In her frustration in trying to find the wrong name, she slammed doors and caused an embarrassing scene. I suggest the employees use good communication skills and exercise a little consideration in serving their customers.

For me, it's the closest thing to a hardware store without taking a trek (ok, there's Watts), they have all of our pet food, offer propane refills, and heck, I've even rented their trailer. It was 20 bucks-way cheaper than uhaul and way more convenient. If you think the prices are too high--well they price match. It's not a big deal, just show them the item on a competitors website.
