In response to the owners comments on Google review: Nobody is buying that. Andrew keeps trying to push blame on my son because apparently his child lies to him and is not responsible with his belongings, seems like a personal parenting problem he takes out on his customers. Please don't belittle your customers by accusing them of something they did not do because your staff is causing you to pay for problems they create by mixing up repairs or not being properly trained. So, nothing was ever determined to be fried or broke, EVER. You kept the gun, battery and charger on 2 seperate occasions and your technicians tested and confirmed they were faulty. You are not giving away 2 batteries and a charger for free if he damaged it, and you were sure it was physical damaged caused by his neglect, plus it was only 1 battery. Again I truly beleive you and your technician got my issue mixed up with another customer due to your poor business practices. So now your doubling down on your dishonesty. You lied and said you repaired it multiple times for free, it has only been repaired this one time that we are talking about now but STILL needs to be repaired. So in reality you have never fully repaired anything except the soldering of the wire, thats it. Again, the times before, no repair was done, a faulty battery and charger were swapped, no work was done on the gun. But this time a repair was needed because your technician broke the gear box case trying to take it apart, for what i do not know. If you check your cameras, you will see he said HE broke it. Also, if you check your cameras you will see the only repair I was brought it in for was the battery plug wire which WAS/IS my sons fault and he was prepared to pay for it out of his allowance. Then we asked, because you have to keep it to solder the wire back on, can you check out why the charging handle is not seating? NOTHING TO DO WITH THE GEAR BOX OR HOW IT SHOOTS!!!! Please don't lie about repairing something at your cost, it took 2 months because the frame came from Austria under warranty and your Tech pulled the charging handle spring out of a scrap gun right in front of me, try again. NOTHING came out of your pocket. I am not trying to get anything for free, it's the principal behind it. We never took the gun apart and told your TECH that day one after he told us he broke the gear box. Never heard any of these ACCUSATIONS your talking about until we got the gun back 2 weeks ago and it's still inoperable. PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!! read more

Had my son Liam's 11th birthday party here today...the kids and adults had a BLAST!!! It was such a fun day! Chris, Brandon, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We paid extra to have a private event as we were such a large group. George was our party host, he was so nice, knowledgeable, helpful and fun with the paintball partyers!! Truly a great time! Had a great day here today! They know what real players want -keep it interesting and keep building. The new field with the two story shipping containers is awesome! I've played paintball at Jacksonville Paintball and my son has played the low impact gelly ball. They've got it all! I want to try the airsoft next! read more

I do like this place I just wish they had more to offer. 5 fields is alright but it gets repetitive with no changes to the layouts. The coolest thing is say is the turf speedball field. It's fun and I have a great time on it. The prices are fair costing 70 for a case and 15 for admission with your own gear or 33 if you need gear. You can also upgrade your rental package for 55 witch includes an Etha 2 speedball marker. If your just coming for a day I'd totally check it out. read more

We have been to several paintball places and this one is the best and best bang for your buck!-if shopping around look at cost+how many paint balls you get. We had my daughters 15th birthday here on 01/16/16 -when we arrived the place was packed. The kids were given equipment an brought outside. We were given two picnic tables as well as tents to set up our party. Jared guided and brought the kids to each course-at first I didn't know how to take his sense of humor, but the kids loved him, and we was awesome with them. The kids had over two hours of running around, paint ball and where exhausted when it all ended. Highly recommend. read more

High potential but not run as well as it should be. Most times i go the speed ball field is not blown up and has a lot of bunkers completely deflated. First time i went i waited for a ref for an hour to get me to start a game.. it never happened you pretty much run the games yourself which sucks. Half of the people don't want to vs you bc if your good they are scared or if they are in a big group they just want to play with their friends which i get. But thats why there is a ref to keep teams even prevent close firing, prevent bonus balling and to get everyone together and to want to come again. I went 5 weeks in a row bc i love paintball but i stopped going because its not worth how expensive it is for the low quality service. That being said if you are a complete beginner and have new friends its a great field those are the people they seem to notice there is a older man there that plays with fake dreads that is super nice and i saw him getting the job done and helping out kids. So if u are a parents and have young kids that wanna play each other solid spot. If you are a good player solo looking to hop on with walk ons and parties and have someone organizing good paintball look elsewhere. read more

Had my sons 13th birthday party there and they did a fantastic job! The instructor Chris aka "the grinch" was probably the best host I've ever had for a birthday party. We had an extremely large group of kids that were inexperienced. He not only made it fun but taught the boys a lot in the process! We will definitely be going back! read more
