There have been several menu items that we have tried, but once we tried the Trinity Nachos, they stuck as what we craved. We often would go just for these wonderful nachos. The menu, however, has changed. The Trinity Nachos were swapped with Dahlia Nachos, which I tried this afternoon. The new nachos that were served were quite a downgrade from what we have been used to. The nachos were piled with taco meat (ground beef) which really tanked the quality of the rest of the ingredients--which were high quality, but overpowered by the greasy taco meat. I think chicken would have done wonders here. I understand that the Trinity Nachos were at a very good price point, so perhaps they were not as lucrative, but I would happily pay more for what the Trinity Nachos were--the best nacho in Sioux Falls. The other menu items seemed to be similar to the old menu. Today, we received two star food from what used to be a slam dunk place to eat. I hope these can make a return, but until then, we will be choosing other venues.
