried mud on them and the bumper and tailgate was still dirty. They didn't do what they said they were going to do but I will. I have 3 personal vehicles that I used to take in there weekly and one multiple times a week. NONE of them will ever be back. Oh, and did I mention I own 20+ company vehicles that will not be getting washed by any Jackson Car Washes. Your attitude and "policy" just lost a very loyal customer for good. Unbelievably professional, and out right perfectionists. THEY HUSTLE!!! Both my vehicles always depart looking like they did from the showroom floor. Yeah, you might wait the better part of an hour to have your car washed. However, it is almost like a detail job, at every visit. F*** Cobblestone. Don't tell anyone I told you this, however, ask for Matt to do the final detail on your vehicle. The greeters, are professional and never pushy. The counter clerks are professional, courteous, and always very pleasant. Yeah, I could patronize a closer establishment (See above). However, none more professional, and THOROUGH!!! Adam helped us right away... he was knowledgeable, helpful, and solution oriented. He quickly took a look and replaced anything that could have been causing the leak. Will not be using them again. My mother took my truck in for just a simple wash and vacuum since she had it all day with her dog knowing I was going to be working on it later in the week and had plans to get it detailed after. Of course the employee tried to upscale her which is their job but when she declined all offers saying it's her daughters not hers. Then the employee decided the correct response to that wasn't ok but " don't you want to be a good mother and get it cleaned up nice for her since it looks like crap or at least give her a gift card to do it later." To be fair my truck does need a good buff and wax but I was working on it and was waiting to do it but still to imply my mother is a bad one in any situation is not ok. She laughed and said well I am a good one that's why I am getting it washed now and walked away. She came home pissed and told me about it, I was pissed especially who said that to a mother on Mother's Day weekend??? I called down there to talk to them but was placed on hold for 30 min before I hung up. Plus when I got to use my truck later it has water marks all over it was barely vacuumed and the windows had streaks so bad I had to redo them. I will not be going to any company that disrespects my mother and I now call a mobile detailed out to do all 3 cars. read more

I would give less than one star if it was possible. I will never go back to this car wash again it's a waste of time and money. They have lazy workers there who don't know what a clean car was if it sat in front of them. You pay 25 bucks for a carwash and you leave with dirty windows, a miserable vacuum job (and trust me when I say that my car is clean inside so it's not difficult to vacuum), and a car dripping water on all sides. This place needs to be bought out by somebody who knows how to clean a car or shut it down and stop dealing from the public. If you need a good car wash drive West to Alma School and Germann and go to Cobblestone. You'll be happy when you leave there so it's worth the drive AWAY from Jackson's on Gilbert Road. read more

Yesterday was he first time here, and I got the Works. Very disappointed. The mechanical wash process was flawless. Where they dropped the ball was the finishing details. Only 3 cars were being dried by 5-6 employees who seemed to wander around each car wiping a portion, then wandering off for a drink or snack.. There were greasy handprints on my doors jams! Plus, a terrible job was done on my windows. The rear SUV tailgate was never opened and wiped off or the interior windows. I had to ask employees to finish wiping my Acura after they flagged me that my car was done. Too bad, I had hoped to make this my weekly car wash. read more

I had my car detailed recently and it was a mess when I brought it in (2 small kids!). They had it for about 4 hours and when I picked it up I was nervous about how good of a job they did, you never know. To my surprise and delight the guys were not only very friendly, did not try to up-sell me on anything, and they did a fantastic job on the detail. I thought for sure I'd find some areas missed but they really did a great job! They shampooed the mats and had things looking about as good as the day I bought it. I would recommend them for detail and I would use them again. I get my regular car washes here too and I've been mostly pleased with their work. Here and there things are missed but I've had way worse so I think they're better than most places. Also I feel like their customer service is better than most. Yes they have tried to fix my chipped windshield or sell me on extras, but everyone does that, but I feel like the guys who do the end part of the wash (the real hard workers) are always friendly and honest. I stopped by Jackson's car wash today for a quick car wash. The car in front of me entered in the car wash like usual and the rails clamped down and took the tire right off the rim! The attendant came to my car and said "can you please back up, this lady just popped her tire" (as if it was her fault) confused I backed up and watched in awe. Several employees were looking at the car wash and I could hear them talking. "Do you think it's fixed" one attendant said "I'm not sure said the other one, we shall see" as they flagged me over to enter into the car wash in my brand new car. Ummm no thank you! You test this out on your car, not mine! I pulled around and asked another attendant how I could get my money back and he said "did the car wash break again" sooo it's normal? He sent me into the cashier where I explained what happened and was told that they could not give me my money back. At that time one of the attendants that was dealing with the woman with the flat tire walked by. He saw me and told the cashier to give me my money back. She explained that she couldn't since the receipt says "all sales are final" he then said "well then give her anything she wants for free" and walked away. the cashier said the only thing they could only offer me another carwash. I told her that I didn't feel comfortable putting my car through the car wash and asked if she would be willing to put hers through, knowing that it just popped a customers tire. She replied "no, I wouldn't put my car through either", but that she could not give a refund and offered to give my receipt back. I told her to keep it and that I would not be back. read more

I will not go there again!! I paid about $60 to get my oil changed and a deluxe car wash. The wash mediocre at best; water spots, missed oily areas on the dashboard, etc. As far as the oil change....they didn't even note or tell me that the coolant, which is suppose to be at least CHECKED, was low to almost non-existent. ""First of all, this is the first time I am doing the car wash. I paid for the ultimate $34.99. I told two of your employees to make sure to please clean the windshield and dash with a new cloth. I got the car washed and took it out from the lot. I could not stop at the nearest signal due to traffic otherwise I would have been back at the lot. I have noticed real quickly that the dash and windshield is still dirty. Wow. I brought it back and had to wait for my turn at the start of the car wash by the pump. I was told to look for a blue shirt guy. I met Tyler at the cleaning spot and showed him the windshield and dash. Right from the start Tyler was very offensive. I told him it was only a few mins and I came back. He kept saying that people leave make the car dirty and then come back. I told him right there that he is out of line and not professional at all. Instead of taking care of the situation, he told me to go sit down and they willcall me. I could see from his demeanor that he will have me wait quite a bit. I waited 5 mins and they still not even looked at my car. This is a shame. It was some kind of punishment. I told Tyler that I see what you are doing to me. This is not customer service. I told him that you have me wait a long time to take two mins to clean my dash and windshield. I am totally disappointed with your business tactics. There was no understanding the situation or remedy the faults right away. I never expected to be treated like this for a ultra premium wash and your crappy service. Came in for a oil change and was told 15 minutes. Been here 45 minutes and they walk in with my cabin air filter and it looks like they destroyed it. He tried to tell me it came out like that. Highly doubtful it did. More like you struggled to get it out and destroyed it in the process . Now I have to pay an extra $40 for something that was not really needed. I don't recommend this place for oil changes. They do a good job washing cars though. read more
